前身在大角咀的 Lost Star Live House 享負盛名,經過這一段時間後竟然在尖沙咀的 k11 開店,當然要來朝聖一下,餐廳逢星期五、六、日還設有現場音樂演出,有關節目詳情可參閱官方 Instagram。WE FOUND LOVE,真愛嘅五味分陳全數表現喺呢杯 cocktail 入面,以 Vodka 為主軸,有荔枝、檸檬、接骨木花與及淡淡嘅橙香,尾韻令人回味。Soup of the day,今日嘅精選湯品係南瓜湯,南瓜味道濃郁,口感相當 creamy,屬真材實料。埃及風沙雞翼,廚師細心將雞翼切成單骨 lollipop,食得非常方便,雞翼炸得脆身之餘唔會有太多多餘嘅油份,連埋風沙辣椒同蒜片等等一齊食,更為出色。法式熱融蜂蜜芝士 + 法式麵包,芝士嘅味道極富層次,應該係以幾隻唔同嘅芝士混合而成,芝士、紅車厘茄以及法包係絕配,用咗小鐵鍋嚟 serve,食到尾段都保持溫熱,讚。炙烤雜錦香腸併盤,見呢個香腸拼盤咁特別竟然有其中一款腸係糯米腸,即刻嗌一個嚟試下,除咗糯米腸之外仲有兩款腸,偏橙色嗰個係德國腸,偏紅色嗰條嘅感覺就有啲似我哋中式嘅臘腸再加少少 chorizo 嘅感覺,配埋襯底嘅酸椰菜,fusion 之餘又帶有半點傳統。Tenute Neirano Bonimur DOC 2016 (Nebbiolo),就嚟上牛扒之前侍應送上跟餐嘅 House red,嚟自意大利嘅呢款紅酒入口帶有漿果同煙燻味道,果香濃郁,有少少櫻桃、玫瑰同淡淡嘅甘草香氣,酸度細膩,單寧柔和乾爽。Ribeye Set Dinner 烤新西蘭肉眼 8oz ,牛扒口感軟嫩,入口散發應有令人滿意的牛肉味道,肉汁濃稠,配菜當中仲有比較罕有嘅南瓜,牛扒加上紅酒,感覺美妙。…Read More

猶記得當年蘇媽喺深水埗開第一間舖嘅時候經已一試難忘,知道佢喺旺角開咗分店好耐,今日卒之有機會嚟試下,旺角店環境更加寬敞,加上特色玩味嘅牆身擺設,配合極高嘅樓底,環境舒適之餘又有餐廳特色。桔仔話梅水,不嬲對桔仔同埋話梅呢兩個味道都唔係話十分之鍾意,但係呢一杯嘢飲將兩樣嘢夾埋竟然咁有驚喜,桔仔同埋話梅配搭喺上嚟嗰個清爽味道,令我對呢兩樣嘢重新審視。馬拉沙嗲串,沙爹串燒得相當有風味,我哋豬牛雞各揀咗兩串,牛同雞都令人有記憶點,前者有意想不到嘅牛味,而後者就盛載住嫩滑嘅口感,隨附嘅沙爹醬係比較重花生味而且有粒粒花生碎嘅版本,鍾意食花生嘅朋友大愛。高佬麵配仁當牛肉,仁當牛肉口感軟嫩,味道層次豐富,特別鍾意佢嘅筋位好多,致使口感得到極大嘅滿足;高佬麵有啲似韓式嗰隻辣雞麵,不過口感就更為彈牙,每一條都撈滿甜豉油,本身已經相當好食,食到半路撈埋仁當牛肉個汁,再加上銀魚仔、花生同埋溫泉蛋嘅加持,簡直如虎添翼,直呼點解我咁遲先發現。…Read More

