久仰大名,周邊朋友都話呢度出品「正」又話好多食評人都比滿分。可能今次自己闖進去,只係滿肚子受氣連續幾日都爆滿,訂枱訂到晚上九點半,去到原來要搭枱!如果話俾我聽要搭枱,我係唔會去!訂枱的時候預留了鹽焗雞,去到竟然同我講賣咗比其他客人。如此混亂不堪,不如話冇得預留食物,來到有就有。見到大家都話「上湯大蝦煎米粉」係必定要點的食物,所以一心黎試吓。不過出品就唔係想像中咁好!米粉確實煎得好香脆,不過冇味。蝦的大細距離大蝦有一段好大的距離。我哋點煎蓮藕餅結果來的是「鹹魚煎蓮藕餅」喊到不得了吃不到蓮藕,應該改名「煎鹹魚肉餅」。大蜆蒸滑蛋,豉油蓋過了蜆的鮮味,很多其他地方也可以做到這樣的蒸滑蛋。呢個餸點左三次先點到,伙計的服務真的要改善。一行四人,希望越大,失望越大!大家離開的時候只有三個字「冇下次」。…Read More

去過幾次都係自己買海鮮上去加工。今次只得兩個人,所以試吓佢啲套餐,原來好抵食因為曾經試過喺西貢「全x」「通x」吃個海鮮套餐,以後就怕怕我們點了每位$218的套餐,估不到有這樣靚的花竹蝦,自己去買都要百幾二百蚊。我問老闆花竹蝦是否新鮮?如果新鮮就白灼吧!結果真的非常鮮味值得一讚另外吃了蒜蓉粉絲蒸蟶子皇,果皮蒸龍躉下巴不過鎮江一字骨就失準了密椒雞中翼,就是一貫的好!原本應是特色湯泡飯,但朋友不喜歡吃泡飯,特意要求老闆更改為少鹽少油的炒飯,結果真的炒得不錯,真的少鹽少油最後的芒果布甸也是值得推薦…Read More

假期諗住去試吓新野,點知失望而回:(網上見到2017年十大應該要試的Afternoon Tea, Ritz Café 103 同 Qeelin cross over,未試過此酒店的Afternoon tea,睇相好似幾得意,一心諗住去試吓好嘢,點知只有門口呢個公仔得意Afternoon Tea 的 Scones 是其中一個主角,可惜這個 Scones 是凍的。隔離枱要求焗熱,結果也只是微暖的。jam & clotted cream (唔夠軟滑)The Ritz London, Mandarin Oriental HK and Peninsula 是吃Scones 的不二之選!Croissants牛角包🥐是軟林林的。唔好話同「MO」比,佢連普通「東x堂」麵包舖也比不上。這個芒果撻已是全個下午茶最好食的,不過熊貓的眼畫得求其。Qeelin Macaron 只有甜,吃不到其他味道。他們應該向地下大堂的Pierre Herme 請教。點了 English Breakfast Tea, 侍應給了奶同糖,可惜茶匙欠奉五星級酒店收五星級價錢,卻遇到服務食物應該唔會再去啦!因為服務好差,帶我們坐下後,餐牌都唔俾,想叫第二個侍應,佢哋好似「你睇我唔到,你睇我唔到咁」叫侍應埋單俾錢都要叫兩次…Read More

標榜健康,簡單,新鮮而精美的食物。可能算是健康,新鮮,但算不上精美。:(食物算不上精美,餐廳的服務也欠奉。最令我不滿的是他們既然銷售食物,但由於客人太多的關係,沒有足夠叉子提供給客人。兩次要求一位服務員提供叉子,但食完野也沒有供應結果兩人用餐,共用一隻叉解決方法有幾種:買多10零20隻叉或是提供外賣膠叉;或者暫時停止銷售食物,只賣咖啡。餐廳不提供咖啡糖,又是標榜健康,不過我覺得可以給客人自己選擇落糖與否。咖啡味道及香氣一般食物賣相有點凌亂,也吃不到黑麥啤麵包的味道。薯條說是新鮮焗製,但一點也不香脆手打黑豆雜菜豬肉漢堡扒,就只是加了一點菜,所以看似健康一點,味道一般。…Read More

10日內去了兩次南記,但第二次去的小菜質素十分失望。除了最精彩的芝士脆焗龍蝦和蒸魚外,其他菜式也非常失望。朋友話今次的芝士脆焗龍蝦,是咁多次當中最出色的龍蝦是在「關財記」購入,非常新鮮師傅焗的時間也是恰到好處,龍蝦非常彈牙爽口!另外買了一條海杉斑,約一斤左,右師傅也蒸得非常嫩滑。朋友叫了兩碗白飯吃此海杉斑。另外叫了椒鹽鮮魷,也非常出色,炸得很好火候,魷魚仍很嫩滑。另外點了沙拉骨和葡汁四蔬,可以話係此餐廳的敗筆沙拉骨和豬扒一樣,只是將一件炸豬扒切開,大大件,混混亂,然後求其加啲沙律醬,我們對此菜色非常失望。另外葡汁四蔬,是人生裏吃最難食的食物之一。他們竟然用上菜心,芥蘭,同經理查問,佢話有四種蔬菜就係啦!葡汁只是一Pat黃色漿糊,沒有味道。整得咁核突,請在菜單內取消此項菜式!此餸菜將一貫好評的食肆蒙上污點。請取消此垃圾食品…Read More

