第一次用粥底打邊爐

原本有朋友話想食蒸氣火鍋,但我食過覺得唔係太抵食,味覺上又無咩特別,突然諗起有人同我介紹過呢間粥底火鍋,就諗住去試下。我哋去果日先即日book台,點知又有位喎。去到間鋪仲未齊人,諗住問佢攞個menu出嚟,睇下有啲咩嘢食同埋價錢,跟住有個姐姐走出嚟同我講話佢哋呢度全部食set,無menu,每位$188。諗住呢個價錢食海鮮,應該唔會飽,仲問定佢有啲咩餸可以加,點知個姐姐話一般嚟講淨係食個餐都飽如果我哋唔係真係好大食的話,我果陣都半信半疑。到我哋人齊入去坐低之前,果煲粥底已經為我哋準備好滾緊,然後10分鐘之內已經將個餐嘅全部配料放上枱。店員見我哋第一次嚟,仲教我哋應該食邊樣先,唔同種類嘅海鮮大概淥幾耐。第一味食嘅呢就係鮮鮑魚,鮑魚新鮮,表面有光澤,肉質爽口,但本身味道唔算話係好突出,可能我自己本身麻麻地鍾意食呢樣嘢。生蠔我的至愛 ,新鮮肥美大隻,淥完之後都無話縮好多水,蠔嘅味道唔算係好濃,不過淥蠔果陣記得要睇實時間,千祈唔好淥太耐,唔係肉質就會變老變硬。啲蜆本身唔算話好大隻,但就隻只嘅size都差吾多,無話有啲特別細隻。倒晒落去之後你會見到佢哋一隻隻咁開口。蜆肉乾淨無沙,每一隻都開口,肉質清甜 。呢度嘅生蝦到上枱果陣都真係仲係生嘅,見到佢哋仲識郁。蝦肉晶瑩通透,非常新鮮。咬落去爽脆多汁,鮮味至極,正 自己本身比較少食蟹,嫌麻煩食。花蟹就更加少食,嫌佢無咩肉食。同蝦一樣,隻蟹非常新鮮,上枱果陣仲識得郁。花蟹剪開咗一半,每人有半隻。出奇地佢呢度嘅花蟹肉質都幾多同幾實淨,唔會好水,蟹肉就當然鮮甜啦 。倉魚本身都好大條新線,眼睛晶瑩雪亮。魚半身油脂豐富,食落口非常甘香 鯪魚肉鮮味有口感,魚肉嘅比例多,唔似得好似街市果啲放咗好多粉落去,食落去好似舊膠咁。雖然係海鮮火鍋,但打邊爐又點少得肥牛呢?牛肉色鮮,脂肪分佈均勻。食落去嫩滑,好香肉味,火鍋必備 魚丸雪白爽口,但就唔係好彈牙,味道比較傳統,唔多化學調味,食起嚟有小小魚腥味。怕腥嘅朋友建議大家食果陣加幾粒蔥花去平衡返。黑椒牛丸同一般街市貨色好唔同,呢隻牛丸用嘅係原粒黑椒,同磨碎咗嘅黑椒相比,原粒黑椒個辣味無咁突出,返而更加散發出黑椒本身嘅香味,更加有層次,夾埋響牛丸裡面,就好似薰香咗成粒肉咁,好正,要去細味品嚐超甜粟米,攞嚟送粥一流呢個粥我諗係每個人打邊爐果陣嘅夢想,論湯底嘅味道,試問世間上有啲咩及得上打完邊爐嘅湯底。佢集合晒各樣配料,餸菜嘅精華於一身,好多人到差唔多打完邊爐果陣就會話:『嘩,如果可以攞呢個湯底嚟煲粥就正!』 響呢度可以讓你嘅夢想成真。當你呢餐接近尾聲,啲配料食得7788嘅時候,店員就可以同你將火鍋嘅粥底攞嚟煲粥,響放米之前店員仲好細心咁將面頭嘅泡泡同埋果層油缽走,跟住就放埋蔬菜籃裡面啲瓜去煲。幾分鐘之後,個米糊就已經變咗粥。個粥好有膠質,好綿滑,而且吸收晒頭先海鮮,雞肉同牛肉嘅精華。加上少少蔥花,再伴上油炸鬼,真係飽到捧住個肚都要食多幾碗響食嘅過程中,店員周不時都會走過嚟睇下我哋有啲咩需要,服務周到。有個大姐姐好得意,講嘢又好搞笑。場地方面有兩張大卡位,同三張長枱,多人的話最好訂位,座卡位會比較舒服,長枱會比較窄。每張枱上面都有部冷氣,大熱天時都唔會熱。環境都好企理,廁所仲出奇地乾淨。$188加一呢個價錢,食咁多款海鮮,仲要咁新鮮,真係好抵食。鍾意食粥嘅你一定唔可以錯過!…Read More

