喺九龍城想搵間越南餐廳輕食,當然選越式法包配個滴漏咖啡,上OpenRice睇吓,呢間打正旗號叫「越南麵包」,而且like唔少。不過,係必須先調整一下香港人嗰種時間效率觀念丶唔趕時間丶最好有返2個幾鐘buffer,同埋,唔係太餓先好嚟。餐廳係cafe style,幾有心機同舒適嘅佈置。唔講,真係唔似已經開咗八丶九年(最早嘅留言係2014)。坐低,九成抬滿、樓面、收銀丶水吧得一個女仕!叫咗一份法包丶慢煮咖喱牛腩配蒜蓉包,加埋杯滴漏咖啡,前𢓭等咗一個幾鐘先齊嘢,用咗十分鐘就食完。有理由懷疑,個廚房都係嗰位女仕負責。平心而論,佢嗰法包係baguette,唔係豬仔包扮的,暖身脆口,落埋辣椒同芫荽,夠正宗。嗰咖喱牛腩,慢煮睇嚟同平時炆嘅效果,分別不大,都係林。可能怕你滯,牛腩不算多。二個人食完好似唔係咁夠,不過冇時間再等多一個鐘,埋單走人盛惠$444.4。整體嚟講,食物方面係算理想,不過,就要睇吓你識唔識得,用法式金錢同法式時間嚟欣賞佢。…Read More

popo9 作為越南麵包嘅負責人,我好鐘意尋找真相,而cctv就係一個最好嘅幫手,貴客當日12時43分到達本店,12時58分落单,於1時20分全部食物到齊,有CCTV做証,諗食乜都要15分鐘,廚房呀妹即叫即做,又焗包又炒香茅牛又夾包又整蒜蓉包重即煮咖喱牛叻條煲,都只係用咗22分鐘,我绝對相信呢個效率,絕對無人能及,anyway,重點係,又出呢招嚟抹黑同誣衊我哋,煩唔煩,你呢個行為絕對損害緊我哋公司聲譽,請自重

星期日中午,想食輕便啲,ordered咗「酸辣海鮮湯檬」同埋「香茅牛肉撈檬」,見加$12就可以叫埋個「越南滴漏咖啡」當然唔蝕底,要少煉奶。餐廳每張枱,枱頭擺咗一支「是拉差」辣椒醬同埋一樽粉色透透哋明嘅汁,有啲橙色沉澱物喺底,應該係檬粉汁,比起一啲越南餐廳會加埋辣椒同青檸,賣相就差咗少少。「香茅牛肉檬粉」嘅牛肉,食唔到有香茅味,有少少酸白紅蘿白絲拌喺側跟,加埋啲炸香嘅紅蔥同蒜粒,食落啲檬粉好爽又滑,要用埋匙羹先撈得住。「酸辣海鮮湯檬」,雖然湯上邊飄住少少紅油,不過就完全無辣味同酸味,可能用咗蜆肉嚟餚個湯,飲落非常清甜,檬粉加上脆口嘅洋蔥絲同埋金不換香葉,口感十足。飲開「越南滴漏咖啡」,嗰浸雲呢拿奶香係好令人難忘,加上佢用煉奶做底,好多時都會流於過甜,而少咗咖啡豆嘅甘香,今日叫少啲煉奶,味道剛剛好。如果呢間係尋常街邊小店,我會覺得ok。不過,作為一間專做越式牛肉粉嘅專門店,出品就只可以話不過不失,毫無特別之處。…Read More

