值得一試浜燒海鮮

踏入12月,又係一個好多應酬節目既月份。老公提議辛苦左一年,不如今日去食餐好,我梗係舉手贊成啦。浜燒聽就聽得多,但係平時一大班人好少會去食,今日兩口子就不如去食下啦。一入舖頭,睇得出店主好有心機去裝飾間舖。係門口附近有一面牆,上面掛左好多木牌仔,全部都係魚既種類,當中仲隱藏左自家既店味係入面,真係好有心思。鱈魚乾 $78呢個其實係佐酒小食,雖然我哋冇嗌酒,但我覺得當餐前小食都唔錯😋將鱈魚乾切成幼條,再沾上蛋黃醬,香脆可口,唔使一陣已經食晒。南瀛卷 $258用吞拿魚腩肉、海膽、魚子、蟹肉、甜蝦組成嘅卷物,看似一座山,海產既種類非常多,每一款都好鮮甜。尤其係海膽,喺香港多數食到嘅都好唔新鮮,但係呢度嘅海膽好creamy,但係又唔會搶左其他海鮮既味道👍🏼不過由於呢個卷實在過於巨大,所以食起上嚟有少少論盡,但另一面咁睇,因為每款材料既數量都好多,食客可以隨意配搭,鍾意配吞拿魚食又得,海膽加上吞拿魚都得,每款食法都有唔同嘅享受。蟹味噌甲羅燒 $68呢款菜式由蟹肉、蟹子、蟹味噌、蔥花+1隻鵪鶉蛋撈勻,再喺爐上慢慢燒。雖然做法簡單,但因為材料新鮮,所以食出嚟好鮮甜美味。魚刺身平時喺香港食嘅刺身,不外乎係三文魚、吞拿魚呢d款式,但系呢度食嘅刺身,係由店員推薦,每日新鮮運到刺身。呢條魚有兩種食法,一係用豉油,另一種係特調醬汁。我個人就鍾意店家特製嘅醬汁,酸酸地,更加可以將魚既鮮味提升,同埋魚肉真係好新鮮彈牙,我覺得魚刺身係絕對值得試既👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼活貝盛合黎到戲肉喇!$388既活貝盛合,包左兩隻鮑魚、兩隻大扇貝、兩隻生蠔,仲有少少甲類。為左唔好浪費大好食材,店員會原汁原味幫你燒好哂,再擺係你面前。每一款食物都好新鮮,我個人最鍾意扇貝,多汁又啖啖肉😆雜錦天婦羅盛合我地仲點左呢個天婦羅盛合。雖然佢絕對唔係今餐嘅主角,但係值得一讚嘅係天婦羅炸得好香脆,唔會成口油,唔錯!…Read More

已經係第二次嚟食,但係唔知點解每次黎都係落雨天,哈哈。晚餐set仍然貴精不貴多,選擇唔多,但係樣樣都係廚師嘅精心傑作。今次我哋依然加錢揀咗香煎法國鵝肝配焦糖醋藍莓,大蝦粘米多,黑松露菌忌廉湯,蟹肉南瓜忌廉湯。每一樣都keep到上次嘅水準,作為頭盤完全冇失威。主菜其中一款我哋揀咗德國燒鹹豬手,上次食完念念不忘,所以今次決定翻兜食多次。豬手嘅份量仍然係好大碟,兩個人基本上都冇乜可能食得晒,豬手外皮燒到好脆好酥,但係下面嘅肉一啲都唔鞋,仲有好香嘅豬手味道。而且上枱前已經幫你切好,可以好有儀態咁樣食。配菜係新鮮炸好嘅薯條,鍾意香口嘅人一定會愛上呢一道餸。另外嘅主菜我哋揀咗果仁焗三文魚扒,第一次食到呢種整法。因為佢唔算覺得太熟,只係焗到啱啱好,所以入邊嘅魚肉仲keep到先粉橙色。加上外層嘅你行果仁碎,都幾特別。…Read More