次次去到尖沙咀,唔係去同朋友食放題就係食壽司韓國菜韓燒,今次想搵返少少平民嘅嘢食,揀咗好耐最後揀咗呢間小蟻人,諗住都係試下心態,無咩太高期望。我同兩個friend三人行去到餐廳大概7點鐘多啲,諗住一定要等位,點知一入到去就有位坐,唔算係好full。我哋坐果張檯有張L字形嘅梳化,外面兩邊有兩張凳,算係好寬倘舒服,裝修上好公主feel,女仔通常都幾buy。唯獨是佢牆上面啲話,同埋佢果幅全片幅維港夜景好似同佢主題有啲格格不入咁。當我哋睇完餐牌有啲嘢唔明問侍應,佢地都好耐心樂意地解答。我哋三個最後都叫晒是日晚餐,焗椰汁雞飯,忌廉蘑菇煙三文魚兩頭通粉,同咖哩海鮮配白飯。上菜速度都好快,落咗order之後唔洗5分鐘就上晒飲品同餐湯。第一道菜可以揀餐湯或者沙律, 我哋全部都揀晒餐湯。是日餐湯係紅湯,蕃茄羅宋湯,蕃茄味好濃郁,個牛湯底都好鮮,裡面嘅菜都好淋,同個湯味道合一,唔錯 :) :)到主菜,焗椰汁雞飯,面頭有一層芝士,焗完之後燒焦咗嘅芝士味更加香濃,雞肉嫩滑,唔會切得太細無晒咬口,流失晒肉汁。汁嘅杰度同美度都調教得幾好,椰汁味非常香濃,亦都同雞非常配合,加上汁裡面嘅其它spices,呢度菜嘅味道都幾有層次,係我三道菜中嘅至愛。 咖哩海鮮嘅咖哩比較有馬來風味,同泰國咖哩相比,馬來咖哩香料比較豐富,但就無咩椰汁。咖哩辣度中辣,應該大部份人都可以接受。海鮮方面有大蝦,青口同帶子,用料質素上不過不失,食落口都頗有鮮味。除咗咖喱之外,碟上面仲有另外一道配菜,望落去似係用嚟煮羅宋湯嘅用料,西芹,蘿蔔之類嘅雜菜。雖然同咖哩有啲唔係好啦間,應該係為咗擺盤上好睇啲,但都幾入味幾好食。忌廉蘑菇煙三文魚兩頭尖通粉 - 第一次食呢種形狀嘅意粉,開頭以為佢同長通粉差唔多,食落口個質感返而似貝殼粉,意粉質素唔錯,有啲似fresh pasta嘅口感,唔會話好粉,但就有蛋味同有咬口。煙三文魚已經切碎,方便撈落個意粉度,方便食,少少咸但就無咩煙燻味。蘑菇用咗日本菇同雞髀菇,食落去新鮮爽滑,同白汁意粉好配,但份量可以多番少少。個汁濃郁有鮮味,分量亦都啱啱好,幾好味,唔錯!又到邪惡既甜品出場嘅時候,我哋叫咗個雜果雪糕多士磚。上台果陣已經流晒口水。多士鬆脆得嚟又唔會硬,加上半溶嘅雪糕,間直係人間極品,帶你去咗世外桃源咁,perfecto無得輸呀!!!如果大家鍾意茶木的話,我向大家推薦呢間餐廳,比茶木好食十倍。服務又好,非常周到,每次我地對餐牌上有唔明白果陣,侍應們都會耐心詳細解答。有一個侍應仲好細心,每換一碟菜果陣見我哋張檯污糟咗,那怕只係一粒飯,都會幫我哋抹返乾淨。定價方面響尖沙咀嚟講都唔算貴,跟個晚餐有餐湯有甜品有嘢飲到係100蚊多啲,非常值得:):)…Read More

