買芋圓返屋企自己煮糖水

呢間小店,食過好幾次,因為間鋪太細,等位又熱又辛苦,所以今次決定買返屋企自己煮。一盒生芋圓,有分大盒細盒,大盒好似係$90 ,我買咗盒細嘅$50 ,買完先發現原來份量好少,我估只可以煮到四碗糖水,每碗八粒(但係佢寫住應該有大約60粒🙄)⋯⋯咁即係買返屋企煮冇乜特別着數,堂食佢煮埋唔使煩,都係加兩蚊一粒之嘛。性價比來講,份量偏少,確實有啲失望。佢哋嘅芋圓標榜無添加,全部天然材料,奇怪嘅嘢發生,點解我用清水煲嘅時候會煲到成煲水變咗藍色呢?😱😱😱😱啲芋圓會發脹左之後縮返細,好似做緊科學實驗咁雖然係變咗藍色水,但係「煙煙un un」嘅口感我個人好鍾意,唯有照食,配埋自己整嘅椰汁芋頭西米露,好食過堂食(講真佢嗰度啲糖水底好一般)…Read More

估唔到食完雞煲之後會轉龍蝦湯

今晚想食海鮮,諗起呢度有海鮮之餘又有雞煲,加上打卡有得任食餃子同菜,決定試吓。蒸海鮮同雞煲之間,最後揀咗雞煲,問過兩個餐嘅海鮮冇乜大分別先來雞煲,中辣,味道唔錯,半隻雞好快食完跟住我哋以為待應會直接加啲湯打邊爐,點知原來係轉龍蝦湯。講真個湯冇乜特別,應該都係味粉開出嚟,唯一有睇頭嘅係浮著一隻已經煮熟左嘅龍蝦。隻龍蝦都係得個睇字,拆開來舊肉同一隻大蝦差唔多重點黎啦,海鮮拼盤,一見到就知唔係最新鮮嗰隻,冇一樣識郁令人最失望嘅係嗰兩隻廣島蠔,仲係結緊冰嘅(令我諗起759雪櫃入邊果一大包)另外塊魚片都十分唔掂,係用最渣嘅大魚切片,夾硬切斷啲骨,食落成口骨,放棄左跟住有肉類,份量唔多,不過唔緊要,因為味道一啲都唔吸引,我每樣食咗一舊就放棄仲有可以無限添加嘅餃子,都係唔掂丸好似係冇得加嘅,睇相係咪覺得OK ?我覺得得粒墨魚丸勉強叫食得落(唔通我太嘴刁?)不得不提呢粒叫做「終極打大佬」,我估係梅菜豬肉丸,真係又梅又難食仲有響鈴魚皮其實以呢個價錢來講,加埋一四百零蚊一位都算幾豐富,我哋都冇再加任何免費餃子同菜。雞煲係幾好食,可惜其他食材真係好一般,特別啲海鮮唔夠新鮮,感覺上用差唔多價錢寧願去其他鋪頭食啲新鮮海鮮好過。不過如果你係大食嘅,而食嘢唔挑剔願意食味道一般嘅餃子,我相信呢度都不失為一個選擇。…Read More

食物尚可,服務態度有待改善

比較少喺港島區食晚飯,上網搵吓有冇心水餐廳,見到呢間價錢合理,又有位,即管試吓星期五夜晚,餐廳大約得一半客人。做緊happy hour 酒精飲品有半價,可惜我哋唔飲酒。餐廳唔算大,同隔離坐得都好近,廁所裝修雅致,乾淨。唯一不足嘅係開放式廚房抽氣唔夠力,成間餐廳一陣味。打開餐牌,頭盤價錢吸引,幾十蚊有交易,不知不覺就會叫多咗。食物分量唔算多,叫咗一個咋雲吞,都有細細地五隻,合理。餐牌設計好得意餐廳上菜冇次序,第一樣黎嘅竟然係意粉。份量唔多,味道冇想像中咁好,啲蝦細細隻,性價比一般第二道菜先上頭盤炸雲吞,掛住食唔記得影相。味道不過不失。第三道菜係慢煮乳豬,配蘋果醬,喺餐廳推介嘅菜式。嚟到嘅時候,都有啲驚喜,望落去好似好大份,但係原來有三份一都係肥豬肉,三份一係骨,剩低三份一食到⋯⋯同埋呢個主菜竟然冇side dish,如果以二百幾蚊來講,加多幾十蚊可以食到牛扒連side dish,又好似食牛扒抵啲(見到隔離枱食)呢舊肉切開好多肉汁,食落都幾嫩口,如果塊皮可以燒得脆啲就會更加好,家下係半硬半淋唔脆嘅口感。另外加多$58叫左side黑松露炸薯條,就係熟悉嘅麥當勞炸薯條加少少松露醬,冇乜特別。以銅鑼灣來講,兩個人埋單六百零蚊,算係不過不失,可惜其中一個講英文嘅「中國人」服務態度同埋說話語氣都麻麻地,一坐低已經搞到谷鬼氣,影響食飯心情。…Read More