第N次食喜來燒肉

以前想黎食喜來稀肉真係要大排長龍,可能而家開嘅烤肉店已經成行成市,所以黎食喜來稀肉嘅人已經冇以前咁多,但係如果要食烤肉我一定會仍然係諗起佢。而家平日七點幾嚟到已經可以直接上去,唔使等位。幾岩我呢d唔鐘意等位既人,哈哈真雪花牛肉牛肉嘅脂肪分布好平均,紋理亦都好分明,而且顏色好鮮紅,好新鮮。薄薄一片,輕輕燒一燒已經食得,你可以點醬汁食,或者包山菜都好惹味。烤調味牛排骨呢個係我第一次點嘅牛肉,比我想像中好食好多。因為佢本身已經用調味料醃制過,所以唔使點醬食都好好味。亦都因為佢味道比較重,所以我更加鍾意用生菜包住食,感覺會冇咁膩。護心肉每次必點燒肉之一,因為佢本身嘅口感就比較嫩滑,所以食落口好好味。不過因為佢係豬肉,所以少嘅時間要比另外兩款牛肉更加耐,不過咁好食,燒多一陣等耐啲都係值得嘅。而且就算燒耐左都唔會好韌。…Read More

今晚突然之間好想食台灣野,就係咁搵到呢間老街。鋪頭嘅位唔係好多,所以成日都有人等位,好彩收得早過嚟,所以唔駛等好耐就有得入。點左滿漢大塊牛肉麵,大大碗,湯底有好濃郁嘅牛湯味,仲有少少藥材味,雖然冇台灣咁正宗,但係味道總括嚟講唔錯。而且配料好足料,牛展亦都入晒味,食完令人回味無窮。排骨肉燥乾拌麵一個要左牛肉麵,咁另一個梗係試埋乾拌麵啦。乾拌麵都算乾身,加上少少青瓜絲,將麵同青瓜絲連埋肉燥撈勻,又幾惹味喎。係兩種完全唔同嘅享受。不過排骨唔算太突出,試過就算。花枝丸花枝丸嘅外皮炸得幾金黃,而且好彈牙,表面加左少少椒鹽,作為小食都唔錯。…Read More

上次聽同事講話呢間餐廳幾好食,連星期五都好多人要等位,所以今日想出街食又唔知食咩好,第一時間諗起呢間西餐廳。點左兩個set餐,一個係10安士美國西冷牛扒,另一個係黑松露卡片邦尼意粉。先黎嘅係黑松露卡邦尼意粉,黑松露味好重好濃郁,而且意粉本身幾彈牙,唔會烚得太軟無咬口。加上廚師本身留咗啲汁,所以個意粉好juicy,同埋好香。另外嗰個西冷牛扒,我地點左七成熟,外層煎得好香脆,入面仲見到少少鮮紅嘅肉,火候算keep得幾好。牛扒唔算用咗太多葉了去整,只係用咗少少黑椒去掉味,而啲盤放左啲粗鹽,食客可以自己去調味,啱晒唔同人嘅需要。伴菜用咗沙律菜同埋粗薯條,食完啱啱好。…Read More

平日返完教會,都鐘意係附近搵野食。本身諗住今日行遠少少食韓國野,點知行行下無喇喇落雨,為左避雨,所以就決定係附近揀一間食。呢間每次行過, 都覺得佢好有懷舊既味道,舖頭雖然細細地,座位都唔多,不過總係見到不停有食客進出。入到去,好有日式風味,一個個座位對住細細既廚房,可以見到拉麵師傅煮麵。食客可以係張紙上面圈住自己想食既野,再交俾廚師就得。我點左一個柚子魚芥wasabi沾麵,全店唯一一款沾麵。唔知由幾時開始,我愛上左食沾麵,如果有得沾麵,我都鐘意點黎試下。沾麵係會將湯汁和拉麵係分開上,食既時候先將麵放入湯點一點黎食。今次呢個沾麵以主要用左魚介,所以好濃魚介味,加上少少柚子香,真係好味。麵會跟左2塊叉燒,叉燒肥而不膩,仲好嫩滑,係香港食到既質素黎講算係唔錯。另外沾麵用左粗身麵條,所以比平時既拉麵更有口感同彈性。…Read More

幾年前要食喜來稀肉,剩係識去尖沙咀大排長龍等位。而家喜來稀肉既分店已經遍佈好多地方,想食唔一定要去尖沙咀,連旺角都有。點左一個韓牛特殊部位套餐,有牛外腹肉 / 牛梅花肉 / 牛脊亦位 / 西冷,包2杯飲品。點完餐,店員就順便幫手整埋爐邊蛋,一係芝士+蛋醬,而另一邊就係泡菜+蛋醬。套餐話咁快就到左,有一塊肉大到連個盤都裝唔哂。4個部位,各有唔同既肉質同埋味道,但係每個部位既油脂分佈,所以燒出黎都好香,同埋唔會太”鞋”,加埋生菜一齊食岩岩好,減少左油膩感,同埋食D菜感覺好似健康D。不過最大塊果塊牛肉,因為太大既關係,所以火喉既控制比較難,我地又怕太生,所以有少少燒過龍,破壞左個口感。…Read More

