To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. 帶住BB出尖沙咀搵食,最緊要係搵個BB坐得方便嘅地方,要BB坐得方便,大家先有啖好食!因為上海婆婆有全張BB櫈,所以就揀左佢。開咗喺尖沙咀嘅上海婆婆,行咗高一格嘅路線。裝修、清潔同埋服務係好咗,但係食物都係嗰啲,但係價錢梗係貴一截!不過相對於尖沙咀其他餐廳來講,算係合理。秋風起,餐廳做緊蟹粉主題菜式,朋友二話不說揀咗蟹粉扒豆苗。再叫左幾個點心:小籠包、煎鍋貼、炸金絲卷,叉子燒餅同埋炸排骨擔擔面。蟹粉扒豆苗:第一啖食落去,哇鹹到呢!賣相係幾靚,條條菜都充滿油光,我只係食到「味精」嘅味道。仲要成百幾蚊,份量大約得「塞實一碗飯碗咁多」,少得可憐小籠包:都係一般水準,不過不失炸排骨擔擔麵:好似60幾蚊,一碗麵同埋塊炸豬扒,味道唔錯,價錢合理公眾假期晚飯限時個半鐘頭,要帶埋BB食飯梗係趕急,好在間餐廳根本無人排隊,變相冇限時。三個人食咗四百幾蚊,未飽架,整體來講,不過不失啦
