今日結婚周年,見網上好多YOUTUBER介紹依間食BUFFET,諗住都好多野食,早一個月就已經Book位諗住去試下。滿心期待去到,由待應帶入去,見到裝修都好靚,好有懷舊FEEL,諗住應該都吾失望...點知,原來都係得個樣,先攞杯西瓜汁飲,嘩,一飲就知吾新鮮,唯有改飲蘋果汁算,之後睇下有咩食,種類好少,明明之前好多YOUTUBER介紹時,有好多款點心,有鴨肝,有片皮鴨,避風塘龍蝦等等,去到完全係無,食物非常之少,點心得小龍包,仲要吾係成日有,乳鴿,燒肉,燒鴨只係得番啲頭頭尾尾,完全無補過,諗住食下魚生,點知吾夠凍之餘,食落又吾新鮮,我估最多人食嘅就係蒸龍蝦,但每次都係蒸得好少,下下要等十幾分鐘先出一籠。我同老公基本食左吾夠90分鐘,已經要埋單走人。用咁價錢去食,一啲都吾值。垃圾。佢哋嘅服務真係一流,個個都黑口黑面,收碟個個待應,個碟仲食緊時,都會伸手去收你隻碟,仲要倒到成枱成地係骨,去甜品部問師伕有無匙羹,佢好負氣咁答你,問接待員洗手間係邊,佢完全吾答你,好似阻住佢咁。。。啲服務一流到呢。真係請都吾會去。…Read More

好耐前已留意依間餐廳,今日經過,無預約之下都可以俾位我哋,兩個人叫左一個Set Dinner,一份Pizza:Set Dinner :餐前餐包 - 麵包軟綿綿:又夠熱,口感都吾錯餐湯 - 黑松露忌廉湯:好重黑松露味,忌廉又夠Creamy,好好味前菜 - 巴馬火腿凱撒沙律:份數雖然吾係好多,但沙律菜夠新鮮 主菜 - 香煎安格斯西冷扒拼鵝肝:牛扒我哋叫左5成熟,但嚟到幾乎係10成熟,所以比較韌,鵝肝煎得吾錯,外脆內軟,比牛扒更出色甜品 - 心太軟配雲呢拿雪糕:甜度剛剛好,心太軟做到流心效果,不錯餐飲 - 咖啡:一般貨色Pizza:煙三文魚千島醬薄餅 - 薄餅真係好味,薄薄的餅底,夠脆口,千島醬甜甜的,配煙三文魚,口感一流但用餐時間實在太耐,由Order後,先嚟餐包,之後等了10分鐘先嚟沙律,再等10分鐘,嚟餐湯及Pizza及咖啡,之後再等,一等就45分鐘,就嚟牛扒,食緊牛扒時已經話甜品可以嚟埋,點知又要等,又等45分鐘,問左2次,甜品先嚟到。。。。雖然食品吾錯,但出餐時間實在太耐,成個晚餐足足食左2個幾鐘,如果趕時間,真係吾好嚟。。。或者係我吾好彩,咁啱所有野都等咁耐。。。但我覺得都係試一次夠,應該吾會有下次。…Read More

今日同老公兩人想食法國餐,近近地就去海之戀Odelice法國餐廳,以往通常會去尖沙咀食,海之戀上年都去過一次,今日叫左個二人套餐:餐湯:蘑菇濃湯配法國包 - 以往會配酸種麵包,而家改為普通法國包,口感味道完全兩回事,一啲都吾好食,湯都可以接受,但吾夠熱前菜:法式點心拼盤 - 正正常常,以往同樣會有酸種麵包配襯,而家連麵包都無埋主菜1:煎鴨肝油封鴨腿意粉 - 整體係好味,意粉煮得吾錯,鴨肝都算OK,但油封鴨腿點解會變成油封鴨腿絲?主菜2:阿根廷安格斯內眼牛扒,我哋選㨂5成熟,牛扒都算OK,但以往會有薯角,蘆筍同我喜愛的酸種麵包,而家全部都沒有,改為普通薯條,搞到好似美國餐咁,不倫不類甜品:心太軟,我吾係太鍾意食甜品,只有老公食,佢話太甜,我無意見。我明白而家做餐廳係好困難,但咁改變真係好咩,無晒法國餐嘅味道,不如直接改做美國餐廳,食薯條牛扒算。我哋應該吾會再去,因為真係失望。…Read More

