大圍小館試過好多次午市飲茶,都覺得幾好食 一直都好想試下晚市,今次終於有機會喇!勾魂义燒,作為店內的 Signature Dish 真係無得輸。晚市比午市多了一些工序,就是在食客面前為义燒塗上陳皮醬,再用火熗燒焦,碟上的脆米就用嚟黏在义燒外,豐富了口感。 干煸黑胡椒蘿蔔糕蟹,好味到飛起!蘿蔔糕不是最好味的蘿蔔糕,但吸收了炒蟹的精華,加埋蔥頭,大家一致公認整碟菜的料頭好味過啖啖肉的肉蟹。 五仁豆腐,兩種食材撈埋一齊炸嚟食,好香口,口感也很特別。再加上辣椒醬,真心好好味。 一口果香,睇個名唔知係咩,其實係甜酸排骨加草莓果醬。味道不錯。 竹笙扒菜膽,以為這個素菜會普通到不值一提就錯了。因為個芡汁整得幾好味,竹笙好正!下面的菜膽是最精彩的,做到爽脆的效果。這味菜絕對可以顯示大廚的功夫。…Read More

大圍小館殺入元朗區開左一陣子,每天午飯時間都要排隊等食,最近終於試左2次,個別食物真心非常好食,也有一些是無預期的好味,在此做個簡單紀錄分享一下啦! 蝦餃係本人每次飲茶必食的點心,試新茶樓當然要叫一籠品嚐吓嘍!我們一行五人,叫一籠唔夠分,叫兩籠又多得滯。幸好小館有2個一籠的選擇。正呀!皮夠簿,蝦也很爽。屬中上的水準。 义燒也是必食之選!义燒應該是用梅頭豬肉做,肉質鬆軟,味道很好。雖然有點貴,但是超值的! 陳皮鯪魚肉腸粉是一般茶樓少有的,味道不錯呀! 點呢個金磚的時候以為是咸蛋黃炸豆腐,原來是炸蘿蔔糕,外面有咸蛋黃脆漿。個人覺得太肥膩,不是我杯茶呢。 煲仔飯有2款,土魷肉餅及排骨,都好味而且是 above standard 嘅。個人覺得土魷肉餅好味D 。 :)流心糯米雞,主要是在糯米雞上加隻流心蛋,個樣係幾靚嘅,不過又唔覺得特別好食。 牛骨髓呢樣嘢小時候飲茶爸爸喜歡吃,但近年來已經很少見。雖然呢個牛骨髓無以前的好食,但總算是嚐嚐童年回憶吧。 可能其他點心太出色,炒銀針粉雖然也整得幾好味,但已經被比下去了,變得平庸了。另外,我們還試了沙翁,煎腸粉及煎薄餅,沙翁純粹是用來打卡,不太好食。至於個薄餅及煎腸粉就正好多,值得推介。…Read More

復活節約好姊妹相聚,當然要搵個坐得舒服又食得開心的地方。早前見有人介紹呢間沙田區酒店內的日本餐廳,話性價比非常之高,因此特別過嚟試一試。最近廚師發辦非常流行,呢間咁四正的日本餐廳當然唔少得,還有多款供應。你可以選擇以壽司為主的套餐,也可選擇以爐瑞燒為主的套餐。我們趁今次有復活節特選套餐,沒有多想就揀了這個期間限定。餐廳環境很好,位於酒店的最高層,鳥瞰沙田景色,今天人客不多,靜靜地,與老友共聚,飲兩杯,由天光食到天黑,賞心樂事呀!先附是涼拌魩仔魚,海膽及三文魚子,賣相不錯!味道也可以。作為前菜來說恰到好處。刺身有吞拿魚腩,牡丹蝦及櫻鱒。廚師擺盤很好,刺身也算新鮮。中規中矩啦!燒魚,普普通通,沒有太大驚喜。特選山野菜天婦羅,以為平平無奇,卻覺得餐廳整天婦羅有一手。大概是因為這裡的天婦羅不是用平時見開的蕃薯南瓜,而是用了野菜頭,蔥等。迷你吞拿魚醬油漬丼,個碗幾靚,增加了不少食慾。火燄和牛海膽壽司,呢個應該係餐廳的 signature dish,好好味呀!!和牛燒到剛剛熟,加上海膽的鮮甜,好想 encore 呀!味噌湯,個湯加左隻大蜆,味道也OK。甜品是蜜瓜及士多啤梨,清甜可口。:)ps ~ 話說呢次是用 OpenRice 訂枱,但係唔知點解,系統話我缺席,要補充單據。可能是因為餐廳忘記了確認吧。但張單在老友手中。算了。完。…Read More

在天后逛逛,路過呢一間越南嘢,在外面已經聞到很香很香的牛肉湯味,反正有點肚餓,於是入去試一試碗牛肉湯河。碗生牛肉湯河賣相很好。湯頭很濃郁,很甜,很香,份量剛巧適合肚餓中的我。牛肉份量也 ok,仲有粒牛丸,洋蔥芽菜等配料份量也啱啱好。最喜歡其中有2塊牛腩,真係好好味!店內佈置很簡約,坐位也不多,雖然不是很寬敞的軟座,卻俾人有舒適的感覺,加上店內職員都講越南話,進食期間竟然有置身越南的感覺呢!杯越南咖啡也很不錯,練奶與咖啡的比例剛剛好,也feel 到越式咖啡的味道。咁有質素的小店,下次一定會再嚟,好想試一試三文治呢。…Read More

睇完香港花卉展覽順道在天后搵地方醫肚,到處都人頭湧湧。見到呢間日本嘢沒有太多人排隊,就嚟試吓啦!每位客人都是在門外點餐,店員就逐一介紹。其實全店只有3款麵食:鯛清湯麵,鯛白湯麵,同埋較濃味的鯛沾麵。對於有選擇困難症的朋友就不用太多考慮喇!鯛魚清湯真的很淡味,不過師傅特別在湯中加入蠔醬,味道加上層次。炸魚皮真係好好味,沾上蠔醬更加好味!碗麵食到一半再加埋其餘的蠔醬,整碗麵的味道提昇了。味道很不錯,只是個人覺得麵條 overcooked 左,無咩咬口。店員說下次可要求麵條要硬身d。我另外也試了沾麵。真的好好味呀!沾麵絕對是鎮店之寶,店員說師傅是用魚湯加豬骨湯才有這麼濃稠的味道。賣相也很正。食到一半時加埋青檸汁有很清新的感覺。朋友點了鯛白湯麵,看樣子好好味。我們另外也點了炸雞和燻蛋,都好食。味道好,感覺也好,值得推介。…Read More