周未踩單車,做少少carbo loading,就想起有呢間鋪前擺滿各款口味、大過塊面幾倍嘅30吋pizza專門店「Canadian Pizza」。今晚7點多少少嚟到,已經賣到所剩無幾了。還好,重可以叫到:「芝士四重奏」、「松露雜菌」、「瑪格利達」同埋「啖啖肉」呢四款口味。店員問「需唔需要要幫你返熱?」,因為屋企有焗爐,所以婉拒咗。返到屋企,每款薄餅用咗180度爐溫焗12分鐘,熱辣辣攞出嚟食。佢哋嘅薄餅芝士夠曬厚,加上濃郁嘅蕃茄醬,個餅底厚度大概係,介乎於薄同厚批中間,所以個平衡攞得啱啱好。四款口味各有佢哋獨特嘅味道,我哋兩個人一齊share咗三份批嚟食,每份係1/6個批(30吋),已經飽到唔郁得,剩返嗰個只係食咗幾啖。四份批$200有找,比起Pizza Hut宜家大批賣緊$198,唔夠兩個人食!佢哋的確大份又好味之餘,同樣價錢重可以食多幾款唔同味道!…Read More

紅磡「置富都會」幫襯開嗰兩間酒樓,逄星期六日飲茶,多數難搵位。「景逸軒」喺接壤旁邊「都會海逸酒店」嘅中間位置,酒店ballroom setting,雖然OpenRice上冇乜飲茶食評,不過夠大又唔使等位,行多幾步,又嚟試試到底係龍與鳳。菠蘿叉燒包菠蘿包酥皮略嫌厚,個包咬落去硬刮刮,叉燒餡料一陣油饐味,再望下原來只得幾粒,晶瑩剔透的肥膏。👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾紅油抄手雲吞皮薄,菜肉餡料飽滿,可惜個「紅油」只係尋常不過嘅蒜蓉甜豉油。👍🏼👍🏼👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾XO醬石鍋腸粉有熱辣辣嘅石鍋慶住,伴住XO醬炒過,仍然保持乾身,無油淋淋。👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼👎🏾👎🏾椒鹽雞軟骨一上碟見到粒粒都咁圓轆轆,落咗太厚炸粉,雖然炸粉啲味調得唔錯,不過食咗幾粒,已經好滯。👍🏼👍🏼👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾鮮蝦腸粉腸粉切成五段,每段都有蝦喺入面,咬落有2/3係粉皮。同一般「皮薄餡靚」嘅做法背道而馳,的確夠另類。👍🏼👍🏼👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾椰汁燉鮮奶怕太熱一早叫定上枱,最後先嚟食。一啖擺入口仍然暖暖哋,滑溜之餘,個蛋白鮮奶滿口椰香,應該係用埋啲椰青水一齊燉。食完意猶未盡,刮埋啲椰青肉一齊食,香嫩滑。最後竟然食出個驚喜,都算係成餐飯嘅反高潮。👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼如果「景逸軒」個包裝同收費,係一般街坊式酒樓嘅話,又或者佢只主打做高級宴席,咁應該係一啲問題都冇。不過,嚟「景逸軒」飲茶食點心一次就夠了。…Read More

自細喺深水埗長大,兒時幫襯開嘅食肆,剩返「合益泰」、「公和」同埋「合成」等幾間,買少見小。不過,「合成」就好多年前就已經搬咗去九龍城,喺舊址「清真牛肉館」旁。今晚嚟「清真牛肉館」食晚飯,好想食嘅咖喱牛腩竟然沽清,意猶未盡,想起隔兩條街嘅「合成糖水」,順路探訪。「合成」賣嘅係潮式糖水,佢哋有一種潮式糖水料叫清心丸,喺外面嘅糖水舖較少可以搵得到。清心丸呈方糖大小嘅透明形狀,咬落口感非常煙韌,喺嚟「合成」必叫嘅選擇。基本上,所有嘅糖水湯底及配搭嘅糖水料,已一早分開煮好盛起,待客人落好單,再合併成各種口味嘅糖水,所以,我成日諗,間舖頭名,係咪由此而來?今晚叫咗兩款糖水,分別係清熱百合綠豆清心丸👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼👎🏾綠豆沙加咗臭草,好清香微微帶甜,食落感覺好下火,加埋煙靭嘅清心丸,完美配搭。冰花蓮子雪耳西米👍🏼👍🏼👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾落單時,侍應姐姐問落唔落奶同埋冰?原來啲冰係用冰粒,冰粒略大,如果可以改用沙冰,可能效果會仲好啲,而奶就用上咗花奶。可能煮蓮子嘅糖水,落得重手咗,食落略甜。幾羹過後,竟然撈到蚊螆一小隻。其實老式食肆好多時,味道未必會係好特別,我們更多的是慶幸,喺時代巨輪下,還偶有機會可以回味的一份兒時回憶。當然,衛生情況就必須與時並進嘅。…Read More