食物種類多,但難食,同埋很耐先補充食物

好多都無食過自助餐,因為想食蠔同鵝肝,搵左好多間,最後決定去The Promenade,可能我哋比較遲Book位,所以按排的位置都偏遠,但吾緊要,反正左右兩邊都係吉枱,仲可以安安靜靜同老公食餐飯。但由於座位位於Live-Band附近,都比較嘈。講番食物,我哋準備6:30入座,現場見到好多食物,好多種類,當時都期待,坐好後就開始攞食物,本身想先攞左鵝肝,負責的廚師剛開始煎,OK,咁去攞小籠包,見到好多人都話小籠包必食,大廚先開始包緊小籠包。。。咁唯有攞牛扒,鰻魚同甜蛋。。。牛扒可能佢剛切左個邊位俾我,好韌同好乾,完全無肉味,鰻魚好燶,又咸,甜蛋尚算正常。。,老公出去攞食物時,佢剛見到鵝肝煎好,就攞左一份俾我,佢自己就攞左好多長腳蟹腳同牛扒,鵝鴡尚算OK,長腳蟹腳無咩味道,佢食個件牛扒太生,所以都食吾落(補充番,收碟服務員同我哋講,好多人都食左一啖就吾要件牛扒,可能煎得吾好食),之後都有食啲基本野,蠔,魚生,咖喱,沙律。。。。。當然都有攞到大家話好味嘅小籠包,係多汁同尚算OK,反而我覺得蒜泥白肉就係全場最好味。。。其他都係一般但佢哋補充食物真係好慢,小籠包食左一次後,想再出去攞,又係等廚師搓緊個皮,蒸都未蒸,鵝肝又係等佢慢慢煎,最過份我覺得好味嘅蒜泥白肉,只見過一次,就無再出。。。。成晚我都係食左好少野,行到出去攞食物,樣樣都係等佢補充中,搞到無晒興緻。至於服務方面,尚算OK啦,但有個別服務員吾知係咪未瞓醒,仲有食物係碟裡面,佢竟然要想收走,我話未食完,佢反問番我仲未食完?同埋地方好迫,啲服務員好鍾恴企係走廊中間吾走開,食客人來人往,佢都若無其事企係度。。都吾知佢想點。總括嚟講,食物種類係好多,但吾好食,補充食物又慢,吾會再去。…Read More

好耐無寫食評,今日真係心心不忿咁對依間酒店嘅自助餐作出反應,話說今日生日,諗住試下新野去依度食自助餐,上網睇左好多人介紹話好多野食,同食物質素都吾錯,點知,全部都係假象。Book位時見到宣傳話做緊BBQ燒烤,有鴨肝多士,有蒸鮑魚,有西班牙乳豬,蟹粥等等,去到原來全部都無,門口海報都有寫明有以上食品,真係想問下經理到底發生過什麼事,現場係無上述食品供應。現場只見啲全部都係普通野,凍海鮮只有好瘦嘅蟹腳,好細隻嘅蜆,無味嘅青口,無咩肉嘅麵包蟹;凍肉就只得兩款選擇,同切到好薄嘅哈蜜瓜;刺生區應該全場最好嘅食物,有油甘魚,甜蝦,帶子,池魚,北寄貝,同少量壽司,無選擇下,我只好攞左兩轉刺身;最多人排隊嘅就係龍蝦,我無食,所有無得俾評價,之後有啲熱盤,包括奇怪嘅桃膠煮菜,薑蔥焗蠔,蒸魚,柚皮鴨掌;另外有啲串燒,都係得啲燒雞翼,雞軟骨同豬腩肉,另外有兩款咖喱同啲好核突嘅簿餅;仲有燒牛扒同燒羊肉,我食左燒牛扒,好韌同無味,我吾食羊肉,所以吾知好吾好味;燒味部就只得叉燒同豉油雞,見到賣相就吾想食,之後就係麵檔,無試;最後就係燉湯同所謂片皮鴨。。。燉湯都可以,夠清甜,片皮鴨好鞋口,吾好食;甜品就有好多款,試過一兩款,吾好食。吾知係咪佢哋都覺得貨不對辦,所以每枱免費送一板好細嘅海膽,佢話係北海道馬糞海膽,我食左少少,覺得有啲苦味,吾好食,無再食落去。總括嚟講,完全貨不對辦,完全違反商品說明條例。不知所謂,以後都吾會再去。…Read More

