蟹—唔係我最鍾意食嘅海鮮,但每逢呢個時候總會覺得一年要食一次大閘蟹。之前試過响酒樓食,又試過自己屋企蒸,一隻起,兩隻止。今年Hubby上網搵到呢間,任食大閘蟹都係第一次。我哋下午搵嘅時候,餐廳未開沒預訂,唯有直接walk-in撞下彩。估唔到平日室內座位已訂滿,幸好仍有室外座位可選擇。現在天氣涼涼哋,坐得都好舒服。任食價格分3-4両公及3兩乸嘅$358、4-5両公及3両半乸嘅$428、5-6両公及4両乸嘅$588三款,我哋選了$428,大閘蟹及4款有關食品、飮品任飲。每人食咗大閘蟹各6隻(公4隻丶乸2隻),真係破咗我人生紀錄。我哋始終喜歡公多D。至於其他食物,我覺得蟹粉水餃丶蟹粉扒時蔬及蟹糕臘味糯米飯都冇咩蟹味。反而個生滾大閘蟹粥幾好味,雖然蟹肉唔算多,但熱辣辣加上濃濃胡椒粉味又幾好食。最後我哋叫多碗,然後自己拆大閘蟹啲蟹腳蟹脾肉放入去,仲正…Read More

Hubby和我都放假,好想出去走走,最終決定去石澳行吓。石澳對我嚟講有好多回憶,記得以前間中跟公司老闆及同事放工揸車嚟一間做燒鵝出色嘅餐廳晚飯。我公司老闆去世後沒有再嚟晚飯,夏天都有嚟沙灘玩,但這也是十多年前嘅事了。今日天氣好好,我哋打算行情人橋,怎知橋消失了,橋座鐵枝也露出了,不知是否之前被颱風山竹破壞,還是純粹定期維修。雖然和情人橋緣慳一面,但周圍景色好靚,看著海浪打上石灘上巨石濺出嘅水花,寧靜中嘅浪聲,看著丶聽著,有洗滌心靈感覺,好舒服。逗留一陣開始有肚餓感覺,於是出去搵食。嚟到這間泰菜館門前,被它外貌吸引,餐廳主色係淺青綠色,好有大自然氣息,加上開放式嘅座位,勁有渡假feel。雖然天氣唔算熱,但响有置身泰國感覺嘅餐廳,好自然想飲凍嘢,我哋叫咗椰汁沙冰丶芒果沙冰丶柚子沙律和泰式拼盤。這椰子沙冰係用椰子肉做,與我之前飲用新鮮椰青水不同,故此有少少失望。芒果沙冰香甜;柚子沙律柚子很多,酸甜度適中;泰色拼盤,份量啱啱好,最重要係每樣食物都炸得香脆。冇楝錯,有機會要同多啲朋友嚟,可以食多啲其他嘢。最後,我哋去沙灘行及坐咗一陣,享受了遠離繁囂嘅一小段時光,感恩。…Read More

原本約咗共6位朋友食中餐為十月之星興生,但突然其中三位不能出席,剩低三位其中一位壽星女建議去Curator,因為佢好想整幅自己照片嘅藝術打印咖啡。可能係星期一,餐廳食客唔多,等友人期間,我就周圍影吓餐廳相。人齊後,我哋揀咗吞拿魚沙律丶雜菌意粉及豬扒share食,兩位友人揀咗藝術打印咖啡,我選熱洋甘菊柚子茶。三款食物味道也不錯,但切豬扒時我覺得有點吃力,心諗肉質可能好硬,但食落又幾好,相信把刀唔夠鋒利啫。講番藝術打印咖啡,若客人用自己相片,需要用Airdrop發給餐廳。因壽星友人用Android,為我哋落單女侍應建議把相片以WhatsApp傳給另一友人一次過發比餐廳。女侍應收相後問了哪相片是凍咖啡及哪是凍朱古力底,友人回答後佢複一次但錯,友人更正,但女侍應聽完後復述又錯,友人再更正,女侍應再復述但仍錯,今次我哋三人一齊更正,女侍應沒再重複,而我哋諗佢今次應該收到了。咖啡嚟到,我哋急不及待影相,但發現其中一杯相片影像化咗,唔肯定侍應送來時手震還是這藝術打印出問題所致,專誠來飲藝術咖啡的壽星友人有點不開心,但也打算接受。可惜佢哋一飲,就發現女侍應根本沒有正確地落單,兩杯味道對調了,於是找來一位男侍應查詢。有關影像質素,男侍應解釋應該是相片經過WhatsApp發像素低(落單女侍應沒有提及這點),至於味道與影像錯配,男侍應道歉並重新整過兩杯飲品。由於友人相片像素低,最後佢以梵高畫作代替自己相片。我哋想埋單,等了數分鐘也沒一位侍應,友人唯有親自去水吧叫埋單,當時有職員點頭示意明白。由於那晚地鐵服務提前結束,我哋想快啲埋完單就走,但等了好久也沒侍應行動,友人再去水吧詢問,但發現這幾位侍應全無反應,友人真的發火了,佢向在場的外藉經理(或主管)反映了以上一連串問題,我從坐位遠見友人不斷投訴而這高層也不斷道歉,可惜友人心情沒有好轉。其實我很明白佢心情,原以興生心情去一間自己想去嘅餐廳享用晚餐,卻一次又一次換來失望。希望餐廳見到這意見能虚心改進。…Read More

