3個男人支持本地經濟唔北上,點知遇到特別體驗。🥲一入去正常招待,係坐低洗野遇著個似賭輸馬既阿伯特別禮貌招呼之外,一心諗住好食就ok啦,係我地唔好累阿伯輸錢。🥲叫前菜白灼魷魚同海蜇頭,食落同喺屋企拎煲滾水自己烚無分別,海蜇頭唔夠爽有少少靭,或者係我地唔識食。🥲之後尼左杏汁菜乾豬肺燉湯,熱辣辣拎出尼,個碗好熱,但個湯係凍,或者又係我地唔啱,我地7點去食太夜,應該4 5點去先啱。🥲跟住咕嚕肉無乜特別,唯一賣點係用新鮮菠蘿,可能佢地以為全港佢地獨有,所以收得價錢較高,btw起碼呢個餸唔會太刺激情緒先。跟住朋友話見佢餐廳名海鮮菜館,就試一試佢,餐牌好多寫左「時價」,我地咪問下幾多錢。一問完之後成晚招呼就好似去左澳牛咁,我地問海中蝦幾錢斤,位女士話「有平有貴,睇你地想點先」,咁我哋就問貴幾錢平幾錢,跟住女士話「貴就600-700蚊斤,平就300-400蚊斤」,我再問清楚平既即係300定400蚊斤,佢即刻話「400蚊」(都唔形容佢面口係咩色同當中對話態度),對於一個食開海鮮既人就會明白個價錢發生咩事,但一心支持本地食店就試下佢,尼到係7隻中size既鬼蝦(都唔計較佢有無一斤),粉絲底好正常係食得既,蝦就有少少過熟咁,或者再次係我地唔啱,食炒食炸咪算囉,學咩人蒸粉絲。🥲食完都無一半飽問朋友仲要唔要加餸,大家意見一致要去拜個神轉轉運先,要趕住走都係我地問題。🥲食食下見到有幾張枱特別好招呼,每個行埋去都好似返左大陸餐廳食野咁好招呼,先發現果幾枱講普通話,原來佢地好貼心比佢地有返家鄉服務,我地港人就有港人服務👍👍🥲或者唔關人地又開酒又食海鮮食幾錢事既,係我地3個唔啱食左1000蚊。🥲埋單走既時候都禮貌地唔該佢地,佢地依然保持澳牛服務,好野👍🥲另外,朋友本身經平台book左枱,佢地會叫你取消就送半份炒蜆,我地見枱枱都係咁,個炒蜆食剩一半有多,或者果日天氣熱我地無乜胃口同蜆應該要有沙先好食,都係我地問題。🥲保障人身安全,淨post一張相證明真實用餐食評。…Read More

一試就明白比人搣星都好合理

本人自問都係一名牛精,見到呢間前米豬蓮,就慕名去試食,以下食評純粹個人口味意見。先講環境,店舖都唔算細,就只有細枱,4人以上就要分枱坐,衛生方面都算唔錯。服務方面都幾好,態度友善同唔會一食完就逼人走(可能未到爆棚時間)。食物方面,佢個清湯牛腩麵有分大($52)/小($38),叫左個小,份量同一般粉麵舖相若,甚至仲多少少,大食者就未必夠食,同埋可以叫肥腩等要求,尼到真係件件肥,同埋唔會有菜,得蔥同一大舊蘿蔔。湯底幾好,非常清,一d都唔渴喉,個人建議可以再加少少牛骨淆湯會更好。牛腩賣相非常好,但肉質絕對唔掂,肉比較鞋身,食落都幾硬,難咬得爛,食到痴晒牙,同埋牛味方面爭少少。(本人早前曾對灣仔某一麵店作出食評,果間麵店令我明白到好既牛腩就算咩位,都可以做到唔硬唔痴牙)蘿蔔清甜無渣,我一向不太食蘿蔔都覺得幾好食。喺專頁見到佢招牌菜炸鯪魚球,就叫左個蜆芥鯪魚球試下。首先個蜆芥汁完全不值一提。鯪魚球比較細粒小小都唔緊要,食落唔彈牙,每粒鯪魚肉料都爭少少,同埋食到有骨仔,好難理解佢話係招牌菜,可能佢另外個鯪魚餅會好少少。真心認為好多未拎過米豬蓮嘉許既牛腩麵店比佢更出色。其實米豬蓮真係試過晒所有店舖?定係只會喺旺區旺街果d試食?…Read More

久仰大名,夜晚11點幾,都仲係有人排隊買飛,一街三舖都坐滿人真係不得了,本人對車仔麵一向無乜興趣,最主要坊間好食果d都係辣或咖哩而出名,但本人係少少辣都食唔到。呢間米豬蓮車仔麵,d餸既數量選擇真係冠絕全港,佢多之餘仲要係有水準,好多朋友推介蘿蔔同牛腩,但我今次就試左瑞士汁油麵3餸:豬手,豬油渣,瑞士雞翼麵好正常,份量正常,大食者一定唔夠。瑞士汁好掂,唔會甜過龍,同埋最緊要唔會食完好口渴。瑞士雞翼夠入味,唔會硬身鞋肉,唔會太細隻,食完真係想再添食。豬手兩大舊入味,佢一舊等如其他店既兩舊,肉不多,但非常抵食。豬油渣方面一定好過前少少間老字號油渣麵,同埋佢d油渣都幾大條,但個人認為d油渣可以有少少肉會更正(本人係英記粉絲) 。最後加支蔗汁,正常無特別。呢間車仔麵非常適合唔食辣人士,性價比極高,價錢同坊間相若,但餸既味道同選擇已經贏晒所有車仔麵店。唔好期望坐得舒服,因為好多人流量快同埋係搭枱,店員見食晒就好快手收野,食飽就好快d走,唔好阻住食友食好西。😊…Read More

以前喺元朗都聽過好多人推介呢間餐廳,但一直都未有機會試到,今日終於喺荃灣試到呢間心機小店。小店座位唔多,眼見室內2枱,室外3枱。無揀到招牌既三鮮麵,叫左個紫菜四寶麵(四寶:福州魚丸,墨魚丸,豬肉丸,豬肉餃)。墨魚丸同豬肉丸都唔錯,大細適中,彈牙,絕對唔似凍肉舖大大粒果d。豬肉餃塊皮好薄,唔怕食皮都食到滯。福州魚丸係爆漿丸,入面個肉餡個人認為油左少少同咸左少少,唔係太岩本人口味。至於個湯方面,未食前好大期望,試左啖真係有點失望,本身諗住會好清,點知唔清同埋感覺無乜特別,或者三鮮麵個湯會好好多。值得一讚佢係用豆苗做配菜。價錢唔算太貴,份量亦非常足夠有凸,小店製作有心機,值得大家試一試。…Read More
