平時食鐵板燒就食得多,但親眼見住師傅喺面前即席處理新鮮鮑魚,仲要係生猛到識郁嗰隻,真係第一次!師傅手起刀落,俐落地將鮑魚起肉、去內臟,成個過程乾淨利落,未食已經係一場視覺享受。將鮑魚放上高溫鐵板嗰刻,「嚓」一聲,香氣隨即撲鼻而來!師傅火候控制得啱啱好,鮑魚邊煎到微微金黃,肉身就保持住豐厚飽滿。切開嘅時候,可以感受到嗰種彈性,咬落去更加係不得了!口感煙韌得嚟帶點軟糯,完全唔會韌到咬唔開,仲保持到本身嘅海水鮮味,一啲都唔腥。簡單用牛油同蒜片調味,已經將鮑魚嘅鮮甜完美帶出。每一啖都係濃郁嘅牛油香,同鮑魚嘅鮮味交織住,味道層次豐富到令人忍唔住閉上眼慢慢享受。旁邊仲會放返個鮑魚肝醬,點少少一齊食,個種甘香濃郁嘅風味,真係鮮到舌頭都想吞埋!食完之後成個口腔都仲縈繞住嗰陣鮮味,個滿足感真係難以形容。呢種級數嘅新鮮同廚師功架,絕對係會令人想再返嚟尋味!…Read More