上環出色樓上川菜

呢間隱世蠔吧位於天后同砲台山交界,喺銅鑼灣街市向海皮行第一個街口轉左就係,位置旺中帶靜,一入到去就有熱情嘅老闆招呼我哋,佢除咗向我哋介紹餐廳嘅招牌菜之外,仲介紹咗我哋識佢哋獨特嘅生蠔保存方法,就係用呢一個 set 咗0.2至0.5度嘅恆溫生蠔保存櫃,用呢個溫度嚟保存成個食蠔嘅體驗又截然不同。Ackerman chardonnay,帶有清新嘅花果香,唔算好 dry,未配食物淨飲都已經幾好飲。老闆介紹咗兩隻蠔種俾我地,分別係 Irish WSB 同埋法國 Gillardeau,建議我地先食 Irish WSB,嚟自愛爾蘭嘅 WSB 口感柔軟,帶有少少海水同 creamy 嘅奶油味,蠔肉特別肥厚。而法國嘅 Gillardeau 本身已經係生蠔界中嘅勞斯萊斯,蠔肉肥美香甜而且帶有淡淡嘅榛果香,蠔味唔會過分爆發,有層次得嚟又細膩。So crispy roll,春捲釀入飽滿嘅香菇,春捲皮薄之餘仲炸得相當香脆而不帶半點多餘油分,係一個非常出色嘅春捲。Caesar salad,沙律菜新鮮,同其他餐廳啲 caesar 唔同嘅係佢呢度加咗蟹子,除咗吊到個鮮味之外,脆卜卜嘅蟹子仲增強咗唔少口感,將水波蛋一刀切開,睇住蛋漿慢慢流出嚟呢個感覺相當治愈。Grilled Angus US Filet Tenderloin,牛柳切開係惹人垂涎嘅粉紅色,口感極到軟嫩,入口散發住令人滿意嘅牛味,配菜有粟米、紅蘿蔔、紅椒同埋焗蒜頭,蒜頭焗得極度軟腍,鍾意蒜味嘅我大愛。Semifreddo,Semifreddo 係一種類似雪糕,但係唔洗經過雪糕機製作嘅甜點,佢口感蓬鬆,以少量嘅鮮奶油提供滑順感,係類似冷凍慕斯同雪糕嘅混合體,十分獨特,絕對值得一試。…Read More

餐廳位於燈籠街 V point 嘅 27 樓,有幸安排到窗邊座位俯瞰住銅鑼灣嘅繁華市景,淨係食個景都已經贏咗一半。竹蔗茅根,青甜潤喉,係打邊爐嗰陣啤酒以外嘅最佳選擇。醉火入鍋,呢個醉火入鍋包括咗五種湯底,中間嘅係醉蝦木瓜鍋,飲醉哂嘅鮮蝦送到上嚟嘅時候依然生蝦咁跳,侍應喺我哋面前點火將醉蝦整暈之後就開始落湯底打邊爐,經燃燒後湯底嘅木瓜味道遠比起酒味濃厚,酒味反而入哂落啲醉蝦度,出色。四川麻辣鍋,麻辣鍋帶有香濃嘅辣椒同埋花椒嘅香氣,湯底裏頭嘅豆卜、豬皮、大豆牙同埋雲耳索進麻辣嘅香味,又係淨係食湯底都夠做嘅一道。清湯蘿蔔牛腩鍋,內裏有炆得腍身嘅蘿蔔同埋牛腩,為數不少。馬來肉骨茶鍋,鍋底裏面搵藏豬手,有夠誠意。蕃茄波士頓龍蝦鍋,龍蝦有大大半隻,最正係佢個蕃茄湯,攞嚟淥面無敵。各款鍋底都真才實料,淨係食啲鍋底都已經飽咗五成。頂級安格斯牛小排,賣相不俗,底下冰塊有助牛肉保持新鮮,安格斯牛油花豐富而均勻,牛肉味道無容置疑。三色鮮製生麵,鮮製生麵麵質異常爽彈,配襯埋個蕃茄湯底更加係如虎添翼,係我少有打邊爐嚟講食麵仲多過食肉嘅一次。手打芝士蝦丸,蝦丸新鮮彈牙,帶有微微嘅芝士味,同個蝦味相輔相成。…Read More
