The seating arrangement of this restaurant is really inefficient. Groups of 3-4 or 5-6 who arrive way later are seated while small groups of 1-2 were left waiting for over an hour. That's just poor planning.The food took forever to come and most dishes taste too salty and oily. 今天中午我们team lunch 来利苑,九个人第一轮点了快十道点心,根本不够塞牙缝。后来前后点了二三十道点心又加上主食, 才算填饱肚子。我个人的最爱一向是脆皮烧腩。利苑的烧腩是我在香港吃过最好的一家。皮真的很脆香,肉也很扎实,配上黄芥末酱刚刚好,一点都不会油腻。可惜一盘分量不大我们人又多,所以只吃到两口。虎皮凤爪和豉油凤爪都很不错,入口即化,富含胶质,确实比添好运那些的水准高一点。萝卜丝饼味道很不错,酥皮入口即化,就是馅的比例可以再提高一点不要让酥皮喧宾夺主。流沙包和叉烧包味道还不错但是没有特别出彩,和添好运比差不多。两种肠粉和虾饺烧卖也是,味道过得去但没有很特别的地方,和添好运差不多但是贵不少。虾饺和烧卖的分量也比较小,不能和王子饭店的大小比。至于红油抄手,味道不正宗并不推荐。小笼包倒是皮薄肉多,只是没什么汤汁,比起名点心的差一点。叉烧还是不错的,很入味很香,不会太甜,很快就被大家分光了。后来叫的咕噜肉感觉面粉和肥肉部分太多,有点干腻,不推荐。炒饭很香,分量够大,粒粒分明,也最终填饱了每个人的肚子。总的来说味道不错但是分量真的很少。如果是自己和朋友来吃的话,我觉得脆皮烧腩是必点,其他的性价比就没有添好运那些高了。…Read More

I was craving for something satisfying while in the neighborhood and decided to come here for brunch.brunch buffet is 278 per person and there are 12 dishes to choose from. since the serving is small and everything on the menu looked so good, I ordered one serving of everything!The croquettes and pork & cheese rolls came up first. both really rich and tasty. I especially like the dipping sauce from the rolls which was sour and appetizing.The truffle sandwich is fine, decent with a flavor of truffle but nothing to write home about.stuffed squid is really chewy and tasty, I absolutely enjoyed it. the stuffed sardines on the other hand, was not that pleasant to me. perhaps it's the saltiness combined with the texture which puts me off. The cod Brandora in red pepper is both prettt and delicious. I would call that a piece of art, a treat to my eyes and palette.seafood paella was just okay. I'd not wanna order it in full portion the next time I come for ala carte.broken eggs with churizo was again an artwork. The presentation was lovely and it tasted great too. in comparison the churizo in red wine is just plain and could have been skipped. scrambled egg with cod was also mediocre, tasted a little bit salty to me.The churros was a little too hard but still nice to have after all the savoury dishes. tarta de santiago was fine but a little heavy after such a long meal so I didn't finish the whole piece.as it turns out, you can get super full on tapas!!! 昨晚来这里吃晚饭。 一看当季美食里有鮟鱇鱼肝,马上点了这道早就想享用的美食。另外点了牛肉粒蒜片铁板烧,天妇罗拼盘和鳗鱼寿司,以及梅酒。鮟鱇鱼肝一端上来看卖相就挺诱人,我迫不及待夹了一小口,真是入口即化而且鲜美可口!可以说比鹅肝更回味无穷!牛肉粒很快也上来了,颗颗饱满,配上烤得香脆的蒜片,真的是很馋人。一口下去,半生熟烤得刚好,外熟里嫩,还包裹着一口鲜美的肉汁,实在完美!一开始就停不下筷子。鳗鱼寿司还不错但并没有很出众,和千两比起来还少了一点嫩度,但是还是美味的。平时我并不太爱吃油炸的天妇罗,但是朋友极力推荐了这里的天妇罗拼盘。一口下去果真惊艳了。虽然是油炸的但一点都不觉得油腻,炸皮松脆又薄薄的,一点都不会喧宾夺主抢走食材本身的风头。不论是红薯,花菇,大虾还是其他蔬菜,每样都超级美味而且因为炸过而口感更加松脆诱人。梅酒就是普通梅酒,甜甜的很容易下口,一会儿一杯就见底了。因为食物太诱人所以很快吃光了还意犹未尽,于是又点了豆腐冰激凌。果真是有豆腐的味道但是又不会有违和感,口感绵密入口即化,好评!唯一可以抱怨的是服务员稍微没那么机灵,每次要示意很久才会被注意到,不过服务态度还是很好的。一定会再回来…Read More