劉在石代言既炸雞,果然名不虛傳,次次經過都好多人係門口等位。今日行過,好彩無咩人,就決定去試下喇。芝士炒拉麵年糕     $108一上枱,見到已經覺得唔簡單。果然,味道比想像既辣左少少,但係佢既辣係惹味既辣,其實係好食既。入面有魚片、年糕、蛋、拉麵同芝士等等。拉麵既麵質岩岩好,少少彈牙,但係又唔會太硬。但係要快D食,如果唔係, 等佢凍左食就會無咁好味。而且對於鐘愛芝士既我黎講,呢個芝士量岩岩好,一啖麵再包少少芝士,好味!初雪拼甜辣炸雞其實開頭係有D抗拒,因為之前係第2度食過初雪炸雞,但係因為芝士味不足,食落同原味好似無咩分別。但係呢到既初雪炸雞,唔止初雪咁簡單,而係大雪。最外層有甜甜地既芝士粉,但係咬落去有香脆既外皮,入面係啖啖嫩既雞肉。不過雞胸位比較”鞋”,所以唔係件件都咁juicy。另外甜辣味都好好味,少少辣少少甜,相得益彰,2隻味道都試得過!…Read More

韓食可以話係無處不在,只要你想食,總有一間係左右。今日同朋友黎左呢間試新野,點左一份上烤牛,蜜糖醬炸雞同埋煎餅。店員先幫我準備左爐邊蛋。上牛烤    $288呢個上牛烤包左5個部位,小牛排、肉眼、牛肩胛脊、腹胸肉同牛舌,份量認真無輸。不過肉既味道唔算太突出,尤其係牛立方,因為太大舊,其實有D難handle,雖然店員有教我地燒左外層,切開一片片再燒入面,但係好難切得好薄,所以食起上黎好韌 >< 蜜糖醬炸雞呢個炸雞比相像中好食。其實我一心係黎食烤肉,不過朋友想食炸雞,所以我地都點左一份。雖然份量唔算多,但係香脆既外皮,加上肉質嫩滑,同埋味道岩岩好既醬汁,非常值得嘗試。估唔到佢既炸雞先係主打,哈哈煎餅其實佢既煎餅熱食係幾好食,邊位整得好香口。可惜返轉個底,見到原來個底都燶左,仲要唔係少少燶,有D失望。…Read More

今日老公話要帶我去食好野,叫我早D收工。上到餐廳,裝潢幾靚,而且當晚既客人唔係好多,幾枱都係2,3個朋友 / 家庭式咁黎,大家都可以靜靜地咁傾計,我真係好鐘意呢d環保。Dinner Set包左頭盤 / 湯 / 主菜 / 甜品共4樣。我地1人點左1個Dinner Set, 老公揀左炭燒加拿大黑毛安格斯西冷扒配紅酒汁,而我就揀左西班牙橡果豬配燒肉汁。其實原先我都想揀牛牛,但係又想試2個唔同款,所以就1牛1豬咁叫,點知就係因為咁而有Supprise。紐西蘭鑽石蜆大大隻既鑽石蜆,海水味好重,同埋真係好大舊肉,啖啖都食到鮮甜味。法國生蠔海鮮拼盤2隻手掌咁大既生蠔 + 翡翠螺。由於2樣我都唔食,所以無試,但係老公話好好味。荷蘭白菌忌廉湯濃郁既菇菌味,同埋好多一粒粒切碎左既菇菌粒,每一啖都係好足料。炭燒加拿大黑毛安格斯西冷扒配紅酒汁牛扒我地叫左7成,廚師火喉掌握得岩岩好,切開牛扒仍然見到入面係有少少紅色,但係又唔會話血淋淋。肉質好腍,但係都有彈性,口感幾有嚼勁。外層有淡淡既炭燒香味,配上紅酒汁,更帶上肉既香味。西班牙橡果豬配燒肉汁黠解呢隻豬咁有驚喜?因為佢食落唔似一般我地食到既豬肉。因為其實我平時好怕豬羶味,但係佢係1D都無,而且肉質好有口感,好彈牙,但係肉質係唔會痴牙。原來佢係食橡果大,所以同平時食開既好唔同。如果下次再黎,我都一定會再叫呢個菜。焦糖朱古力脆脆三重奏食完咁多美味既主菜,又點可以無甜品。呢個甜品,又係一食就愛上,連老公唔鐘意食甜品,佢都讚不絕口。雖然佢細細一件,但有濃郁既朱古力味,真係好正!法國蜜瓜伴荔枝雪芭另一個甜品揀左呢款,因為諗住其中一款可以清清地,食下生果+雪芭中和返。…Read More

