要再培訓職員!態度有待改善!安排入座management 超級差!

今時今日咁嘅服務態度真係要僱員再培訓抑廚魔之名而來,真係都抱好大期望!首先入到去係畫紙仔拎飛,員工有張A4 size寫低幾號no 幾多位入座(午市繁忙時間搭枱就是常識啦)我哋拎咗75號飛,2人入座。見張紙前張紙要等4張枱咁多,企旁邊1對情侶都提示我哋入座management 超差,果刻我心諗劃埋飛都會差!原來員工係會叫咗入座會冇刪除,又會叫叫下都會跳咗號碼+叫錯,都唔俾返啱號碼入座!冇啦啦去傳菜咗5-6分鐘(餐廳有位都掛住傳菜),成間餐廳冇人安排客人入座,冇位冇得坐!-最funny係用qr code落單,落好單,又話我哋冇落單,人手過嚟點餐,點完1次又復述多一次!咁做咩一早唔人手落單,好混亂! d utensils 真係眼見咁污糟😅 疏乎厘西多士,好明顯個底係冇勁好啲油,成個底都係油,一口油,真係就咁食個西多士仲好!-眼見對面落咗單嗰位哥哥叫焗豬扒飯,奶茶多奶少甜!我哋都差唔多食晒嘢啦,個員工就話冇晒焗豬扒飯,跟住上咗個凍啡俾人哋,磚頭員工就話個奶已經到咗,哥哥哥哥懵然不知,就收咗人哋喺個口飲緊個杯凍啡就俾返一杯多奶! gosh!😅 係咩體驗! 跟住我哋叫咗個鹹牛肉蛋芝士三文治,烘底麵包係的確幾好,但係麵包就略嫌佢冇搽到牛油上去,蛋就比較老,鹹牛肉就唔太多,唔可以話好好食,唔係難食,中規中矩,但係比我想像之中係差好多!跟餐可以加$9叫紅豆冰,紅豆的而且確係夠林夠甜,soso la!其實食物方面係中規中矩,千萬畢業袍太大期望!但最敗筆就係啲員工嘅態度,因為眼見有幾張枱係冇招呼客人入座,我哋都有善意提點嗰度有位喎係咪可以安排入座,員工都係只會掛住傳菜同埋同你講一陣,果一陣真係好一陣!😅😅😅…Read More
