放完假之後返工,總係無乜心情做野,所以今日決定早D收工,去荃灣廣場 Cow Bean 食個早飯,因為呢度係繁忙時間,一定大排長龍,所以五點幾去幫襯,就最好啦,一入去揀左個窗口位坐,雖然出面無靚景,但係有D天然光照下都好吖,加上呢度裝修走清新自然風,感覺都好舒服。望完餐牌叫左個鐵板三文魚炒飯,加杯朝日啤酒。好快冰凍啤酒就送到,Happy Hour 即刻開始,飲左一大啖,實在透心涼。跟住鐵板三文魚炒飯又到啦,熱辣辣,賣相好吸引顏色好靚,好多三文魚仲好有光澤,蔬菜都好多,分別有椰菜、豆角、洋蔥、粟米,面頭仲有一大堆甜蛋絲,首先將D蔥花放曬上去,加埋隻溫泉蛋,再淋上燒肉汁,鐵板唧唧響既時候,已經聞倒香嘖嘖,即刻輕輕撈勻,熱辣辣食入口,好好味,軟嫩既三文魚好有鮮味,D蔬菜好新鮮,而D飯亦軟韌適中,加埋溫泉蛋令整體口感滑溜溜,燒汁亦吾會太鹹,調味啱啱好,差吾多食曬,D飯依然熱辣辣夠曬熱度,食到個胃暖笠笠,跟住飲番啖冰涼啤酒降下溫,真係又爽又滿足。食到飽飽,餐廳又出現人龍,無辦法啦,要食好野,花多少少時間都係值得既。…Read More

同好朋友慶祝生日,食佢大愛既日本菜,點名要食廚師發辨,一於豪食一餐。先來前菜,有和牛,松葉蟹肉,安鱇魚肝, 碟碟都好好食,雖然係細細碟,但都好滋味。跟住再囄刺身,右口魚,珍蠔、醋啫哩,海膽海蝦,金目鯛,最鐘意珍蠔,吾算好大隻,但味道好清又鮮,仲有右口魚,油脂好多,好香。跟住大大隻龍蝦刺身,肉質雪白,入口又爽又彈牙, 好新鮮,吾點醬汁,食佢既原汁原味,都已經好正。燒銀鱈魚,面層燒到金黃,入口好幼滑。手握壽司,師傅話依個時候係最啱食白魚,所以我地主力都係食白魚壽司,有池魚,剝皮魚,鱸魚, 鯖魚壽司,款款都好新鮮,不過最開心有我鐘意嘅赤貝壽司,好爽脆,口感一流。仲有右口魚,左口魚食得多,但右口魚就少食,入口個種入口即溶既感覺,真係好正。另一個要讚嘅係北海道海膽拖羅飯,其實之前食左噤多壽司,都飽晒,但見到噤新鮮既海膽, 又點忍得口,一口氣將佢食清光。最後囄個熱辣辣既龍蝦湯,望落去好清,飲落味道好鮮甜。甜品黑芝麻雪糕,芝麻味好濃好滑,覺得好滿足。…Read More

今日成日都係出面做嘢, 喺銅鑼灣收工已經七點幾,經過白沙道見到一間望落去有D似酒吧,睇真啲原來係台式小店,主打牛肉麵,仲有台式奶茶、果茶、奶蓋沙沙外賣櫃位,門口仲有高枱櫈可以坐低慢慢飲,見噤靚噤吸引就入去試試。店內嘅裝潢有古老倉庫氣息,週邊破爛紅磚牆、懷舊擺設、海報帶出台式小店風味,仲有不少綠葉植物作點綴,感覺舒服。既然店名用上三個牛字犇之食堂,一定要試下佢哋嘅眷村紅燒牛肉麵啦,餐牌有牛仔標誌架。牛肉係用牛,聽講台灣人鍾意牛牛有咬口。食落軟淋而有咬勁,有唔同層次,牛肉味濃。湯頭有牛肉鮮味,湯色較深但鹹淡啱啱好唔會太濃。 麵係闊身麵條,咬落彈牙,沾咗湯一齊食可口順滑,仲可以加埋枱面上嘅酸菜就更惹味,的確係有水準嘅牛肉麵。小食點咗大腸拼小腸, 係台灣嘅傳統小食。大腸係糯米腸,小腸係黑橋牌台式香腸, 佢嘅賣相好特別,將大腸開邊再加上酸菜同小腸再用竹籤串起, 食落味道豐富,有糯米嘅軟淋,香腸嘅肉味,酸菜嘅甜酸再加上醬汁, 令傳統小食變得仲好味。台式飲品一定要試啦,叫咗香橙茉莉花茶,都係有牛仔標誌。 飲落有明顯嘅香橙味,但不會遮咗茉莉花茶嘅清香。臨走前同經理傾咗兩句,先知道材料都係來自台灣,連師父都係台灣囄,唔怪得味道可以咁有台灣風味,原來檯面嘅酸菜都係台灣師傅自家製,下次要加多啲,食真啲。…Read More

