To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 虽然几乎每次来都要等很久,但是每次人均不到100就能吃得这么满足,实在是让人不能不喜欢。今天人很多,我们三个人一共等了快一个小时,但是还是觉得很值得。我最喜欢叉烧包,凤爪,虾饺,烧卖,萝卜糕这几样。我们点了一共有10道点心左右。感觉虾饺里面的虾很新鲜也够大,凤爪不是虎皮的但是够软又很多胶质的感觉让我停不下来,烧卖很大个味道很正,叉烧包味道是有一点甜但是蛮合我的口味的外皮也很酥软,萝卜糕很香而且也不会太咸或者油腻,让人吃完还想吃。肠粉和腐皮卷也是不错的选择但是相对其他菜就比较普通一点不会特别出彩。每个人有几块钱的茶水费,而茶是一直可以续杯的,所以吃了点心随时喝茶也不会觉得油腻。如果有三个人以上,周末想吃个早茶的话,来这里是最好的选择了!