I came here for weekend brunch a while ago and totally loved the eggs Benedict. this Thursday after getting my hair permed I decided to come for a light dinner with my girlfriend.The restaurant is small but cozy. Nice ambience and the staff were really friendly. the owner also took the time to chat with every customer and make sure they are having a good time.I went for Australian beef salad and my friend got the chicken Caesar salad. we also ordered the foie gras and scallops platter and a big bottle of cider to share.The beef was really fresh and juice. When I said medium rare they got it just right. it was perfectly savoury and sinful but also healthy with the salad. I've always wanted to try the fried chicken plus waffle here and decided to finally drag myself out of bed and come for brunch.The fried chicken was 2 giant drumsticks. honestly I find KFC's chicken more juicy and tender, however this was decent too. on the other hand the waffle is probably the most decent waffle I've had in hong Kong. I also ordered a large glass of Riesling. The appetizer we shared was king prawns. it was tender and succulent and the sauce was perfect for dipping the bread in. I also tried a friend's salad which was fresh and nice too.The steak was good like how I wanted it to be. Medium rare, cooked on the outside but very juicy inside. The mustard sauce and mushroom sauce went perfectly well with it. The Riesling was disappointing though. it wasn't sweet as I expected but tasted more like a sauvignon blanc.I had a bite of my friend's ribeye and it was juicy and tasty too.we also went for dessert. 今天同事来吃迟到的春节聚餐。这已经是第四次来王子了,感觉水准保持得很好而且性价比比利苑那些高很多。点的菜色有十几个,除了普通的叉烧包奶黄包凤爪烧卖虾饺叉烧酥红豆糕, 还有芝麻酱茄子,炸豆腐块,炸花枝脚, 盐焗鸡,黑松露炒饭,肉丝炒粉丝等等。点心那些水准不错,和利苑差不多而且分量更足。叉烧包奶黄包都很大,皮薄馅多。红豆糕很Q弹也很大个,甜中带一点酸,好吃。冷菜里面我觉得芝麻酱茄子很不错。很入味又很爽口,酸甜的芝麻酱还能促进食欲。炸花枝和炸豆腐都是外酥里嫩,而且不觉得油腻,我个人很喜欢。盐焗鸡算是重头戏,很入味而且很肥美,咬下去皮脆肉滑,吃起来简直停不下来。黑松露里面真的有黑松露颗粒,闻起来也是松露香,但是吃起来就一般般了。炒粉丝的卖相一般可是味道其实不错而且很能填饱肚子。唯一不怎么样的倒是甜点。我们叫了杨枝甘露,结果里面基本没有柚子肉,而且芒果也很酸涩,实在是今天这顿午餐唯一的败笔。服务员上菜撤盘子这些都很快,效率非常高。比起利苑我更喜欢这里,性价比高。:)…Read More

在香港一年也算吃过好几家的水煮鱼了 不过这家还是吃下来味道最棒的。红红一大盆端上来卖相就很好,红油油热腾腾香喷喷的。水煮鱼里面的鱼片很多,也很嫩很新鲜。别的地方的水煮鱼面粉经常太多吃不到鱼肉本来的味道,可是这里的面粉很薄一层,可以尝到鲜嫩滑口的鱼肉本身。而且汤里面还有豆芽黄瓜粉条等等配菜。有些水煮鱼的粉条会软趴趴没有嚼劲,但是这家的粉条Q弹又好味,吃起来根本停不住。三希楼其他一些菜也不错就是性价比不高,可是我觉得水煮鱼是超级值回它的价格的。每次馋的时候,叫上一两个朋友就可以来大快朵颐啦! …Read More

今天中午和朋友来这家吃午餐。以前只打包过他家的甜点,一直觉得不错。原来这里也有提供午餐。我叫的是龙虾黑松露配鸡汤,朋友叫的是帝王蟹意大利饭。看图以为我的那份会很大,结果原来只是一小碗。龙虾有嚼劲而且有好几块,但是并不怎么鲜美,而且也并没有吃出黑松露的香味来。这样一份要190, 相比之下感觉我朋友的意大利饭只要240性价比会高不少。我有尝以下他的意大利饭,味道很足,饭的硬度也刚刚好,吃完之后唇齿留香 :)由于实在没有吃饱,我又叫了一个伯爵红茶蛋糕,朋友叫的是白巧克力百香果蛋糕。我的蛋糕真的有伯爵红茶的味道!可惜稍微有点偏甜,不过48的价格不算很贵,还是不错的。朋友的蛋糕白巧克力和百香果的味道都很浓,最上面还有金箔装饰,好看又好吃。最后账单一共是580左右。我觉得总体来说味道不错但是性价比就不够高了。当然,比起置地广场的原店来说还是便宜很多的。…Read More