天氣開始無咁熱,心思思想食日式燒肉,荃新天地嘅牛太係我首選,地方闊落、坐得舒服、通風又好,食完唔會成身味,一於約朋友今晚去食個燒肉大餐。一坐低,經理落力推介新出以泰國為主題嘅燒肉餐,當然要試吓啦,先有柚子沙律,柚子又甜又多汁,仲有青綠嘅生菜,混埋辣辣地嘅醬汁,食得好開胃。泰式酸辣豬頸肉,用泰式醬汁醃過,好入味,邊位燒到燶燶地,少少油脂,好香口。食完泰式前菜,開始食我至愛嘅霜降迷你牛扒,鹽味、燒汁同味噌,三款都愛,全部叫曬,霜降迷你扒燒一陣就食得,點番少少醬油吊吓味,好好食。牛肋條肉,鍾意佢有口感,牛味又濃,加埋燒緊果陣D油香,真係好正,我同朋友都好鍾意食牛,所以真係食到停唔到口。食完牛,叫咗海鮮,雖然無牛咁多選擇,但每樣都有叫,覺得燒魷魚最好味,細細地,唔會太 heavy。燒帆立貝都唔錯,先喺錫紙盤加埋D牛油一齊燒熱先,等佢吸曬D牛油香,再放上爐面燒乾佢,趁熱食,好正。蔬菜叫咗個蔬菜拼盤,好多種類,有粟米、南瓜、鮮冬菇、翠瓜、洋蔥同京蔥,最香嘅當然係燒洋蔥同京蔥,口感爽,好甜,不過好容易燶,要小心睇火。熱食,當然要叫番個泰國主題嘅香葉石鍋肉碎溫泉蛋飯,熱辣辣石鍋上枱,將肉碎同溫泉蛋攪勻,粒粒分明嘅飯,沾滿幼滑嘅溫泉蛋,好滑溜好滋味,但係鍾意重口味嘅我,覺得再辣D,再多D香葉仲更加惹味。甜品朋友叫咗燒香蕉,話未食過要試吓,經理話要撕咗少少皮,放喺爐上面燒到熱熱地,再加埋朱古力醬,就食得,朋友話第一次食熱香蕉,感覺好唔錯,好軟淋,好香甜。跟住再食埋個 iseeisee 芒果糯米飯雪條,入口好重椰子香,跟住係酸甜嘅芒果香,仲有粒粒糯米飯,多重口感、多重好味,清爽又解渴,正。而我就食咗最愛嘅 movenpick 雪糕,當然一樣咁正。…Read More

今日,同朋友行街路過人氣餐廳 NINETYs,因為時間仲早,餐廳唔多人,雖然未肚餓,但係我哋決定入去食個早飯。餐廳空間唔算好大,不過裝修有個性,沉實啡色主調、金屬枱椅混搭、燈光柔和,打造出一份協調氣氛,雖然枱與枱之間比較淺窄,但整體感覺舒服。先叫咗個特色小吃 Avocado Tempura,牛油果就成日食,但用離做天婦羅都係第一次食,感覺幾新鮮,熱辣辣,外面層脆漿好薄,裡面軟綿綿,咬入口好輕身,完全唔係想像中嘅厚重口感,唧少少檸檬汁喺面一齊食,多咗份清新,原來熱食嘅牛油果,味道更加香滑,好味。跟住係 Kumato Pork Belly Ball,賣相好靚,兩大粒圓波出場,真身係用咗薄薄嘅腩肉,包住橙紅大番茄一齊焗到金黃,腩肉好香脆,而裡面隻番茄,熱辣辣,好 juicy,爆曬汁,點埋D醬汁調味,酸甜滋味又醒胃。其實,豬肉加番茄配搭唔算特別,但係做法同味道,的確另人喜出望外。主菜係 Grilled Black Cod with Japanese Sweet Potato Purée,用食物天然嘅顏色,做出悅目擺盤,鱈魚皮香肉滑,好有鮮味,加埋個西京燒汁,更加好味,配菜選擇都好用心,最鍾意梗係嗰幾片無花果,配埋個甜薯泥食,好綿好滑溜。冰凍西柚汁,最啱食飽飯飲,少少酸澀,味道清新醒神,又幫助消化。朋友叫咗杯 Apricot Houjicha,茶色清透,冰涼清爽,呢杯茶最正就係用原片茶葉,唔係製過嘅茶包,所以,茶味特別香濃,裡面仲有粒粒杏桃肉,泡浸之後,食入口爽爽哋,茶香果香,好飲。甜品,本來想食 Donut Toast,聽聞話好唔錯,點知沽清,失望,唯有搵日再離食下午茶,早D應該有得食。雖然我哋只係食咗幾樣嘢,但的確誠意可嘉,做得精采。…Read More