今日同朋友去食野,發生左見趣事。話說由於大家收工時間唔同,所以我決定去左餐廳等佢先。事先我已經SEND定地址同埋話左佢知係食西餐。點知係我等緊佢既時候,見到佢係門口經過左。後來佢同我講返,因為一心諗住食西式野,無諗過餐廳既裝潢係咁中式,所以完全無視地經過,哈哈XD澳洲和牛漢堡 $128經過烘烤既麵包外層,入面包住一層層餡料。除左有主角和牛漢堡,仲有香甜蔬菜,包括洋蔥、蕃茄、生菜,令到成個口感無咁膩。和牛漢堡既口感亦都唔錯,味道帶甜,唔會好韌,每啖咬開都唔需要費力。另外伴碟的炸薯條用左粗身薯條,簡簡單單用鹽調味已經非常足夠。歐式脆皮乳豬  $288本身都好爭扎試德國豬手定係呢個歐式脆皮乳豬,最後朋友覺得反正都係,難得呢到有,不如就點個特別D既,因為唔係到到都有得食。乳豬既外皮烤得好香脆,但係豬肉仍然保持到肉嫩,好juicy。不過乳豬既羶味比較重,岩哂重口味人士,不過食唔慣既人可能會覺得有太over。…Read More

樂天經典既前身叫樂天客棧,當佢仲係樂天客棧既時候,已經黎過一次。當日再黎到同一個位置,裝修依舊,不過名字已改。不過我諗改左名,但係唔會影響廚師水準既。照舊侍應會準備一壺茶,荼水每位 $7,收費滷水花生粟子一碟,盛惠 $15。招牌扣肉包  $22/個因為上次食完覺得好好味,所以今次要encore。好彩水準依然保持到,扣肉、白麵包同埋生菜分開上,黎到可以等客人自己夾埋一齊食,唔會驚肉汁令到包身提早濕哂。扣肉肥而不膩,而且好林又入味,加上生菜同埋硬軟軟既白麵包,口感豐富,正!喇沙湯海鮮米線$72喇沙味道好香,椰汁味亦好重,味道非常香濃,個湯底好creamy,加上辣辣地去帶出味道。不過今次辣味好似有D重手左,結果我食左幾啖就投降,要pass俾朋友繼續努力。同埋海鮮用料都好多,有大蝦、蟹柳、魚肉等等,夠哂足料。馬來風光(小)  $73呢排食得少菜,都要order返個菜清清腸胃。其實有D似我地食開既通菜,不過用黎炒菜既醬好香,好惹味。加上幾條辣椒絲去調味,將個香味更加提升左。…Read More

自從朋友office搬左黎呢區之後,係到搵食既機會都多左。當然,都要多謝地膽朋友既好介紹,先可以捐窿捐罅搵好野食。返工時間人來人往既中環,收工之後又有另一番景象。今日朋友帶我黎食拉麵。黑蒜灸燒極濃黑豚肉拉麵  $78第一次食到原煲上枱既拉麵,幾有風味。濃郁既豬骨湯底加上豐富既黑蒜味道。而且味道濃得黎唔太膩,非常惹味。加埋幾塊黑豚肉、溏心蛋、鳴門卷,而且麵質硬硬地,正好岩哂我既口味。雖然覺得店家如果可以俾客人有得選擇咩麵質會更好,但係我覺得餐廳一定係試過呢個係最好食先會推介俾客人。黑安格斯肉眼牛扒掛烏冬   $88另一個我地決定點烏冬試下。呢個配搭又幾新鮮WOR。原來"掛"烏冬係熱熱地既烏冬,仲要係無湯要點汁食。醬汁既味道醱醱甜甜。係掛烏冬既上面舖上幾塒稍微香煎過既牛肉,用簡單既黑椒同胡椒粉調味,味道不俗。不過牛肉少少覺得唔夠軟身。…Read More
