最近同朋友去咗元朗嘅雞煲棧火鍋,試咗佢哋最出名嘅 秘制重慶雞煲 BB辣,雞肉真係滑得嚟又入味,啲汁香濃惹味,炒得好均勻,食到尾都唔會太油膩。網上食評都一致推介呢款雞煲,唔少人都話係「元朗必食」之一。打邊爐方面,我哋點咗 頂級手切牛同和牛牛小排,兩者各有特色:手切牛肉味比和牛濃,但唔算係濃郁型,屬於比較實在嘅牛味;而和牛則嫩滑多汁,入口即化,兩款都好有水準。配埋佢哋嘅湯底,真係好滿足。仲有一碟 椒鹽粟米,份量超大,香口又抵食,係網民都大讚嘅人氣小炒之一。食材選擇方面都算多元化,有墨魚滑、脆骨腩、珊瑚蚌、角色蔬菜等,啱晒鍾意試新嘢嘅朋友。特別推介佢哋嘅 即炸芝士響鈴,外脆內爆芝士,唔少食評都話係必叫之選。服務方面都值得一讚,職員會主動提供圍裙畀着淺色衫嘅客人,細心又貼心。炒雞煲時亦會幫手兜汁、清理雞骨,令整個用餐過程更加舒服。…Read More
