坪洲的小清新

在坪洲這個小島上,「想說」咖啡店是一個讓人放鬆身心的好去處。這裡的環境清幽,窗外的海景總能讓人心情愉悅,彷彿時間都放慢了腳步。像是有一天能夠慢慢離開繁忙的生活,也是令人十分嚮往的一部分。「想說」的菜單是一般咖啡店的menu。插圖來自小店的其中一位主理人,很可愛!食物方面,我點了All Day Breakfast,包含炒蛋、煙三文魚、香腸、蘑菇等,每一樣食物的搭配都恰到好處,沙律菜夠新鮮,令人回味無窮。另外,我們點了一份花生醬Bagel也很好吃。不得不提,店內的甜品也值得一試,是日甜品的開心果蛋糕不會過甜,但期待有更多的選擇。咖啡方面,「想說」的咖啡非常出色。選用的雲南和洪都拉斯的咖啡豆香氣撲鼻,展現出咖啡的酒香獨特風味。Expresso Tonic及Apple Tea CoffeeJ都同樣令人難忘。整體而言,「想說」是一間非常適合慢活咖啡店。無論是食物的味道還是環境,都讓人感受到一份舒適與愉悅。坐在門邊的座位,能感受一份來自小島的恬靜及休閒。如果你來到坪洲,不妨親自來體驗一番,或許會有意想不到的驚喜。…Read More

有時我覺得香港人十分之幸福,商場裡的食肆口味,一間接一間的來臨,無形中我們吃的選擇又多了。最近,久沒去行逛的將軍澳東港城,原來開了一間接近一年的食肆,主打台灣菜的餐廳 - 滿山.台北。今天晚上,吃晚飯的時間,相約了在附近居住的舊同學,一同在這間台灣料理店,吃個晚餐。一到餐廳,見到門前的一條排隊人龍,心想,舊同學今次應該沒有推介錯。餐廳原來是太興集團旗下,晚餐有一系列價廉的套餐選擇,有飯有風味台菜有飲品,一佰有找的套餐,就能吃到台北料理。我點了綜合滷味拼盤,賣相不錯夠大碟,拼盤有牛展、雞翼、滷豆腐、腩肉、豬耳、金錢肚、溏心蛋、炸花生共八款滷味。滷得非常入味,一個白飯已很滿足,但今晚我卻選了地瓜米粉。舊同學選的三杯蚵仔啖啖滑鶏也不錯,有爐熱著熱騰騰上桌有鑊氣效果,三杯加料頭的惹味,讓雞肉嫩滑更香口,蚵仔蠔有煎香的味道,十分之好送飯。以三十元加了一菜一甜品,甜品的黑糖芋圓仙草也很不錯!一人份量,吃了主菜可以一同分享!簡簡單單的一個晚上,有時也不需要大排宴席,也稱得上满足。…Read More

嗰日我大概七點幾嚟到尖沙咀呢間人氣泰國餐廳,遠遠已經見到門口坐咗一堆客人等緊入座。不過佢哋流轉算快,等咗一陣就已經有入去坐低。環境幾有特色,置身曼谷街頭大排檔咁,但裝修乾淨企理,最重要係有冷氣😂,食得舒服。基本上由招呼到上菜速度都算快,食物都係熱辣辣送到嚟🍴 頭盤叫咗個鴨肉生菜包,酸酸地,帶住青檸同芫荽香,好清新,食落幾醒胃。沙嗲雞串係必試!雞肉燒得夠香,帶返啲街頭碳燒味,肉質唔乾,仲有濃郁花生醬,好有驚喜。主菜嗌咗個打拋豬肉碎煎蛋飯,鑊氣十足,打拋葉香味好突出,煎蛋仲有燶邊,仲好夠辣。醉貓炒河啲河粉滑身又夠香,上枱嗰陣真係聞到陣陣鑊氣,好正宗。蟹肉奄列又要一試,一切開已經見到滿滿嘅蟹肉,奄列卷得厚實,食完好有滿足感☺️。甜品試咗佢個泰式椰子煎餅,份量唔算多,不過鹹鹹甜甜嘅味道幾特別,唔會食到膩。叫埋個椰子沙冰 🥥,清涼解渴,配搭住前面幾款又香辣又濃味嘅主菜,真係完美嘅配搭。以尖沙咀嚟講價錢算合理,出品同水準都對得住個價,特別係主菜真係有正宗泰國街頭風味。鍾意食泰國菜嘅朋友仔真係唔可以錯過。…Read More

