6月雨一直下, 困了在家不知多少天, 這一天到銅鑼灣coco cafe 參觀後,適逢朋友想到西貢逛逛好吧,也想看看海到了西頁碼頭後, 閒日及微雨的關係, 的確同平時見既西貢好唔同沿著海旁走了走, 我們便轉向左方海旁一直行差不多要吃晚飯,難得一場黎到, 又唔想行返出碼頭先食, 所以我地就望下附近的餐廳, 就揀左呢間泰國餐廳, 入黎前先有四面佛, 餐廳都幾大, 由於朋友要抽煙所以揀左戶外坐, 女侍應勁nice 放左個蚊香係檯底, 同埋都無味, 細心我們先叫左兩杯野飲, 經理推介我地飲冰沙, 朋友揀左芒果冰沙, 試左啖,芒果之餘仲有少少香茅味, 好清新我就穩陣叫左個椰青,解渴之選我地拎住本餐牌, 款款都有相, 望左好耐之後經理就問我地想食咩 , 咁岩朋友都想食海鮮, 佢揀左蝦, 我就最近好想食蟹, 之後經理誠意推介食燒雞同黃金菜, 初時都諗叫咁會食唔哂, 不過諗住黎緊幾日要留家閉關, 有d野食拎走係屋企起碼可以維生吧, 好啦叫左先算, 原來雞係即刻燒, 大概等35分鐘第一碟黎左個黃金菜皇帝菜,原來係炸既, 好脆同埋到最後都依然翠緣(所以最尾都有打包),食落好爽口, 唔錯唔錯不一會, 朋友點既蝦都到左, 勁大碟, 以為爆炸大頭蝦會用河蝦,原來用海蝦~ 有好多炸粉絲裝飾, 食左係無味既, 撥開白色既面層, 戲肉黎了, 炸蝦肉質挺實,新鮮蝦既香味不停傳出,忍不住用手食, 佢地好似避風塘既做法,不過就係泰式香茅幼絲,好泰feel,蝦非常入味香口,輕易離殼,師傅將蝦炸得到位及到家蝦煮得耐就會縮水, 呢d 原隻咁大, 一d都無縮水食食下已經落手食, 咖哩蟹都黎左, 好大隻蟹, 我地傾緊究竟隻蟹有幾大隻?係咪斤半定係兩斤重?(好無聊既對話,hahaaa) 咖喱味香, 蟹身好索咖哩味, 應該走過油, 蟹鉗不得之了啖啖肉, 有部iPhone 6 咁大,D 汁真係送飯一流。。, 應該可以食多碗但係我地叫左招牌燒雞, 點都要留肚既, 雞到~~~~~~我地叫左半隻雞, 雞唔算大隻, 一放係檯上面會feel 好大陣雞油香, 唔係炸雞脾個種油膩,係濃味雞香,真係勁邪惡雞皮唔會因為燒烤而乾身左, 係好似燒味飯上熱既油雞而無咁多油, 唔算脆身, 不過雞肉真係好嫩滑有肉汁, 好想8下師傅點燒, 下次自己去bbq 唔使再燒到乾憎憎, 我諗應該需要好多耐性 食完慢慢散步出去, 突然食到餐好味既, 係下雨天以外的收穫。。。。整體服務都好好,因為之後諗返我地食海鮮但都無堆到成堆殻無人理,臨尾仲同個泰國人傾左陣計,都好nice…Read More

2016 年8月的restaurant week, 我共book 左4間餐廳, Whisk 係其中一間, 上一次食已是好幾年的事, 今次是和其中一位要好朋友慶生,雖然遲左一個月, 但好朋友就不會計較這些吧由於塞車既關係,朋友早到了在lounge 等我一會,到達後她跟我說是Mira Member , Happy hour 買一送一, 我無跟她一起點,畢竟晚餐是重要。朋友跟職員說要上餐廳食飯, 職員便建議我們直接上去餐廳, 他會通知同事把餘下的一杯再倒給我們, 酒店服務真係好細心到了whisk 後, 我們被安排坐了中心的方形桌, 已經坐了很多人,太概7成入座。 於是朋友又說是不是一定要試tasting menu? 我心想, 唔通唔岩食? 她續說: 她有一張一枝香檳既coupon, 加上VIP discount ,不如就今天用。 就這樣,我們就在正常menu選了 ....我們點了starter, Whisk eat up salad 沙律及著名乳豬再想叫多一份牛排之際,侍應生語重心長阻止我們叫下去, 他說這個沙律份量很大, 對你們來說太多了, 沙律都會吃到飽,咁睇少我地果然,我地的確食唔哂開始時的bread   basket 好好食,微暖~~我最欣賞呢個蟹餅,口感很好,唔乾,表面仲脆脆的,金黃色令食慾大增,啖啖肉好味到要慢慢食。。。。沙律到了,上碟是一個 平底pan, 難怪侍應之前這麼說,他好細心為我們夾了兩小碟出來,細問之下,可以講出18-19樣食材,沙律菜,幾款芝士,加無花果等幾款水果,仲有煙肉。。這個份量,這個價錢,拍爛手掌般抵。我地已經食了好幾回,都飽飽地,為怕食唔落乳豬,就著他們再上下一個主菜黎喇黎喇真係好香噴噴,油光剛剛好,雖然份量唔多,原來,我地都係食唔哂。跟中式乳豬相比,是多一種西方的香料的味道,好好味,口感鬆化,真材實料,物有所值,加上兩款醬汁,正正正忘記了加了side dish...黑松露通心粉,由於乳豬太好味既關係,呢個就算有truffle ,都變得正常好味~由於餐廳11時關,我們已是最後的,為免阻住人收工,到旁邊的諾士佛臺再食再飲過。。。。朋友生日,我也 許了願~VIP discount: 25% off ,比tasting menu  更抵。。。…Read More