今年商場Food Park這邊開了很多食肆,之前食過美琪BB開嗰間和以不同顏色小籠包作招徠嗰間,今天和兩位家姐想試下D新嘢門外見午市餐牌嘅選擇較左右兩間多,決定揀呢間東南亞菜。兩位家姐其中一位楝炸軟殼蟹撈檬套餐,另一位和我就揀馬來蜜汁炭燒厚切豬扒撈檬套餐。如圖中所示,我的套餐包括涼伴螺肉沙律丶炭燒豬扒撈檬、木槺布丁及熱泰式奶茶。呢件又大又厚、表面看似义燒丶又似豬頸肉的豬扒,單看賣相已覺超吸引,咬落去好實在丶又juicy丶好滿足;凍檬材料充足,除檬粉外,有雜菜銯及花生,配上凍檬最佳拍擋嘅魚露,食到我舔舔脷隔離枱的兩位靚女原來嚟過幾次,無私地分享了她們經驗 — 除炭燒豬扒外,海南雞及肉骨茶也是不錯選擇。哈哈,豬扒都未落隔,我已經諗定下次嚟要食靚女以上推介其實我未埋單,都已經急不及待將呢張午餐相分別發給hubby和姨甥仔了,皆因我哋係為食家族…Read More

其實我嚟這餐廳已多次,午丶晚餐都試過,一直都很滿意,只係自己之前太忙,就算影咗食物照片,最後也沒有寫食評。今次我同自己講,幾忙都要寫,好想比番個credit間餐廳,又想繼續將好嘢介紹比人。 餐廳提供多款午市及晚市套餐,此外更有一個$400多的二人餐。因hubby和我超為食,始終覺得套餐唔夠自選咁正。當晚所叫嘅食物如圖(除沖繩啤酒,忘記影),基本上都係我哋喜愛的,今次我特別推介以下三種:- 蟹子沙律 (青瓜絲丶蟹柳丶蟹子丶沙律醬份量恰到好處,撈得均勻,抵食)- 鮮蔥吞拿魚腩茸軍艦 (魚腩茸新鮮丶量多到滿瀉)- 燒豬仔髀 (燒得香口丶加上芥末醬簡直絕配)近兩次晚餐都想叫燒豬仔髀,但第一次無貨丶第二次waitress落錯單,一直未有口福。今次落單時waiter原本話無,後來check完廚房確定有,開心;食完知道燒得咁香,為食嘅我感覺非常滿意幸福。…Read More

舊同事從上海回港,一早約好其他朋友在銅鑼灣飲茶聚舊。可惜當日大部分地鐵站都停止服務,已訂位的酒樓一早打來通知暫停營業。大家商量後決定改去北角這比較安全地方食下午茶。這是我第一次來,酒店位置靜中帶旺,上到餐廳一看這個靚境,立時能把心中不安丶煩憂都暫時放下,完全陶醉於這個超治癒的景色中。我哋一行五人叫了兩個二人afternoon tea set,賣相精緻、鹹丶甜點都有,鹹點比較特別,包括有鵝肝及和牛等食材。飲品除一般咖啡奶茶外,還提供多款特色茶類供客人選擇。埋單時才知某信用咭,有85折,平均每人唔駛$200,超值。這𥚃絕對適合三五知己閒時飲飲食食吹下水,我相信我會再來,期待下一次的心靈放鬆。…Read More
