最近去咗荃灣曹公坊一間泰國小店——,地舖位置唔算大,環境比較狹窄,樓底又矮,坐得唔算太舒服,但一入去見到佢哋用咗好多綠色植物做裝飾,感覺幾清新,氣氛都唔錯,係嗰種街坊feel但又有少少泰式風情,唔會太浮誇,幾貼地。講返食物,今次試咗幾款菜式,最驚喜竟然係!🔥🐟 泰國炸魚皮:辣得過癮,香脆到停唔到口!一上枱已經聞到香味,炸得超級脆,唔油膩,入口即化嗰種脆感真係好正!雖然佢有啲辣,但係唔係死辣,係有層次嗰種,辣完仲有啲香料味喺口腔度回甘,食完一塊又一塊,完全停唔到手!如果你本身鍾意食辣又鍾意香脆小食,呢個真係必試!我自己食完仲想打包返屋企睇戲配住食,夠晒爽!🍲 冬蔭公湯:足料大盤,酸辣平衡,蝦膏香濃!呢個湯有誠意,佢入面有好多菇菇🍄,仲有幾隻超大蝦,蝦頭仲有蝦膏,啖啖鮮味!湯底酸辣味好平衡,唔會太酸又唔會太辣,仲帶有啲香料嘅清新味,飲落去唔會膩。呢個冬蔭公湯真係有驚喜,感覺好似喺泰國街邊食到嗰種地道味。🐔 海南雞半隻 & 🦐 泰式生蝦:正常發揮海南雞半隻就比較普通,雞肉唔算特別嫩,但都唔差,配醬都ok。泰式生蝦方面,味道正常,冇太大驚喜,但新鮮度都夠,唔會有腥味,算係合格之作。🍗 沙嗲雞:醬汁好味,雞肉嫩滑沙嗲雞都唔錯,雞肉唔乾,醬汁係重點,濃郁但唔會太甜,有花生香但唔會太膩,拌飯一流。雖然唔係話超驚喜,但係係穩陣之選,值得一試。🏠 環境小結:地方唔大,但有心思講真,地方真係唔大,坐得比較逼,樓底矮有少少壓迫感,但佢哋用咗好多綠色植物做裝飾,令成間舖唔會太侷促,有種小清新感覺。唔係打卡型餐廳,但係有種街坊溫馨感,適合同朋友輕鬆食餐飯。…Read More

位於跑馬地載德街嘅「壹玖捌叁」,唔止係一間港式餐廳咁簡單,而係一場味覺與視覺嘅雙重享受。由裝潢到菜式,每一個細節都見心思,難怪成為唔少人打卡之選。花雕蛋白配白泡唔止係一道菜,更似一幅畫。白色蛋白如雪山般靜靜地坐喺藍白陶瓷碟中央,頂部一抹橙黃花雕醬,像夕陽落山前最後一絲光。周圍鋪滿粗鹽或碎冰,似海岸邊嘅浪花,襯托出蛋白嘅潔白與柔和。細細睇,仲有啲小花、小葉、黑豆、甚至一隻細細隻嘅蟹,像係一個微型生態,將整個海岸場景搬上枱面 🦀🌸🧂。味道方面,花雕酒香唔濃烈,反而係淡淡地滲入蛋白之中,入口滑溜,唔膩。白泡輕盈,像係空氣中飄浮嘅細霧,唔係主角,但令整體多咗一份層次。呢碟菜唔係要你「嘩」一聲,而係要你慢慢望、慢慢食,然後喺心入面輕輕咁讚一句:「靚。」佢唔係嗰種令人即刻記得味道嘅菜,但係你會記得佢嘅樣,記得嗰種靜靜地、唔爭唔搶嘅美。係一種唔講嘢但有存在感嘅風格,像係一個唔出聲但好有氣質嘅人。流心鹹蛋黃芋角外面睇落平平無奇,一咬落去,流心奶黃爆出嚟,鹹蛋香同芋蓉夾得好靚,唔會太膩,食完仲想再叫多隻。墨汁魷魚餃係蝦加魷魚嘅餃,配啲墨汁,幾有創意,口感豐富,墨汁冇搶味,反而令成件事有層次。黑糖馬拉糕配椰絲牛油好食,只係其他太出色,佢就變得冇咁突出。不過椰絲牛油加得啱,有少少驚喜。但被其他食物比下去🤪整體嚟講,呢餐係有記憶嘅。唔係每道菜都驚為天人,但有幾樣真係食完會記得。唔浮誇,唔造作,係一餐有誠意、有心機嘅港式創作。…Read More