好耐無好好同老公出去食一餐好,為左慶祝生日,特別BOOK左這間餐廳,店長好有誠意,預早兩日就WHATSAPP我哋晚餐選擇, 以便為我哋預備食物。今日我哋㨂左$1388套餐,包括Welcoming Starter,3個Appetizer,沙律,湯,青蘋果雪葩,Main Course,甜品,一共有9道菜:Welcoming Starter - 初榨橄欖牛油•脆義大利包一硬一軟法包,吾算好特別,但配埋橄欖牛油就幾好味A) Appetizer - 紐西蘭托托蜆配香草牛油白酒汁托托蜆新鮮而且肥美,配上香草牛油白酒汁非常夾,好美味B) Appetizer - 磯煮南非鮑魚配煙燻希靈魚子醬鮑魚煮得好軟身,魚子醬都幾鮮甜,配埋飽魚好夾C) Appetizer - 我哋選擇左2款 - 煎鴨肝配自家製雜莓汁燴蘋果 及 黑醋香橙煎北海道珍寶帶子煎法國鵝肝:依個真係好正,鵝肝入口即溶,配合蘋果蓉和莓汁一齊食,酸甜味道剛好中和番鵝肝的油膩感,絕對係成餐最好味煎北海道帶子:帶子肉厚嫩滑,煎得剛剛好,入口鮮味十足,但相比鵝肝,我還是喜歡鵝肝多啲沙律 Salad - 西班牙辣肉腸田園沙律配柚子蜜醋汁食完頭3款Appetizer,再食依個沙律,有一種清新嘅感覺湯 Soup - 黑松露野菌湯 :菌味道比較濃,如果再多啲松露香味會更完美,法式龍蝦濃湯 (忘記影相):非常鮮味及濃味,而且非常多,飲完個湯已經好飽青蘋果雪葩上主菜前先嚟個青蘋果雪葩,可以令都口部Fresh啲 主菜 - 我哋選擇2款吾同Main Course -法國油封鴨脾配雜莓紅酒汁我見好多人推介這款鴨髀,所以希望一試,油鴨髀外皮煎香,內裏肉質像燜過的,很容易分開和軟身,配上雜莓紅酒汁非常夾西班牙黑毛豬配蜜糖芥末汁自家秘製的蜜糖芥末籽汁和伴菜襯托西班牙黑毛豬,黑毛豬的肉質juicy多汁,外層輕煎得至香脆,份量也恰當廚師精選甜品BOOK位時講明係BIRTHDAY DINNER,所以主廚好有心思咁做左三款好美味嘅甜品食完呢一餐,有一種好幸福嘅感覺,可以彌補原定去匈牙利旅行而因疫情取消嘅遺憾。 而今晚可能因為天雨關係,全場只得我倆個,好似包場咁。整體感覺唔錯,食物有質素又唔會太貴,下次再去時希望試到大家推介法式鵪鶉釀黑松露意大利飯。…Read More

好耐無再寫食評,但今次真係吾寫吾得。同老公係葵芳食完飯後,想食個甜品才回家,這間店前身係甜牙牙,講真,以往對甜牙牙都無興趣,見佢轉左,咪試下。。。點知。。。唉。。。仲衰左以前。叫左個「經典窩夫系列之草莓族配雪糕」,當時店內吾算係多客人,而我哋係9:18落單,點知。。。等等等等等,等了30分鐘還未有。。已去問有關待應,佢走入廚房看看,出嚟只講一句,整緊。好,又等等等等等,等多了10分鐘,終於到,我以為因為個窩夫係即叫即整,所以先咁耐,點知,個窩夫係凍,完全吾覺得即整,只係一個已整好嘅窩夫,加個雪糕球,配上少少草莓,點解要等成40分鐘先上枱。。。真係好離譜。。。講番個「經典窩夫系列之草莓族配雪糕」,老實講,真係好一般,一個好普通嘅窩夫加雪糕,你話值吾值係度等咁耐而去食個一般甜品,真係一啲都吾值囉,絕對吾會有下次。至於服務,基本無服務可言,幾個待應只顧自己圍埋係度傾計,揮手揮到手破都吾應你。。。真係嬲到想即走。。。所以再三講多次,絕對吾會再有下次。。。…Read More