已經有五六年冇去美國,一直很懷念美國的Cheesecake Factory。以前每次去美國,必定跑去食一兩餐,或是外賣蛋糕。上年開始已經打聽到它會進駐香港,但一直都未有確實的開業時間。現在終於開業了,一定要跑去試試,裝修和美國的餐廳一模一樣,餐廳裏大部份都是年青顧客,服務員也是年青一輩,感覺充滿動力:)。為了避免排隊,選擇了晚上10點後跑去吃一件蛋糕。餐廳仍然滿座,氣氛高漲,也算是好彩,剛剛有枱埋單才有位。一坐下,二話不說的點了Cheesecake!因為一進門口便看到蛋糕櫃,已從多款芝士蛋糕揀出今次想試的口味!兩款蛋糕,芝士味濃郁,質感軟身似食cream,不太膩,貪心的想吃兩款,結果仍是吃不完,所以如果吃完主菜後再吃的話,最好2人share 1件!(下)Vanilla Bean Cheesecake 香濃的雲呢拿芝士蛋糕上配上雲呢拿mousse(上)Key Lime Cheesecake 是芝士蛋糕版的青檸批,雖已配合雲呢拿芝士蛋糕餅底,但酸味實在太勁,再要加上cream才可食。單計芝士蛋糕的款式已超過30款,經典原味、士多啤梨、朱古力榛子味外,The Cheesecake Factory亦與不少朱古力牌子合作,推出特別口味,如Oreo、Godiva芝士蛋糕等。下次會再去試一些濃味的朱古力芝士蛋糕除了甜品,The Cheesecake Factory亦有一系列鹹食,如沙律、薄餅、三文治等,分量極多,足6-8人分享!他們的價錢,有這個份量,算是非常抵食!…Read More

已經係第四次來「壽司源」!喜歡它清雅高貴的裝修,富有現代感而不俗氣。今次出奇地好彩,唔使早一個月訂位,竟然比我們訂到六個人座位,仲要找到言師傅。這件甘綢魚,魚皮焗得香脆,魚肉香嫩甘香。呢個係野生吞拿魚腩,其實係四層薄切。言師傅話呢條野生吞拿魚,條魚比較大,所以D魚筋比較粗,薄切可以切薄埋D筋,令你食唔到有筋,薄切仲可以令件吞拿魚入囗即溶牡丹蝦,最特別嘅地方是燒過的蝦膏,提升了牡丹蝦壽司的層次。朋友說他很喜歡醬油漬壽司,言師傅特別給他做了吞拿魚醬油漬,油漬時間剛好今次的前菜是微辣的明太子魷魚,不喜歡吃辣的我就覺得一般了。左口魚薄切,OK言師傅知道我們大食,特別加了燒飯糰䲞魚青湯,雪糕作結尾$800的「Omakase 」可說是物超所值,所以才會吸引我們老遠乘車前去。另外,Dickson 的優質服務,絕對值得嘉許。我們點了sake , 他幫我們安排好飲用嘅先後次序去配合食物。…Read More

朋友知道我鍾意食拉麵,又知我最近未能去東京喇!所以佢誠意推薦我去試一試葵芳呢一間來自日本涉谷的拉麵店,等我止癢。晚了一點到達,不用排隊我點了俺流熟成濃湯拉麵。湯底係用雞骨、豬骨、香葱餚成。這個熟成濃湯比起一般拉麵店的豬骨湯淡味少少,但我可以肯定佢係冇味精,因為食完之後唔會好口渴。以前試過喺其他拉麵店,食完豬骨湯拉麵,飲咗大半公升水。呢度嘅叉燒比一般拉麵店厚三倍,我十分喜歡。玉子還可以,但兩隻蛋一隻靚,一隻唔靚。好多種唔同嘅醬料擺喺枱面,包括梅子醬、柚子胡椒、黑蒜蓉,全部任加,可以自己調製自己碗麵嘅味!不過我今次冇加,想試吓原味。其實朋友係誠意推薦人氣「黑蒜油熟成濃湯拉麵」,不過今日唔想食咁濃味的,下次有機會,會再來嘗試。…Read More