沒有最燶,只有更燶

好耐之前上網睇過呢間餐廳嘅介紹,半年前試過打電話嚟滿座到訂都冇得訂,所以放棄咗冇食。今日突然醒起,諗住試吓walk-in,竟然有位。餐廳裝修雅致,以呢個地點來講,算好有心思。餐廳盡頭嘅角落頭掛咗一幅畫,加埋柔和嘅燈光,驟眼以為自己坐係高級餐廳度食緊野。可惜抽風系統嚴重不足,坐落5分鐘發現油煙味攻入室內久久不散,本身鼻敏感嘅我漸感不適,唯有掉位出返大門口坐。嚟到呢度,梗係要試吓啲牛扒$98 ,以價錢來講,算幾吸引。不過唔跟湯,淨係跟可樂砌開牛扒多汁,肉質睇落去好靚,點知食落十分有咬口,好似香口膠咁樣,食到個口好攰,不過牛肉味幾好薯蓉真係好一般,乾,鞋口,唔建議食最差嘅係塊多士,望落已經好燶,點知反轉後面更燶!可能係得一個廚師,兼顧唔到咁多野$68 ,炸魚薯條總係覺得呢度啲嘢揸炸得太燶,舊魚岩岩炸起係幾好食,不過啲薯條好明顯係炸定,比較乾加左$30跟餐轉左杯接目骨荔枝梳打,味道係荔枝梳打,冇驚喜餐廳自助形式,不設帶位,好似快餐店咁自己出去落單拎餐具。上菜速度極慢(超過20分鐘一道菜),我見隔離枱食完第一碟,第二碟先上。食物質素一般。論裝修格調我覺得係文青打卡好去處,但係唔多適合我呢啲為咗搵食嘅客人。所以我知點解今日唔使等位。…Read More

勁難食!我講多次,係勁難食!本身諗住放佢一馬,唔好嘥時間寫佢負評,但係一食呢個榴槤甜品,越食越忍唔住要喺度寫低,以免大家中伏。我哋分別叫咗一個芒果班cake同埋一個「海燕椰皇榴槤凍」,兩樣嘢夾埋成舊水,諗住有返少少質素。一嚟個芒果班戟,只不過係一塊薄皮班cake上面加少少cream同一片仔芒果,同屋企整冇分別,伴碟嘅嗰三粒水果仔,實在醜樣到不堪入目。大佬嚟啦,佢哋推介嘅必食甜品「海燕椰皇榴槤凍」。上面係一球仔榴槤肉, OK嘅,同一般甜品鋪一樣。食落去就恐怖啦,唔知自己食緊啲乜嘢,係一舊冰,又唔係刨冰,類似係將啲椰王水撈埋入邊啲肉雪左做冰。中間仲有一大舊透明物體,我估呢舊就係「海燕」,以為自己食緊膠,舊嘢同啲冰一齊硬到拮唔入,打唔爛。都唔緊要,因為成舊野係冇味道,好似啲污糟水浸住舊冰咁樣,總之見到你係唔會想食!我見成$58 ,諗住盡力食吓啦,點知真係頂唔順,放棄!臨走先的起心肝影相寫食評,朋友仲話我對間鋪頭唔公平,影得咁核突,我話:「舊嘢由頭到尾都係咁核突」!最後我哋放低左一張紅衫魚,懷着憤怒嘅心情離開。千祈千祈千祈唔好黎食!我見隔離枱啲甜品都係食咗三份一就走路,大家估到乜嘢事啦…Read More