今次同一班無見好耐嘅大學同學重聚,揀咗呢間食泰國菜。印象中尖沙咀泰國菜館唔多,但我每次看海港城都會經過呢間金不換,今次終於有機會去試。先唔講嘢食,以佢嘅地點嚟講,真係好方便,火車,地鐵,不是,天星小輪,無論你響邊度返工好,放工嚟呢度聚會都一定唔會有交通上嘅麻煩。點裡面裝修到好靚,有海景望到維港,有好多大台,適合大班人聚會。坐低咗之後,侍應就好快同我哋斟水,比menu我哋,服務唔錯! :) 頭盤嚟咗個海蝦刺身先,海蝦望落去新鮮,肉質晶瑩通透,同日式甜蝦刺身比泰式嘅生蝦味道雖然無咁鮮甜,但係佢就用多咗好多唔同配料,再加埋佢嘅特製醬汁,味覺比甜蝦更多層次。太肚餓唔記得單影個蝦餅同個柚子沙律,個柚子沙律食落口好清新,柚子肉亦都好多汁,係前菜開胃之選。蝦餅炸成冬甩shape,除此之外無咩特別,同出面啲泰國餐廳差唔多。炭燒豬頸肉呢味嘢差唔多都係每個人嘅至愛,豬頸肉肥美爽脆嘅肉質加上外面燒焦咗嘅脆皮,再點埋少少酸同辣嘅醬汁,無得輸 。蛋網海鮮炒金邊粉望落去已經加咗分 ,佢應該係用蛋漿煎咗個網出嚟包住個炒好嘅金邊粉,呢啲真係講心思手工,識食一定係相機先食。個金邊粉本身都炒得唔錯,好夠味,亦都唔算油,海鮮足料 。但個蛋網界開咗之後連埋啲金邊粉一齊食果陣其實就食唔到啲咩蛋香味 。最後我哋食到十點半鐘都唔知時間,我哋已經係最後一枱,但店員都冇話想吹我哋走咁,依然笑容滿面。我哋今次平均每人消費一百蚊多啲,咁嘅服務,咁嘅食物質素,咁嘅環境地點,算係物有所值!…Read More

同朋友去完教會,離到新蒲崗Mikiki Mall呢度搵食,LG果層好似幾多嘢食,落咗去行咗個圈,見到呢間餐廳裝修幾靚,同埋下午茶好早2點就開始,價錢唔算貴,所以就入咗去試下。睇咗好耐個menu,都揀唔落手食咩好,因為佢啲菜式響咁嘅價值基本上無咩可能做到好食,我哋總共叫咗四個餐,番茄汁意式燴飯,炸魚薯條,吞拿魚薄餅,同焗肉醬薄餅。先嚟咗客蒜蓉包,每個餐都可以加錢換。有別於正常蒜蓉包用百里香法包整,呢個用咗意大利ciabatta整,個皮脆得嚟個包仲係好鬆軟,個包蒜蓉牛油味都好香,推介!呢個卡邦尼蘑菇意大利燴飯都係跟餐加錢換嘅,本來都無咩期望,但都估唔到咁差。如果你食過risotto 都應該知道佢個質感同個賣相係點,唔洗我多講,你淨睇張相就知道咩料。首先啲飯係一粒粒分開嘅,煮飯用嘅湯底無咩味,所以啲飯都係無咩味。最後佢響上碟果陣放咗pat白汁磨菇就算,唯大佬呀,你都同我撈下先上台吖。呢個唔係risotto做法我都算,佢個汁得個的屎咁多,個飯本身又無咩未,就嚟好似乾梗白飯咁先講個磨姑忌廉湯,個湯底一啲都唔creamy ,蘑菇得幾塊,蘑菇味無滲透到入個湯裏面,一句講晒,金寶忌廉湯仲好飲過佢。到個薄餅,呢個根本就唔係薄餅pizza,個底同頭先個蒜蓉包一樣,都係意大利ciabatta,不過個味道就ok嘅同麵包舖啲比,個皮都好脆。焗肉醬薄餅,同上都係用意大利ciabatta做底,個肉醬都整得好味嘅,番茄味道有響到,不過portion就細咗啲,當正餐食的話唔係好夠飽。個炸魚薯條可算係呢餐中最好嘅菜色,先講條魚,肉質本身都幾嫩滑,叉落去個陣舊魚到無散開。個coating方面唔算係好厚,亦都無好多粉漿,返而最外面個層用咗啲好似米通碎嘅粒粒,咬落去果陣好脆:),比一般吉列或者batter coating脆,幾有創意。個薯條就一般,唔算好脆,唔知係咪佢用啲舊油去炸,薯條啲顏色有啲沉。Risotto再次失敗,個飯都係分開一粒粒,完全無煮到米本身嘅黏性出嚟。個汁依然係上台個陣先淋啲番茄汁上去個飯面度。呢個唔應該叫risotto,應該叫番茄汁撈飯比較正確。最後每人都差唔多食咗$50,咁嘅價錢去樓上California Pizza 食好過,無下次!…Read More