我好少去大排檔食嘢,因為怕熱,怕污糟。竟然因為鄰居話「大車」的吉列豬扒是全港數一數二的好吃聽了之後,心裏一直想來試,今天終於找到好時候。因為假期是休息的,星期六大約營業至下午4:30。通常星期六瞓到黃朝百晏也去不了試。「大車」的吉列豬扒,不是「梅林銀座」的那一種。是傳統香港茶餐廳的吉列豬扒,外層炸得鬆脆。由於他們是選用美國Farmland豬扒,肉質非常好,厚薄適中。曾經試過一些吉列豬扒,好似紙咁薄,試過都唔再想食。這裏的吉列豬扒是有厚度的,而且有肉汁。今次配上出前一丁,他們的出前一丁也一樣煮得出色,麵煮得軟硬適中,恰到好處。另外點了炒蛋煎豬扒多士。炒蛋就一般,不是炒滑蛋,也有點老。但煎豬扒卻很出色有肉汁,值得推介。很多中高價位的西餐廳也不及這裏。今日雖然有太陽,氣溫大約30度,他們有戶外冷氣,強力風扇,在這裏吃東西也不覺得熱。今日大約下午兩點到達,未到午茶時間,所以飲品是要另外收錢的。…Read More

由於常常即興想去「明閣」飲茶,經常也沒有位置。就算星期六日下午兩點半,他們也會說座位已滿。但由於長假期關係,可能好多人唔係香港,所以昨天竟然突然即興去「明閣」,也有座位。相約了兩位朋友,但由於塞車關係,遲遲未到。由於我太肚餓了,先點蝦多士先吃,邊吃邊等。侍應問我,用不用等朋友才上菜?我說不要等,越快上越好,等他們看不見香脆蝦多士,有鹹蛋黃香,炸得金黃香脆,多士不油膩。還記得在旺角一間明星開的小店吃過一次蝦多士,多士像海綿一樣吸晒所有油,結果要經理退貨。這次之後,很少再吃蝦多士,但「明閣」這一個,我極力推介。所以朋友來到的時候也點了一份給他們。叉燒腸粉,皮薄餡靚,腸粉晶凝通透,恰到好處。點了兩款蝦餃,兩款也出色。普通的筍尖鮮蝦餃,皮薄喊靚。但另外一款貴妃醉蝦餃,就會推介俾大家,因為不是很多地方有這款點心,也是明閣推介的特色點心,酒味香濃。椒鹽鱈魚粒,外層香脆,脆漿厚薄恰到好處,鱈魚仍然滑溜。松露蛋白蟹肉餃,我就覺得味道一般,松露香不夠突出,也吃不到蟹肉,有點像松露蔡螃蟹餃而且。他們的點心可按照你們人數而點。原本因為很想回味他們的鵝肝和牛鍋燒飯以來,但昨日的飯有點失望,不夠芳香。(也忘了拍照)最後來的是黃橋燒餅,是最好味的點心。新鮮即焗,香氣撲鼻,(但也忘了拍照)我怕吃太熱的點心,所以放了2分鐘才吃。另外昨日的服務很好,我忘了帶會員卡,也給我查詢會員號碼。知道我的朋友因塞車而遲來,也到最後截單的時候,才幫我點菜。服務員值得嘉許…Read More

朋友說他以前在跑馬地上班的時候,經常來到這裏用膳,另外最近也繼續獲得米之蓮一星的榮譽,所以慕名而來。一早訂了晚上七點半鐘,早了10分鐘來到,看見有枱,心想此枱會是我們的,點知老闆問你們來人齊沒有?我回答所有人已到,在隔離店舖睇嘢。結果老闆叫我們多睇一陣,訂枱時間還未到....。此枱給了另外輪候的四人,他們在10分鐘內快速叫其他枱埋單。我們準時坐下,還安排了沙發座位:),但其實我最不喜愛坐這種位,但亦不敢逆老闆意思。我們點了門口黑板寫着的幾款廚師推介。幾個餸菜都很出色!糯米釀雞翼是我最愛的,雞翼炸得香脆並不油膩,釀滿美味的糯米飯老闆還說我醒目,一坐下便點一款小菜,其後再點其他,這樣可以分開慢慢食:)。其中一位朋友很喜歡吃砵仔焗魚腸,奈何平時很少人陪他吃,我們所以一試,覺得非常出色,面層鬆脆。士多啤梨骨感覺有點像生炒排骨,士多啤梨味稍為遜色,但以生炒排骨來說佢做得好好。滑蛋蝦仁,蝦仁爽脆,蛋夠滑溜,非常美味。咖喱牛腩,味道似葡汁牛腩,牛腩亦不是炆煮得太好,是今晚最差的一道餸,也不會推介給任何人。雞湯莧菜,味道不錯也不會有一層油,不過份量太少。總體來說小菜都很出色,不過地方少一點,我們看見隔離枱的啫啫芥蘭煲及炒桂花翅,下次再光顧是會一試…Read More

朋友誠意推介了很久的「大官廳Weekend Brunch」,今日終於搵啲藉口去試吓不過原來現在只是任飲G.H.