話說有日開Facebook ,見到有雜誌介紹呢間火鍋店,有海鮮又有牛肉,仲話有刺身甜品。二話不說即刻約朋友一齊去試吓。打去訂位,原來早鳥時段五點至七點半連埋加一醬料全包只不過係$130,即刻覺得好抵!雖然最後成六點鐘先入座,但係食咗個半鐘頭已經夠,因為冇乜特別好食。一嚟每台有一人一杯welcome drink. 有gimmick 但杯野飲七彩顏色好唔吸引,我見咁多枱都無人飲。呢度提供好多種唔同嘅湯底,有啲都幾特別,不過要另外加幾十蚊。所以我哋揀咗唔使加錢嘅冬瓜薏米湯底,順便諗住佢個湯底清清地試吓啲牛肉同埋海鮮。點知先發現原來海鮮得「是日海鮮」一種,今日係硯。另外仲有啲一般嘅魚片同埋花枝片。牛肉拼盤望落都幾靚同埋新鮮,不過食落有啲un ,我哋只係叫咗一次就冇再添食手打蝦膠、墨魚膠我本身好鍾意食呢啲膠,覺得好好食,特別蝦膠好彈牙,不過食落兩種都冇乜鮮味好多種唔同嘅火鍋料,朋友話同一般酒樓任食嗰啲打邊爐差唔多,不值一提好多種醬料唔知係唔係特價時段,我哋走嘅時候見到其他枱有新鮮蝦食😐唔知係唔係正價先有刺身同埋其他甜品呢?唔好咁老土啦,做唔到質素就唔好學人做特價🌚提提你餐廳地下好滑,溜冰咁樣小心跌倒。記得出示面書like有就有響鈴送,算係成晚最好食嘅嘢。…Read More

如題,啲餐廳多數一出名,水準就會下降。記得第一次食王家沙,係喺雅蘭中心嗰間分店,當時唔係開咗好多間,好似成10年前,當時對我來講都算係高消費,不過食完起碼覺得值。至於今次,大家估到啦⋯⋯又係帶住BB ,唯有去返大型商場連鎖店,搵間有BB櫈嘅餐廳食飯。呢度張BB櫈都幾得意,算係好坐、方便。雖然BB好重要,但係食物都不容忽視。又係我鍾意嘅湘川滬菜式,菜單都唔使睇,就叫左以下食物:炒鱔糊($8x)鹹,幾鹹下,唔餸飯唔得排骨擔擔麵($6x)麵質一般,湯底唔香唔辣,冇花生味,成碗味道奇奇怪怪。排骨係炸完再炆(仲要我哋食晒碗麵佢都未記得上排骨)。相比之下,上海婆婆嗰碗好食啲上海粗炒如圖,好普通牛肉餅記得以前都係皮薄餡靚,入邊好多汁。家下變左皮厚餡少,仲要同一碟兩舊一大一細😑賣相已經失晒分。牛肉餅都係推薦清真牛肉館!高力豆沙中間嘅豆沙好少,炸蛋白唔夠鬆軟,好實淨,仲要上面唔夠糖霜,食落去舊嘢冇乜味道豆沙鍋餅嗱嗱嗱自己睇圖,唔使講啦,塊皮厚到呢!啲豆沙去咗邊啊?除此之外,我哋仲叫咗小籠包同埋煎小黃魚。小籠包OK ,煎魚就好腥⋯⋯三個人埋單五百幾蚊,只能夠說失望,冇一樣野好食。…Read More

行到去朗豪坊,發覺有唔少嘢食,有一排冇嚟過,好多餐廳都變咗。見到呢間唔使等位,餐牌上面嘅相又幾吸引,就一於試吓。原本以為望落去啲嘢平平哋,但係望真啲原來一個套餐都要$70以上。冇計啦,依家出街食飯乜嘢都貴。我自己唔係好肚餓,諗住叫一個$48嘅蛋糕套餐,有一舊精選蛋糕同埋一杯野飲,特飲加$10。價錢都好合理呀,點知行到埋收銀,先至話冇晒餐牌上面啲靚蛋糕,剩低show出嚟嗰啲細細個cupcake....連望都唔想望多一眼,絕對唔會食啦!因此,我只係飲咗一杯菊花茶。陪左朋友食晚飯,佢哋分別叫咗:炸雞飯盒套餐(大約70幾蚊)炸雞係幾好食嘅,即炸外脆內軟,有肉汁。啲飯就硬啲,唔係珍珠米。飯盒裏面有一舊炸薯餅同埋一篤凍嘅薯蓉(幾難食下)。除咗炸雞之外,其他野都好一般。炸雞三文治拼薯條餐(大約$80)套餐有一份三文治拼薯條,一份細細的沙律同埋一杯嘢飲。佢塊包唔係一般嘅方包,係丹麥酥麵包,我見佢出面散賣兩塊都要20幾蚊(其他麵包舖當然唔使咁貴啦)。相比起個飯,呢份三文治比較好食,唯一係啲薯條太燶,應該係炸定嘅,硬掘掘。認真黎講,其實用80幾蚊食嘅嘢同麥當勞一個脆辣雞腿包餐差唔多,我就真係覺得唔係幾值囉。地方又唔係好坐,唔好諗有乜嘢服務添啦。我應該唔會返轉頭…Read More

