在傍晚6時多,我是第一位入座的。餐牌上的餃子琳瑯滿目,每一款都想試。餐廳的裝潢完全有日本的氣氛,像是東京小巷的地道餐廳。PHAO PHAO招牌餃子之一,形狀迷你,味道不是太驚人。另外,點了一個四款口味的盛合:Puri Puri 海老餃子、日本京都九條蔥餃子、雜菜豚肉米皮餃子及椰菜豚肉餃子。比較有特式為九條蔥餃子,餃皮做成綠色,味道突出。另外米皮餃子的口感更煙韌。大部分都肉汁滿滿,但貪心的我為了一次嘗到多款口味,反而開始混淆。炸雞肉芝士餃子非常好吃,芝士味道濃郁。雞軟骨有兩款口味可挑選,梅子味道帶酸令炸物油膩感減低。忌廉炸薯餅也是很不錯,吃到最尾容易出現飽濟感。整體來說,炸物做得非常出色,沒有任何一點多餘油份,品嚐到炸物應有的享受。個人建議,奉設冰水仿效日本,會令食客點更多的食品,以冰水去衝洗口腔的油份。本想試朱古力醬餃子作甜點作結,但店員說沒有是有點失望。另外,店員的應對可以再改善一下。對話如下:要一個古力醬餃子,可以後上?今日未有幾時會有?今日未有晏D有定…?今日冇完全是浪費時間,一塌糊塗。店員可以推搪已售罄、是日沒有準備,而且她沒有多作解釋,似是不耐煩。如果說多一句半句就令溝通更好,是次的光顧就會完滿。…Read More

今日我係被選中的幸運兒,參加賽馬會導賞團,第一次到馬場餐廳,感覺新奇亦從中了解更多。Café Jump我想是比較新穎設計裝修而成的餐廳。是日午餐有三款可供選擇:有日式、越式及義式。日式燒汁和牛牛面頰配珍珠飯及燴菜每碟每人有三大塊,份量絕對滿足牛魔王。燒汁味道溫和,沒有喧賓奪主,吃到牛的鮮甜濃郁味道。珍珠米粒粒飽滿,軟熟度恰到好處。份量來說,足夠兩位女士分享。(可惜以人頭計算餐點)越式大蝦海鮮撈檬粉雖沒有品嚐,但單憑賣相非常吸引。一隻大蝦燒到外殼至金黃香脆、兩隻青口又其他配粉。加上酸汁實在夏日醒胃之選。菠蘿米蘭汁焗黑毛豬扒飯醬汁源自於義大利米蘭,當中特色是醬汁沒有太大味道,但配搭起肉類卻有奇妙之處,更突顯主食。主廚細心切好,令食客可優雅地享用。個人來說我認為加上芝士會令味道更豐富。雞肉蘭度豆雜菜湯雞肉反而嚐不到,只吃到雜菜及口感類似鷹嘴豆的蘭度豆。味道胡椒味重,較清。個人建議配上日式主食是更配襯。甘荀蛋糕稍見心思的擺盤,一抹醬汁加上奶油糖裝飾。味道方面不令人深刻,一般。乳酪配粟米薄脆及柚子果醬味道不錯,但很像早餐而不是甜品。柚子果醬絕對是敗筆,稠度不夠,當乳酪稍為溶掉更是吃不下。果醬味道過甜,需要再調較或比例上減少。以人頭計算每人135元包馬場入場費,可算超值。有一個小平台供食客欣賞賽事,不錯的體驗。而且沒有限制時間,可以讓你待一整天。…Read More
