和式放題 round 1魚生上檯後換來筷子亂飛, 一時之間三文魚, 北寄具, 甜蝦... 係空中飛翔 ~ round 2火炙三文魚魚腩壽司, 魚腩油脂夾雜炙燒後的焦香味, 讚~ 友人提點"有無留意, 壽司米入口後溶化了" 咁就幾大都recall ~round 3 炸物, 茄子 蕃薯 無乜特別不過不失. 天婦羅蝦... 排開脆皮爆花, 蝦芯無比熱油過火地炸乾, 師父處理"放題"都肯比時間去睇住, 讚啦~round 4一輪燥熱食物後, 轉d 清清地既菜先, 蟹子沙律用豆芽青瓜bb汁, 配合得好清. 菜千島沙律, 炒牛油雜菌, 炒雜菜等. 生熟油青交換地進入口人, 帶點兒點到即止感覺. round 5食肉獸出動, 照燒火雞扒, 皮沾汁而脆, 肉材唔會太乾. 汁煮牛肉, 洋蔥燒汁煮熟牛肉後, 賣相好似有點那個, 入口又係另一個角度, 肉不韌加上燒汁洋蔥, 層次唔錯惹味. 大阪燒牛扒, 帶甜似叉燒, 不過肉芯嫰, 濃濃燒汁果滿外層. 廚師又一次變魔術, 平價食材以和式處理而得出一絲絲合情合理合味道.... 係荃灣要食上海麵, 越黎越難搵到. 地鐵既唯一, 同內街既 一品香好多時都煮到"冧"晒d麵, 仲有既係好大油煙.好食都係假既~ 上海麵煮冧左有幾難, 要熟得黎仲係"爽"麵既... 咁咪就係即碌"麵"而唔係煮定d麵等客叫~呢次"豪興"原來係分店, 比起主店佢加左價... 但係麵就多左份量, 豬扒仲係由本來一件, 加到去兩件. 其次既係... 加埋"茶餐廳"食品.第一day今次叫左雲吞麵走油爽麵 (唔鐘意d熟油味) - 大豆芽湯底, 白麵煮得剛好, 熟而爽, 第一注夾起d 麵, 升起既係陣陣白麵既麵粉味, 炒過既雪菜減左大部份酸味(其實個人鐘意係雪裏紅多d), 雲吞不肥不瘦仲有d菜一起做~ 加左份"煎雲吞" 個人唔係咁鐘意食"餃子"內既9菜... 所以特登問老闆, 有無時間可以"煎雲吞" - 煎乾左d 既雲吞皮, 雲吞既肉汁, 一篤而漏, 食多隻都唔怕有9菜果陣味, 煎餃既皮係厚d, 雲吞就薄d 香d, 不過真係要睇老闆有無時間煎, 所以餐牌上無呢樣野叫, 要直接問老闆娘有無時間煎~ 朋友就叫左豬扒麵 ~ 油香味再加上兩大片既豬扒夾雜雪菜, 仲有係麵好多... 攪到佢都食唔晒~ 第2day 再叫多次"煎雲吞" + 豬扒麵爽麵~ 完全岩一個大男人食, 飽飽~ 朋友就叫左份"特餐" 煙肉蛋多士 + 豬扒公仔麵 $28 ~ 今時今日咁既"碼"仲想去邊到搵呀? 路德圍康樂多士都只係得一個3角形咋, 係個公仔麵失色d ~ ps $32 既午餐, 有飯同埋炒野, 個"碼"都夠晒份量, 可能係近街市. day 3 and 4 都食過佢個到既午餐飯.... 咸魚雞絲炒飯~ 讚~ 夠乾身, 用隔夜飯炒~豆腐火腩飯~ 份量好大~豉油王炒麵~ 味就ok 不過濕左d 蒸排骨飯~ 成碟排骨出比我, 似食晚餐既單頭多d... 不過都係鐘情"上海爽麵"~ 有小小敗筆既係, 無用到我最意食既"淘大荔枝醋"~ 遲下要擺番支係豪興到, 存起佢先至得~…Read More

一個月前 9:00pm 走入去呢到食碗"雲吞麵", 驚訝地... 幼身既龍絲細麵, 仲要麵身半透明~ 呢個情況得兩個可能. 1 呢間鋪無生意, d麵送左黎, 擺到晚頭黑9點仲未郁過, 令到d 鹼水有足夠時間同麵條完成發酵; 2 師傅煮左碗"生"既麵, 未熟送過黎比我? .......... 呢次埋單 $13+11+5 (雲吞麵+牛根丸+油菜) 半透明既... 龍絲... 細麵... 呢一個月係荃灣, 盡可能都揀鹼水麵食, 對比下真係無呢間"雲吞王"既麵咁幼播~ 今日, 帶朋友中午再到呢間鋪~ order 左墨丸麵, 牛根麵~ 朋友叫既牛根就林滑, 我個人鐘意既牛根, 要有"趙"口, 唔好太林, 又唔好硬播... 所以, 好個人化~ 不過, 我碗墨魚丸麵, 70分啦, 至小無欺場先, 白雪雪既丸內, 有一兩粒野比你咬到, 又無雪氣, 算70分. 黎多碟菜.... 好平凡既菜心, 得幾條菜..... 入口就知有d 唔同, 就係"熟油" , 同上次一樣, 熟油淋菜就緊係間間一樣, 但係, 熟得黎無"o羅"味, 帶小小油香似豬油, 但又無豬油既濃厚味道.... 呢個同一個月前既味係一樣~ 清場之後.... 仲係欠dd野, 就係個感覺.... 半透明既, 龍絲細麵... 無左既 當下再叫多個 牛根丸麵, 牛根丸咬開, 肉丸心仲番有小小肉汁, 根丸就唔算彈牙, 可能即熟, 唔係熟定係到擺, 所以粒丸心仲有dd肉汁, 意外收獲~ 再叫多碟菜先, 熟油.... 唔錯~ 今次既麵, 緊緊合格, 可能開鋪幾個鐘, d麵身好新, 鹼水未有足夠時間同麵條完成發酵. 所以, 未完全發揮到, 半透明, 彈牙滑咀既口感 (間間都係咁ga la)..... 可能真係要"入夜"先至食鹼水麵會彈牙d~ …Read More