一直都想想試原藝,終於有機會!試左佢嘅晚市二人套餐,都幾有驚喜。麵包籃一開始嘅麵包籃已經有驚喜!黑麥麵包好鬆軟,芝士橄欖扭紋麵包好香有口感,蒜蓉包外脆內軟,全部熱辣辣上枱,加分。先來前菜部分蘭王溫泉蛋配炸京蔥及八爪魚溫泉蛋滑嫩同炸京蔥,加埋鮮嫩嘅八爪魚同酸汁都幾夾!鴨肝蘑菇鍋巴鍋巴香脆,濃郁嘅鴨肝同蘑菇撈埋,都幾特別。牛油果蟹肉沙律牛油果嘅綿密同蟹肉嘅鮮甜完美搭配,食落好健康。龍蝦忌廉湯龍蝦濃郁嘅味道風味層次分明,高質!法式洋蔥湯呢道經典法式菜的確驚喜,洋蔥嘅甜味配埋濃濃嘅湯頭,仲有埋麵包,呢個必點!香煎帶子配風乾黑毛豬面肉及酸忌廉厚肉嘅帶子煎到半生熟,加埋滿滿咸香嘅黑毛豬面肉脆粒同酸忌廉,味道好多元化。到主菜可以揀一個意粉類和主菜!龍蝦汁配波士頓龍蝦闊條蛋麵波士頓龍蝦肉質鮮嫩,有炭香!搭配Q彈嘅闊條蛋麵,闊條麵掛汁到不得了,非常creamy! 炭燒鹿兒島A4和牛西冷重頭戲係呢個A4 鹿兒島A4和牛西冷,和牛肉質嫩滑,油香十足,入口即溶。炭燒的香氣讓人難以抗拒。每一口都是肉香四溢,呢個真係值回票價!不過如果唔喜歡太膩的朋友可以揀番澳洲M5和牛!總括黎講,我覺得佢呢個set嘅性價比幾高,食得出每道菜式都好有心機,食材對得住價錢。最後的咖啡都唔會令人失望!小店坐位唔多,記得book 位,揸車去都有泊車優惠,頭兩小時半價 ($10/hr) 而且出面都有錶位!而且City U staff 仲有9折🥰原藝 (九龍塘)地址: 香港九龍塘海棠路66號女青雅舍地舖電話: +852 69327198#食物字典九龍塘篇文章…Read More

灣仔發達叉燒是一家以其獨特的叉燒而聞名的餐廳,位於繁忙的灣仔區,座落於食街蘭牡街,地方夠方便,吸引了眾多食客前來品嚐。這裡的叉燒以其色澤誘人、口感鮮嫩而受到廣泛讚譽。例湯一點也不馬虎,每款也有湯料附上!叉燒色澤紅潤,表面油光發亮,讓人一見就想品嚐。肉質非常柔軟,肥瘦的肉層好清晰!經過醃製和烤製,外層微焦、內裡卻十分多汁。每一口都能感受到豬肉的鮮美和醬汁的香甜,讓人回味無窮。叉燒蘭王蛋飯粒吸收了叉燒的醬汁,還用上上盛日本蘭王蛋,讓這個黯然銷魂飯的每一口都充滿了味道。燒鵝油雞飯都超好食!燒鵝皮烤得香脆,肥瘦的平衡恰到好處,能食到啖啖肉又有油香!配上酸梅醬這個化學作用從來都是無得輸。餐廳的環境整潔舒適,雖然空間不大,但裝潢簡單,服務員友善!發達叉燒未夠七點食飯已經有長長的人龍。暫時仲未比遊客攻佔,本地人應該趁早來此一試,體驗正宗的港式叉燒。…Read More