青衣村有新酒樓,理應好期待,因為附近已經無野好食。這間酒樓,由新開張第一日,差吾多都去過10次有多,如果吾係遷就老人家,真係吾想再去。開張第一日,都知會好混亂,但估吾到係亂到咁,人多預左,正所謂新X坑,三日香,個個都想飲頭啖湯。等位已經係指定動作,但係好多人無攞飛就自己走入去搵位,裡面侍應又吾理,有人坐底,就開茶俾人,搞到出邊啲人等極都無位。枱號又亂,傳菜不停咁攞住啲點心周圍搵枱,由頭搵到尾,都未搵啱枱。由平時飲一個鐘頭茶,變左3個鐘都未有得食。算。。。當你新開張,原諒你未熟。隔左一個月再去,情況略有改善,但服務真係好差,我親睇見過個帶位小姐鬧茶客,個茶客只係要求開茶,點知個帶位小姐竟然話等一陣開茶會死咩,等下啦。。。下刪一百字。。。。到今日佛誕假期再去,情況又回復當初的混亂,揮手無人理,個個侍應黑口黑面,帶位小姐又發揮佢鬧人的本色,係門口叫位時,大大聲鬧啲茶客,話人吾知就吾好咁多野講,收聲等等。。。。,入到去,另一位帶位小姐帶你遊完一張枱又一張枱,都未決定俾邊張你咁,未飲茶先勞氣。至於食物方面,由於下午茶時段,價錢尚算大眾化,兩個都係幾十蚊便可以食得飽飽,至於味道:燒賣 - 賣相一啲都吾吸引,味道更似公仔點心,同其他酒樓差很遠牛肉 - 有時會有陣騷味,口感吾係太好腸粉 - 幾滑,但份量很少,一般酒樓都係三條,這裡只得四舊,不是一條條,而間中會係凍,吾係熱鳯爪排骨飯 - 味道吾錯,飯煮得剛剛好,鳯爪排骨一般小籠包 - 係灌湯小籠包,真係有湯於小籠包內,水準之作鮮蝦粉果 - 口感不錯,但有時蒸得不夠,或過火,太不穩定其他點心質素,不算突出,一般酒樓出品,但很多時點心未蒸熟就攞出嚟,要換嚟換去,浪費時間。唯一可以贊,只可以話佢啲茶真係夠水滾茶靚。其他真係不知所謂。…Read More

是日細妹生日,BOOK左6點,一行五人準時到場,待應安排近門口第三張長枱,以為近門口會好多人出出入入,好騷擾,又吾係喎,感覺尚算OK。食放題,第一件事當然係叫剌身,款式都有十多款,叫幾多俾幾多,魚類有三文魚、吞拿魚、深海鯨龍、希靈魚等。三文魚尚算肥美,吞拿魚油香不俗,深海鯨龍的魚肉既爽身又實,沒有叫希靈魚,可能覺得吾好食,還有北寄貝、海螺、象拔蚌、馬刀貝和甜蝦。全部都肉質爽口,特別係甜蝦,非常鮮甜。壽司類對沒有叫太多,只係叫左火焰鰻魚,同火焰三文魚,燒得頗香,一口大小,吃後不會很飽。燒物類的款式不算多,只點了串燒豚肉、鹽燒海蝦和牛舌。豚肉不會太硬,牛舌味道剛剛好,回味又回味,但海蝦就一般,吾夠入味。芝士焗蠔,芝士味尚算濃,但蠔肉也很瘦小,一般。燒羊架,望落好JUICY,但食落好硬,食兩啖就放棄。天婦羅類,大部份都係基本嘅海老,南瓜,蕃薯等,最特別有松葉蟹棒,入口香脆不油膩,吾錯。蒜片牛柳粒,吾會太硬,夠入味。日式珍寶餃子,可能煎得太耐,所以有點硬。但可接受。清酒煮蜆,份量不多,蜆比較細隻,但肉質尚算肥美鮮甜,湯底也帶有淡淡的清酒味。另外叫左芝士年糕,一口芝士魚餅,南瓜芝士餅和吉列廣島蠔,炸得很香口,不會太油膩。尚有其他美食,整體都算吾錯。服務方面,也很細心,如我哋無食嘅羊架,待應都會了解係咪吾好食,咩原因放棄等等。所以都值得再去。…Read More