今日同朋友喺 ifc 行街,行到又攰又口渴,去咗人氣咖啡店 % Arabica 買咗杯咖啡飲吓先,抖一抖再血拼,下晝三點幾,仍然有條長長嘅人龍,果然係人氣咖啡店,第一次飲,真係要試真D個味道。朋友係抹茶控,睇咗餐牌,即刻叫 Matcha Latte 抹茶鮮奶,話要試吓京都嘅抺茶風味,果然抹茶味道好香濃,奶味好重,入口好幼滑,又唔會溜,真係好正。Spanish Latte,遠遠已經聞到陣陣咖啡香,入口奶味濃郁細密,跟住嚟咖啡味道有深度烘焙焦香,冇帶酸冇苦澀,入口好順滑香醇。但自己覺得如果奶嘅分量可少D,就更加好,依家D奶味好似蓋過咗咖啡味,下次要試下 Espresso ,相信咖啡豆嘅香氣應該會發揮得更淋漓盡致。…Read More

今日喺荃灣食飯,朋友話帶我去一間佢成日幫襯嘅餐廳,仲話我試過一定覺得正。原來講緊嘅係 Olive Cafe,呢間餐廳喺荃灣已經好耐,不過自己就一直無食過,今日就去食番個豐富晚餐。先叫飲品,熱血橙水果茶,透明茶壺裝住橙紅嘅水果茶,黃燈底下特別吸引,明火保溫,入口暖笠笠,淡淡橙香。朋友杯凍鮮果茶,茶味好濃,加埋新鮮嘅水果,香甜清爽。龍蝦濃湯,熱辣辣、香噴噴,輕輕攪勻面層嘅忌廉,口感好幼滑。香煎蟹餅配刁草芥末醬,自己最鐘意食蟹餅,所以見倒一定會叫,蟹餅煎得好金黃,入口啖啖蟹肉,點少少刁草醬,更加好味。芝士煙肉焗蠔,有蠔嘅鮮味外,仲有香濃芝士同煙肉,好正。海膽扁意粉配椰香海鮮濃汁, 金黃嘅海膽入口回味甘香,加埋椰子嘅清香,配埋 creamy 嘅海鮮濃汁,味道層次好豐富,好好食。香煎1855肉眼扒配薯條雜菜配紅酒汁青胡椒汁,肉眼扒面有少少焦香,肉味好濃,好 juicy,粗薯條新鮮即炸,夠曬熱辣,好正,10 安士嘅牛扒,份量都唔細,食得好滿足。食咗個豐富晚餐,再慢慢飲埋杯水果茶,同朋友傾吓傾吓,唔覺唔覺就消磨咗一晚。…Read More

放咗四日復活節假,今日返工,真係覺得零舎悶, 所以一早 plan 好,今晚要出街玩,去 Mr Steak Buffet a la minute 食返個豐富自助餐。食自助餐,最鐘意食海鮮,呢度D海鮮又多又新鮮,第一時間食番隻我最愛嘅麵包蟹, 又大隻,又多膏,真係好好食。蟹腳,鹹鹹地,唔算好大,不過肉質都 ok,好食。見到三個師傅好努力咁忙住即開生蠔,夠曬衛生,食得安心,蠔味好鮮,有少少海水味,肉質好爽。刺身,食咗好新鮮爽囗嘅赤貝、同埋好嫩滑嘅帶子,仲有甜蝦,不過我怕麻煩,因為要自己剝殻,所以只係食咗一隻,味道都好鮮甜。食完生嘢,食番D沙律清一清胃口,沙律菜都有好多款,全部都好新鮮爽脆。酥皮磨菇忌廉湯,賣相好吸引,熱辣辣,味道好香濃,口感好 creamy ,好足料,磨菇勁多,食埋個香脆嘅酥皮,真係正。食咗好多海鮮,飲埋碗熱湯,跟住要食佐賀和牛壽司,師傳即叫即灸,保證新鮮,和牛入口即溶,面頭少少燶燶地,仲放咗D蟹籽,增加口感,好香好食。跟住食和牛壽喜燒,和牛真係好鬆化,好軟滑,D蔬菜吸埋壽喜燒嘅汁,甜甜地,令人愈食愈開胃。熱葷都好唔錯,而且種類都好多,所以每樣都只可以食少少,都巳經好飽。但係講到甜品,當然要食,係我最鍾意嘅 Haagen-Dazs 雪糕,食咗兩大球薄荷同咖啡味,咁呢個自助餐就夠曬完美。…Read More