呢排每個星期六下晝都會去長沙灣廣場教會嘅團契聚會,完咗之後我哋一班人都會去附近食嘢。連續兩個禮拜我哋都去咗滙城。呢度個老闆好好人,每次就算我哋無book位都會留起一排位比我哋:)。呢度啲嘢食價錢唔算貴,最神奇嘅就係下午茶餐可以食到夜晚8點。好耐冇食過炒公仔麵,所以叫咗個五香肉丁炒公仔麵,仲叫多咗個炸雞比同朋友一齊share,其它人見到都話好邪惡!碟五香肉丁炒公仔麵等咗大概10分鐘就到,炒功方面ok 啦,幾夠鑊氣,同埋無炒燶。但係個面好似烚得唔係好夠時間,未完全發開晒,有機條痴埋咗一齊,同埋有啲硬,中意食有口感嘅可能啱食,我自己鍾意食偏腍少少。配料方主要有肉丁,洋蔥同青蔥,肉丁份量ok,但係唔係好夠五香果隻未,即係罐頭裡面紅色果隻汁,如果你都係五香肉丁愛好者一定知道我講緊邊隻味,同埋肉方面比較瘦,肥返少少比較好,感覺無咁乾。炸雞髀差唔多等咗20分鐘先上,即係好大機會係生炸。望落去個樣唔錯,炸到金黃色。切落去好多肉汁流哂出嚟,肉質放面唔乾,而且鮮嫩Juicy。調味方面主要有鹽,同少量沙薑粉,只係嫌佢咸咗少少,如果可以放少啲啲,真係啲啲鹽就真係正。雞肉嘅肉味唔算好突出,但就無咩雪味,可能調味方面搭救咗。沙律放面就算喇,不值一提,應該係冰過嚟,好似有啲冰碎響裡面咁。總結,食物質素同水平一般啦,反而隻炸脾有驚喜。環境算係唔錯,乾淨企理,有好多卡位。招呼都唔錯,尤其是個老細,每次入嚟都同我哋打招呼,好多嘢都親力親為。價錢方面,$25有隻炸脾連沙律仲跟埋嘢飲,其它炒粉麵飯都係三十零蚊,真係好難搵架喇,荔枝角低食之選…Read More

海鮮ok,任食用料高質,但價錢略貴

每次我返到嚟香港都會問朋友近期有咩好嘢食推介,我朋友就介紹咗蒸氣火鍋呢樣嘢比我,跟住就book咗潮福呢間嘢同我試下。我哋去到大概七點半,可能係平日嘅關係,店裡面唔係好多人,亦因為咁嘅關係我哋坐到張窗邊嘅大卡位。店裡面擺滿咗海鮮,客人可以隨便去到魚缸去睇下佢哋嘅大小,同種類。服務尚算好,伙記都好樂意介紹唔同海鮮種類比我哋認識。我哋最後點咗個3XX嘅套餐,可以任選6款海鮮,同埋任食火鍋配料。我哋點餐之後好快就上咗個湯,冬瓜螺頭燉湯。冬瓜嘅清同螺肉嘅鮮甜balance得好好,湯裡面都落足料,只係嫌佢咸咗少少。北寄貝算係幾大粒,而且新鮮,隻隻都開口,貝肉都算鮮甜。鮑魚上面放咗啲虫草,呢個都ok啦,但同你響街市買反嚟蒸個味道分別不大。主角龍蝦出場,我用刀叉將成條肉起咗出嚟。龍蝦肉質非常爽口嫩滑,亦都保留住肉汁,非常鮮味!日本大元貝大粒乾淨,如果你鍾意食生嘢的話,可以叫佢唔好蒸咁耐,粒肉會更加嫩滑。美國石蠔,失望嘅一個菜式。望落去算係都新鮮,上台果陣隻蠔都係連殼嘅。但係食落去卻無咩鮮味,一方面佢蒸得太熟,口感有啲韌同硬,同埋佢調味方面落得太重白胡椒粉,蓋過咗蠔本身嘅鮮味。對於我呢個咁鍾意食蠔嘅人嚟講,失敗! 海蝦 - 普普通通,不過不失~食完晒海鮮之後,就到任食環節。我哋第一樣試嘅就係蟲草雞,我從來冇食過蟲草,但覺得佢哋都幾配。雞肉新鮮嫩滑,調味恰到好處,值得推介!甜粟米+雜菜籃 - 粟米ok,但唔算超甜。其它雜菜都新鮮,都係第一次用蒸氣烹調雜菜,幾有新意,原來咁整菜都幾好食。到最後終於食個鍋底 - 新鮮排骨粥,經過咁長時間嘅熬煮,個粥底已經好靚好綿,再加上咁多海鮮同埋配料嘅精華,再加上佢本身嘅排骨,全部都融入咗響個粥底裏面,真係無得唔好食。但當然,如果你要同粥底火鍋相比,我朋友都話粥底火鍋個粥比呢個好食得多,始終粥底火鍋個粥係直接用嚟碌嘢食。蒸氣火鍋呢個idea真係幾好,用蒸氣烹調食物健康之餘,唔洗落好多油,又可以保存到食物嘅鮮味,每一滴味道都會保存住響食物身上,就算流走咗都會比個粥底吸收咗。總括嚟講,海鮮方面都算係好新鮮,任食配料方面雖然選擇唔多,但勝在質素良好。但始終佢呢個食法調味上會比較單調,冇錯咁樣可以最食到食物嘅原味同鮮味,但成日都係咁食就會悶,應該一年食一,兩次就夠,保持新鮮感。價錢方面,兩個人,八百蚊有找,如果平日的話平返少少,或者做番個優惠就好喇,同日式放題或者同其它飲食火鍋相比,性價比略嫌為低,同蒸氣海鮮相比,我自己更愛食刺身。希望遲啲會有更多優惠同更多新菜式。…Read More