很少會去這類老式舊店,之前朋友介紹過這間羅富記,咁啱經過,便去試試看。係門口已見很多人在等候,但大部份都係等外賣,只有一班人等位,而我哋只得兩個人,當然比較快有位。店內座位保持一般老店風格,坐位比較窄,不會太舒服,但地方尚算整齊乾淨。記得朋友講過這裡牛腩撈麵非常好食,所以同男友都選擇了牛腩撈粗,吾使等5分鐘,撈粗就已經上枱。粗麵很爽口,而且沒有梘水味,伴湯味道清甜,不覺有味精,牛腩亦夠淋,有咬口。見到很好客人都選擇粥品,相信有一定水準,下次一定要試下。雖然是老店,待應也是老一輩嘅員工,但態度也很好。整體來說,係中環區算係吾錯嘅選擇。…Read More

成日經過,今晚終於可以試下,同男朋友兩個人一去到就有位,睇下份MENU,款式都好多,價錢吾貴,兩個都都叫左吾少食物:皇牌咖喱牛腩珍珠飯 - 賣相吾錯,咖喱汁很好味,牛腩夠淋,食完仲要加多一個白飯送咖喱汁鮮茄海鮮炒意粉 - 味道一般,但勝在多科柚子蜜糖雞翼 - 一份四隻,雞翼很入味,口感吾錯清酒煮蜆 - 蜆很鮮甜爽口,清酒湯底很好味,差吾多成個湯底飲晒兩個主餐可以以半價叫任何飲品 - 凍檸茶,罐裝可以,一般飲品,不算特別可能今日比較早入坐及不算多人,所以服務尚算不錯,整體來說,是一個意外的驚起,可以一去再去。…Read More

自潮福開張以來,這間酒樓已是我一家飲茶食晚飯的指定選擇。飲茶方面,通常會點下列食物:燒鴨湯檬 - 湯底比較淡味,但份量不少,通常一碗,可以兩個人食山竹牛肉 - 啖啖肉,而且有鮮味叉燒腸粉 - 幾有口感,吾會太漿咸水角 - 第一次食時,真係吾得,硬梆梆。。。但之後又正常番炒粉麵 - 不會太油,而且份量好多,一碟可以一家四口飽肚流沙奶皇包 - 真係流沙,熱辣辣,要趁熱食,凍左就吾好味蝦餃 - 大大隻,裡面至少有3隻蝦,而且幾新鮮晚飲方面,試過幾款吾錯食物:龍蝦伊麵 - 龍蝦啖啖肉,伊麵一般,芝士味尚算濃味,但芝士汁比較少清蒸龍躉 - 蒸得剛剛好,魚身鮮味片皮鴨 - 份量足夠,但片功就一般桂花炒素翅 - 爽口,不會太油整體食物質素吾錯,一分錢一分貨,但比起稻X,就好千萬倍。唯獨是服務質素就真係吾得,特別係午市時間,服務更加差,要求加水,舉極手都無人理你,帶位又混亂,山竹牛肉無要求加喼汁,就預先落左,仲要話我哋係咁。。。如果吾理服務,這裡都算OK。…Read More