龍閣,主打刺身同埋高檔火鍋。剛開業的時候試過打兩次邊爐,材料真係幾新鮮。亦都試過中午飲茶,點心精緻,有水準。難得放假再來,隔左一段時間,食物品質下降了很多。馬拉糕差不多是我飲茶必點。說好的籠仔馬拉糕原來只係用錫紙兜裝住嘅一小球,十分取巧。如果味道好那還算說得過,可惜馬拉糕質地硬,又乾,一點都不鬆軟。忍不住說句「十分差」。早茶點心紙,價錢比正價便宜得多,還算合理,可是質素已不復當年。香煎芋絲餅。味道不錯,偏濃味,可惜煎得太燶,火候不平均。最錯的是只有4片這大小。點了其他點心,沒有什麼特別,已經不像以前有優質的感覺。裝修也開始變舊,早茶要搭枱。龍閣已經變成一般公公婆婆飲早茶嘅茶樓了。…Read More

好一陣子沒有特登到糖水鋪食甜品,記得年青的時候很喜歡與朋友飯後吃吃甜品吹吹水,可能人大了越來越沒有空餘的時間,難得今天約了朋友,便到附近的松記食糖水。甜品的選擇有很多,有傳統的中式糖水、心太軟、各款冰品伴雪糕,還有以榴槤和芒果作主題的各款甜品。一看到有榴槤,便被深深吸引着,最後選擇了榴槤班cake伴D24榴槤雪糕。班cake皮有陣陣香味,不像榴槤味,但味道吸引。裏面包着榴槤肉,還有鮮忌廉,口感軟滑,整體不太甜,不錯。唯一的建議是多加一點鮮忌廉,現在的班cake扁扁的,皮多過餡。D24榴槤雪糕沒有什麼特別,不是很creamy那種,類似帶有淡淡榴槤香味的冰品。埋單$47 ,一點都不便宜!天呀香港的消費越來越高!…Read More

近太子這一段的花園街,滿是各式各樣的食店,隨便走進一間,今天選擇的是山東餃子館。雖然名為餃子館,但其實菜式選擇不少,有各種各樣的前菜、麵類和小食。隨便點了一款煎餃子和一碗湯餃子,還有羊肉串,簡簡單單的一餐。湯餃子沒有什麼特別,菜肉餃。煎餃子:可以雙併,選了韭菜豬肉和牛肉。餃子外皮滿是油,煎得不均勻,不夠火喉,外皮不香脆。一些皮破,保留不了肉汁,失望。羊肉串: 20幾蚊,兩啖就食完。普通的急凍羊肉,外面的香料有點辣,下單時沒有問要不要辣,如果不吃辣的,下單時記得要說明。煎餃子比湯餃子還要加兩蚊,可是還不夠湯餃子好吃,下次可省回兩蚊。外賣餃子會多兩隻,自己買回去煎,一定比起在店裏煎的好吃。…Read More

很少機會到大角咀這邊,難得放假過來,一向知道大角咀有很多餐廳選擇,逛了兩條街,被餐廳門口的印度西施招徠後,便選擇了這間印度餐廳午膳。餐廳牆上掛滿印度油畫,掛牆電視一直播放着印度流行曲,甚具氣氛。看一看餐牌,起初被$50的套餐吸引進來,一看才發現那是素食,也沒有什麼不好,不過還是點些肉吧!所以最後選了比較穩陣的咖喱雞。咖喱雞配薄餅套餐:套餐包括有主菜、飯或者薄餅、湯、飲品和甜品。不知名的湯,心想味道應該很古怪吧?試了一口,味道竟然意想不到,偏鹹,還加了香料,分別不到是用什麼材料製作,可是味道特別,個人頗為喜歡。主菜的咖喱雞,味道偏鹹,雞肉類似白烚,有一點點梅,味道一般吧,略嫌咖喱汁太少,不夠沾薄餅。薄餅質感是OK的,「煙un」,不錯。甜品又是不知名的,白色的半固體食物,好像是甜的爛飯,古古怪怪,嘗了一口便算。性價比OK ,會否回頭?應該不會吧。…Read More