This Thai restaurant is just opposite to my friend's home. One night, when I visited my friend, she asked me whether I wanna give it a try. I was quite tired on that night and dun wanna go far away so I said yes. The front entrance is small, you might easily miss it. We arrived there around 1900 and there was just one table being occupied. We could choose wherever we want to sit. We were served promptly with tap water. We have chosen rice pepper rolls as our starter. It was quite refreshing, the veggie they used was fresh and crunchy. With the sauce, it just wakes the whole thing up. Not bad.For any Pad Thai dish, you can choose the main ingredient you want (Chicken, beef, king prawns or vegetarian).We have chosen a chicken one. There's nothing wrong with the dish but I just prefer the authentic one with small shrimps in the noodle. I am also looking to have more contrast in the dish between the sweet and the soury taste. It will be better if the dish comes with a lime wedge.I forgot the name of this dish, it is kind of stir fried wide thick rice noodle in soy sauce. While Pad Thai is sweeter and nuttier, this dish is salty, with a touch of chargrilled flavour. It was well cooked with slightly chewy texture. However, I think it could be done better with less oil. Went there with a friend on a rainy weekday. I was worrying whether it will be okay to have bbq in such a bad weather but there's in fact rooftop on every table when we arrived. The place is quite warm and relaxing. The grill was promptly set up after we pay the bill.They offer plenty of choices for the bbq food including fish balls, meat balls, chicken wings, pork neck fillet, many different kinds of skewers that you can name and a variety of veggie which are good for grilling. Food is fresh and well marinated. Tasty! There were also two bottles of seasoning on the table which you may add if you want your food to have a touch of Szechuan aroma.I personally love the pork neck fillet very much, this cutting is rich in marble fat, its skin will become crisp when it's done, it's so soft, tender and will never dry off even if a bit overcooked. The beef short rib is also nice. The ratio of meat and fat is just perfect. When it's cooked, the fat will melt down, covering the meat. It's juicy and tasty at my first bite. It's great with some green peppers and onions as well.For the vegetable, I quite like the idea of grilling Chinese chive. I have never thought of chive could be used for bbq. I tried it because I saw it on nearly every grill. The taste is quite refreshing and it's good with beancurd piece and chicken.The grilled pineapple is another highlight. Its flavour will be concentrated after grill. It's just so sweet and juicy, brilliant!! Best to have it as dessert!What could be made better will be the clam, it was so small and the meat will shrink to become smaller when it's cooked. I don't mind to have fewer but a bigger one.We stayed there for three and a half hours. It was a non-stop eating which made both of us very satisfy. Overall, it was a great bbq experience, especially good for meat eaters. But if you are not, don't worry, you will still be able to experience the taste of a variety of vegetables at different level, a brand new taste that you can never achieve in home style cooking.  However, it will be great if the staffs could be more friendly and polite. Friendly staff, food not bad but overpriced

Went there to have a dinner with friends on a weekday night. The restaurant is in a traditional Japanese setting, seats were quite spacious, not in cramped condition. Staff response was prompt, friendly and polite.We ordered a tempura set, mixed sashimi set, salmon sushi rolls and a seafood soup. Fishes were very fresh in the sashimi set, especially the salmon slices, they were oily, creamy, almost melt in your mouth. Tempura was just average, the coating is not light and crispy enough:(, still holding much oil. The rest of the dishes are not bad, but they were just in an average standard that you will get from most of the Japanese restaurants in Hong Kong.