住青衣咁耐,成日經過青衣公園,都未曾想過到這間餐廳用膳。今日心血來潮,便胆粗粗入去試下。正值下午茶時段,無咩人,我同母親大人選擇於室內坐。看看店內待應,全部都係上左年紀的公公婆婆,行動比較慢。坐低後,便開始選擇食物:由於本人未食晏,所以選擇左個午餐 - 葡汁焗雞扒意粉,午餐包一碗例湯,一杯飲品,飲品選擇凍檸茶。而母親大人,選擇左個下午茶餐 - 西多士,熱咖啡午餐 - 葡汁焗雞扒意粉,上枱時熱辣辣,味道尚算可以,但份量真比較小。例湯不錯,沒有味精。凍檸茶就一般。下午茶餐 - 西多士,賣相OK,母親大人話味道都係一般,咖啡吾錯。由於係一間茶餐廳,所以沒有服務可言。並由於待應係一啲上年紀的公公婆婆,可能記性比較差,不時送錯食物。總括而言,只可一次,未必有機會再去。…Read More

早一星期BOOK好位,比預約時間早到15分鐘,去到門口,竟然排晒隊等入座,等左約10分鐘,到我哋入座,講真,地方真係好窄,差不多枱貼枱。是日我哋兩個人,一人一個手袋,都已經吾知可以放係邊。一坐底,即刻點下食物,先選一啲推介食品,由於吾知份金量,所以於第一輪時,便選擇較多數量,多彩,得到經理的提示,將數量改為適量,免得太多而浪費。食物方面,真係吾錯,而且好新鮮:- 刺身好有水準,特別鱆紅魚及池魚王,爽口清甜,三文魚也不錯,全部厚切,口感一流。象拔蚌及甜蝦爽口甜美。- 壽司小巧別緻,不會容易飽肚,食多幾件也可以。特別喜歡他們的創作壽司,鵝肝帶子壽司,香濃的鵝肝味,而黑松露雙色吞拿魚壽司賣相特別。江戶壽司,以基本壽司為主,如龍蝦膏甜蝦壽司,啖啖鮮味濃的龍蝦膏,回味無窮。所有壽司上枱時,賣相一流,覺得好似食緊一碟藝術品般。- 其他,本人比較喜歡鹽燒牛舌,牛舌薄身,爽口入味。燒有機菠蘿,第一次食,感覺有點酸。十心中一戈汁燒豬肋骨,蜜味香濃。北海燒帆立貝,上枱時熱辣辣,用蟹柳加沙律醬為醬汁,味道非常濃郁,回味再回味。 天婦羅蝦、蕃薯、南瓜、茄子。炸粉算是薄身。- 飲品尚算多選擇,各式汽水選擇,較特別的有樂天蘆薈汁,樂天芒果汁,忌廉溝鮮奶等,並有啤酒供應。總括而言,第一次到大喜屋用餐感受尚算不錯,全晚沒有漏單或錯單的情況,而且上枱也很快速。待應親切有禮,也不會怕你煩而黑面。雖然會錢係略貴,但可以食到有水準的食物,同優良服務,也是物有所值。…Read More

本身不太喜歡到俊達晞用餐,原因覺得地方雖大及裝修過,但其服務態度很差。由於星期日要留在家中工作,無奈下選擇到這裡進行午餐。入到餐廳,見很多位但還未清理,待應叫我們先坐下,他們清理完枱面後,地下還有很多垃圾,我便叫待應可否順便掃一下,她們竟然跟我說,要轉班先掃地,咁即係點,成地都係廢紙,雞骨,牙籤等等等等。。。見到都吾開謂。。。因為趕時間,惟有忍耐。我同男友叫了兩個餐快餐:洋䓤汁香茅豬扒拼春卷飯,凍檸茶 - 春卷不是脆的,好似隔夜油炸鬼一樣,淋晒。豬扒,只得骨,無肉,而且仲有少少梅,飯就大大碟。凍檸茶一樣,無特別。下午茶餐:鮮茄雞絲燴意粉,凍檸茶 - 基本都可以,茶餐廳本色。凍檸茶無特別。但由於這是下午茶餐關係,所以廚房通常會等5碟以上才會一拼出單,有時要等20分鐘才會出單,所以趕時間就不要叫下午茶餐。至於服務態度,除不願處理清潔工作外,基本上都是很差,有時見待應攞錯餐俾客,仲要閙番個客吾啱。如果吾係趕時間,真係吾願意去這間餐廳用餐。…Read More