夜晚9點幾,喺銅鑼灣搵嘢食,見到新開嘅千里屋食堂,喺門口睇吓個餐牌有咩食,店員即時熱切介紹,佢哋係來自大阪嘅食店,主打牛肉飯,好吸引,同朋友決定試吓。呢度走食堂風格,裝修係大眾化嘅日式自然風,木枱櫈加柔和燈光,感覺自在舒服。望完餐牌,叫咗個 Shabu Shabu Gozen Premium 御膳,店員好快手,連爐帶鍋一齊送上,跟埋漬物、前菜、味噌湯、白飯一碗,前菜係炆牛筋肉,又淋又入味,仲有兩件暖暖嘅玉子卷。而鍋裡面就有好多新鮮嘅野菜同菇菌,當然仲有主角,一碟肥瘦均勻嘅安格斯牛肉啦,放喺熱湯上面,勺兩吓,已經食得,肉質好鬆、好軟滑,雖然係薄切,但係都好有肉味,加埋吸曬清甜嘅昆布野菜湯底精華,好好味,跟住食啖白飯,再飲番啖熱辣靚湯,味道真係好圓滿。朋友係牛魔王,當然揀得嚴謹,4款鹿兒島黑牛Fair之中,揀咗和牛鐵板3種,跟埋味噌湯,同白飯。熱辣辣鐵板上面,放咗清爽雪白嘅大根、洋蔥絲,3色雜豆,同埋3小碟調味,醬油、胡椒鹽、芥末,伴住3種唔同部位嘅嫩紅和牛,每種都有3、4片倒,切得好工整,分別有五花腩、肩肉、里脊肉,3種絶對唔同口感嘅享受,油脂比較豐富嘅五花腩,輕輕點少少鹽吊吓味,肉味濃厚甘香,肉質好滑溜,食入口簡直有種即溶嘅感覺。而肩肉,就有一種好實在嘅咬口感,肉質好有彈性。跟住係口感細嫩嘅里脊肉,油脂比較少,一定要慢慢細嚼,感受一下呢種獨有嘅細膩牛香。食到飽飽,飲番啖冰凍烏龍茶,真係有一份好幸福嘅滿足感。遠道日本而離嘅千里屋食堂,夾住食高級牛肉嘅招牌出場,味道當然做得耍家,一眾牛魔王,千其唔好錯過呀!…Read More

今晚同朋友係四季文昌食椰子雞火鍋做晚餐,叫咗半隻雞,七彩芝士流心丸,鬼馬蝦滑,和牛拼盤同豆苗。等咗陣,好香椰子嘅火鍋就到,店員將新鮮椰青水倒入煲到,等佢滾咗,就將鮮雞放埋入去,用漏斗計時,7分鐘到就有得食,係等佢熟期間,聞到陣陣椰子香,雞係用文昌雞,肉質好嫩,雞味好濃。和牛拼盤,有牛柳粒,牛舌,安格斯牛頸脊,澳洲M9和牛,佐賀A5和牛,好豐富,牛舌係一粒粒,口感好好。店員叫我地要由底開始食起,一層一層食上去,最後先食日本和牛,其實除咗牛柳粒同牛舌要淥耐少少,和牛真係淥一淥就食得,好有油香,油脂好均勻,入口即溶,好正。七彩芝士流心丸,七個味道,各有特式,不過淥咗後,個芝士仲好流心,朋友話好正。鬼馬蝦滑,油炸鬼釀咗蝦滑,面頭仲有蟹籽,蝦滑好爽彈,油炸鬼吸晒D椰子湯,又香又甜。豆苗,種完嘅豆苗未收割,要自己用胶剪剪,好特別,夠晒新鮮。食完火鍋,朋友見到隔離枱食臘味煲仔飯,好香,所以我地都叫咗一個,好足料,臘味好多,芋頭又綿,又有飯焦,口感一流,我地叫咗細煲,好大好多,四個人都夠晒食。最後飲埋椰青,好夠凍,勁解喝,成餐飯食完覺得好滿足。…Read More
