睇戲前行去登龍街道遇上依間潮州美食小店。我哋點咗下午茶麵餐加潮州小食再加菜。老公點咗雙拼要雲吞河加牛雜加腩汁,小食要韭菜粿再加油菜一份要芥蘭。牛雜有牛蒡,牛腸、牛肚……牛雜色澤好靚,牛肚滑又香,又入味,煮得好腍。我要雙拼魚皮餃加手打墨魚丸河。一上枱已經聞到佢嘅香濃湯汁,好有傳統嘅氣息。湯汁掛面,好香面底啱啱好唔會太腍又唔會太硬。墨魚丸真係超級彈壓爽口,食到粒粒嘅墨魚肉。魚皮餃帶點原味鹹鹹地,好好味。依度有好多款潮汕特色小食,我哋另外再點咗個咸蛋卷和普寧炸豆腐。普寧炸豆腐,外面炸得非常酥脆裏面超級滑,依個內外對比加上熱辣辣嘅溫度,令人驚喜!再點埋佢嗰個蔥油特製醬汁,多一份鹹鹹的味道,非常好味。個鹹蛋卷真係好正,佢如果話係潮汕嘅小食,我就覺得好比台灣嘅手信,咬落去外脆裏面鹹蛋蓉香,鹹蛋味濃郁,而且佢個鹹蛋蓉/醬?真係好滑好香。👍🏻韭菜果外皮炸得香脆,口感煙煙韌,裏面超級濃超級多韭菜,韭菜一定不能錯過。如果食得辣,點埋佢個辣醬,超級好味!芥蘭加腩汁,加豉油咖喱,不錯!特飲老公點咗鮮榨油柑汁,我要咗個金銀花菊花清熱氣。…Read More

依間由1956開業既茶餐廳,保留左舊餐單之餘,仲有特色野食~點咗避風塘生炸雞髀、滋潤燉湯二人餐,包括老壇酸菜魚和小菜:鹹魚香芋蒸排骨。滋潤燉湯係茶樹菇杞子燉赤肉好好味,佢有茶樹菇、瘦肉、杞子等等,菇菇味香又甜,熱辣辣飲落去好暖胃丶好滋潤。酸菜魚湯底酸酸辣辣,好惹味。配料有麻籽、辣椒、泡椒、菊花瓣、芫荽、萵筍、雲耳、仲有薯粉,正呀!魚肉滑有彈牙,而且入晒味酸酸辣辣,唔錯!萵筍酸酸地,又爽口,好似醃菜咁,非常美味!薯粉吸晒湯底精華,非常入味!鹹魚香芋蒸排骨嘅鹹魚係我鍾意嘅實肉鹹魚,鹹香濃郁,又有着勁。芋頭蒸得啱啱好唔會太腍,有份嘅口感又有嚼頭,芋頭香味十足。排骨帶少少肥豬肉,香口又滑口,吸收咗鹹魚嘅香同鹹,加上芋頭嘅香味,所以口感、味道、香味豐富。避風塘生炸雞髀,炸得非常香脆,每咬一口都係脆卜卜,而且係唔驚好肥膩。加上避風塘嘅獨有辣同香,令香脆好香嘅雞髀味道層次更上一層樓。依度嘅經典小食🥰飲品方面,我點咗好少見,但我又鍾意嘅忌廉薄荷朱古力,依款飲品真係好舊,已經好耐冇見,唔係度度都有。朱古味香濃,加上薄荷香,仲有厚厚嘅忌廉,童年回憶返晒嚟,唔單止係回憶,仲有味道㖭啊!…Read More