呢幾日聽新聞報道,西環「星月樓」有群組感染,覺得個名咁熟悉,先醒起呢間,又係早排爆發疫情丶同樣叫「月樓」嘅九龍塘「望月樓」。抱着獵奇嘅心態,今日去呢間試吓。其實位處「又一城」呢啲高檔次丶大型商場嘅食肆,衛生唔會差得去邊,所以,只可以講呢隻病毒嘅嘅傳播力真係好得人驚。餐廳嘅裝修,燈飾都採用咗較深色現代中式嘅格調,走少少Fine Dining路線,主打川丶粵菜系。茶壺用上仿古銅式,比較容易燙到手。再睇睇嗰張點心紙,一入眼有個「麻辣小籠包」,記得之前喺「新世紀廣場」嘅「念川居」見過,望埋落去原來張點心紙同「念川居」嘅係一模一樣,應該係同一個集團。咁嘅情況下,點返一丶兩款之前喺「念川居」食過好味嘅點心比較一下。雪山叉燒包😋😋😋😋😋:新鮮熱辣,墨西哥酥皮重帶少少脆口,叉燒餡料唔肥,塞滿整個包,雖然唔大,不過絕唔會有,喺外邊食叉燒「空氣」餐包嘅感覺。鮑魚煎糯米雞😋😋😋😋:糯米雞煎得香脆又唔油膩,鮑魚就梗係罐頭嗰隻,只係噱頭,令成件事Grand啲啫。京式叉燒包😋😋:見餐牌上有叉燒包同呢個「京式」,不過就有啲失望,因為貴咗$10喺包個頭「開口」同唔「開口」嘅分別,其他無論餡料丶麵粉嘅口感味道,完全一模一樣。虎皮尖椒😋😋😋😋😋:大大隻嘅青椒煎到起皺紋,再加豆豉丶蒜蓉回鑊爆香,神來之筆係落埋醋,中和左油膩感,開胃之選。鮮蝦腸粉😋😋😋:腸粉分段切開,每一段都包住一隻蝦,不過不失。今次就冇點上次喺「念川居」嘅辣嘢,原來佢哋嘅粵菜點心都有一定水準,可以再嚟。…Read More

荃灣西Bamboo Thai 初開業嗰陣,比門口張巨型「肉骨架」相吸引住。奈何幾次想試,都比條人龍嚇怕咗,今日就趁佢哋未12點開門就喺門口等。「冬蔭公」撈咗一陣搵到一隻中size蝦,可以擺上面比相機食。個湯底酸辣度略嫌不足,有點失望。還好,香茅同新鮮泰國檸檬葉香味好特出,幫了一把。鎮店之寶 -「火山排骨」叫咗細份不過依然咁巨型,排骨上鋪滿生蒜粒丶香葉丶青指天椒,個汁就酸酸地。排骨應該係用咗脊骨,或許預先整好嘅關係,配料同個醬汁喺上碟前一刻先落,所以骨架食落有陣油膱味,而醬料亦未能中和到肉嘅油膩感。「青木瓜蝦沙律」可能食完前面兩個餸再食個沙律,感覺欠缺酸辣,淡而無味。正當我哋考慮加單時,waiter哥哥已經好快手收曬我哋枱面啲碗碟🤭🤭 。整體來說:五分為滿分冬蔭公 👍👍👍 火山排骨 👍👍👍青木瓜蝦沙律 👍👍…Read More
