餐廳位於尖沙咀的 i square 六樓,門口的吧枱令整體環境檔次提高了不少,待應安排了我們坐在吧枱位置,正中下懷。串茄核桃沙律,將新鮮串茄切開再喺裏面讓入核桃同埋沙律醬,酸甜開胃,感覺創新。普寧炸豆腐,豆腐炸得外脆內軟,豆味香濃。酒香凍鮑魚,凍鮑魚賣相不俗,酒香入味得嚟不帶半點苦澀,鮑魚肉身煙韌,咀嚼嘅過程酒味緩緩滲出,相當出色。鹹菜胡椒豬肚湯,豬肚新鮮,胡椒味香,鹹菜清爽得嚟一啲都唔鹹,最欣賞嘅係佢原盅上之餘下面仲有個火燉住,飲到最尾一啖都係咁溫熱。日本蕉仔炒嫩牛,牛肉一如其名入口軟嫩,個味道帶少少中式之餘又有啲日式嘅甜甜地,青椒仔有齊三色,賣相好睇之餘又健康。碧綠川椒雞,川椒雞非常惹味,伴隨住底下炸得香脆嘅菜葉同吃,就係最佳嘅組合。燕麥一口薯,紫薯蒸熟後將表面蘸滿燕麥,係非常特別嘅一度甜品。
