久違地進天水圍吃飯,朋友介有家居酒屋竟然在做任吃放題,就跟他去試試。原來是外面做普通居酒屋,最裏面卻在做火鍋放題。他們有幾款餐,湯底足足有九款可以試。我們叫了牛頸脊餐和醉雞湯,湯底的味道很濃郁,雞件數量頗高,肉有好幾款,上來時還會標明是什麼肉,在這區看到這質素的餐廳是很少。最好吃還是牛肩脊肉,記得不可以燙太久!醬料區比較特別,有櫻花蝦油。飲品選擇不太多,但有冷泡烏龍茶等等較少見的選擇,還有生雞蛋可選。食物上來時見每份的份量不太多,但這樣反而更好,可以吃更多款,這樣下來兩輪已經很飽。…Read More

其實好少返香港,返到香港又通常食屋企飯,係今次約到難得一見嘅朋友喺銅鑼灣聚會,諗住食完嘢行下IKEA,就搵到皇室堡嘅嘢食。入座時間要做遲,但都有午市套餐,合乎香港人食飯時間。我哋揀咗三文魚意粉同埋豬鞍,又諗住一人一樣前菜試吓。南瓜湯合乎水準,配一塊麵包,兩個人分就會少少唔夠喉,但其實一個人就OK。煙鴨胸好食,沙律係健康嘅紅菜頭。豬鞍出色過三文魚意粉,肉質嫩細,冇平時豬唔好食嘅味,薯菜都唔差。三文魚幾大件,落鹽調味不足,但口感都不俗。咖啡有料到,選擇都唔少,氣泡飲料係朋友飲嘅,但應該都唔差。整體環境舒服,地點又就腳,價錢唔算貴,以午餐嚟講可以一戰。…Read More

聽人推介土瓜灣有間有SAKE PARING 的OMAKASE店,既有SAKE PARING又是OMAKASE, 價位還要很合理,,立即同時愛日本酒的朋友去這間隱世小店聚聚。這間店面雖不怎大,但感覺好有日本的小型溫馨感的居酒屋風格,最主要是幾乎每2-3道菜就有一款SAKE配搭,完全看出這食譜的用心。首先來的是三杯米(日本酒),螢光魷魚及刺身拼盤。三杯米米香味很強,但入口又不會太嗆及很易入口。很能帶出海鮮的鮮味。瑩光魷魚則味道很濃, 但又帶有柚子的清香,味道很突出。刺身相當新鮮,有金目鯛、深海池魚、中吞拿魚。每款都很重魚香,質感很好。之後來的是鶴乃江(日本酒),配搭燒蠔跟串燒拼盤。這次入口會更清而帶有淡淡的米香,感覺是更能清楚吃到燒物的味。蠔的肉身很厚且份量不小,燒得很好, 鎖住水分又好爽口。串燒就各類型都有,有雞有豬也有肉臟。燒得入味,而且外身都很脆。接下來是白木久(日本酒)配燒牛舌跟五花腩及野菜天婦羅與海鮮湯。由於配上更重味的燒物,所以感覺都是清但延伸的口感會耐一些。至於燒牛舌很爽身,咬下時有不少肉汁。五花腩也一樣,火喉掌控得很好。味足又口感好。天婦羅也炸得剛剛好,吃時既有口感又惹味。海鮮湯則很清香得來又不失海鮮的鮮味,配菜都要入味。最後甜品再配上另一款白木久(日本酒),這次白木久比上款偏清酸一點,更能帶出甜品的清甜。讚。…Read More
