星期六跟同事聊著聊著已過了家中晚飯時間,都想找個地方醫肚想試試大牌檔風味,二話不說便拉了同事過來坐在街頭雖然無冷氣勝在檯椅之間夠闊落,比起不少食肆人踫人肩撞肩好得多只得兩個人,雖說是大男人,亦叫不了太多,點幾個的招牌菜炸大腸神緒外酥內軟的口感,而且它的脂肪是有爽脆感的香香脆脆有咬口,蘸點甜酸汁又可去除油膩啫啫雞煲打開煲蓋已經聴到啫啫聲此起彼落,由於高速爐烹調雞油早已逼出,入口果然不油膩,而原粒乾蔥更令整個煲濃香撲鼻白飯未上已經吃完半煲焗魚腸雖説是下欄菜式,言而賣的是心機,將弄好魚腸和雞蛋一齊焗魚腸由於要過油鑊處理過,沒丁點兒腥味,特別在用砵仔盛載趁熱一嘗,入口既脆且滑,果然非同凡響墨魚餅是手打出來,所以膠性較強,入囗彈牙,又是啤酒時間小店菜單上是有很多選擇的,下一次有機會我應該會嘗嘗別的!提外話深水埗區經歷過去半世紀的高速發展,今天已經成為市區重建的重點項目「強記大牌檔」於1968年遷址於深水埗耀東街上,營業至今己接近半個世紀印象深刻當時我讀小學,屋企對面係強記,屋企人便是他們的長期客仔強記由最初經­營港式粥品油器,轉形到廣東燒臘,再演變成今日的街坊小菜無不與香港的經濟週期、時­代變遷息息相關。香港經歷過「沙士」、「金融海嘯」等經濟打擊,令不少飲食同業相繼倒閉。而「強記大牌­檔」仍能屹立至今,有賴於多年來一直支持的街坊鄰里。近10年來,亦逐漸成為遊客們從­旅遊口碑光顧過的食客有來自五湖四海,不論顧客來自哪一層面都是鍾情於強記大牌檔獨特的街頭風味­、 香港懷舊文化特色的食肆。…Read More

一流神廚 你講應該是愛文生,但不是醫局街呢條街在內街向屬於太子方向,但是不近石硤尾,醫局街相差一條街應該叫在荔枝角道,而愛文生在荔枝角道對面有間天祥同樣是大牌擋,不過呢間招呼麻麻趕客走,食物普通

慶祝朋友生日,呢間雞煲係生日位朋友推介,生日話哂事好合理吧咁走去試試,訂左位,大約七點準時到達一坐低店員就叫我地落雞煲先,得3個人就點了有半隻雞既細煲個雞煲真係好正,用鐵鍋盛載, 有足夠的熱力鎖住雞汁, 端上桌開蓋一刻, 真係香氣撲鼻賣相值得一讚配料都幾多, 莞茜、芹菜、大蒜、洋蔥同青椒、麻辣香集於一身首先要趁滲左少少汁入雞肉就食,如果吾係怕佢太辣,d雞滑溜溜又香又入味食晒啲雞後,就馬上開始落清湯打邊爐打邊爐的配料選擇都是大路東西,我地叫左雞件、公仔麵、生根、響鈴、菜籃、美國肥牛、午餐肉炸魚皮、金菇、生菜、自製芝心丸樣樣野叫D大部份的味道都可以,都是新鮮的還叫左d串燒,串燒淨係一放低我已經嗅到好香燒烤味依間串燒唔係馬虎貨,烹調手法很有技巧加埋d香料粉配合得幾好出奇地好食串燒雞亦,火喉控制剛好,鎖住肉汁再試下芝士腸仔,爽口彈牙,勁好味!wo~一食停不了口五花腩食落一啲都唔膩,唯一就係略嫌燒乾身燒雞髀菇好正, 口感一流,濃厚鮮菌味蔬菜仲有翠玉瓜,冬菇,茄子鹽燒效果好香囗基本上燒物不錯,樣樣都燒得好入味,可以邊食邊送酒邊吹下水見隔離枱都同我地一樣有叫雞煲在香港已經非常流行了, 坊間有很多不同特色的雞煲專門店依間雞煲、火鍋、串燒三位一體, 啱哂鐘意多選擇嘅朋友們!最後埋單每人不用$160!抵呀總括成間食店裝修環境唔錯, 梳化位坐得舒服員工態度真係幾好,值得支持的小店…Read More

每個星期必要來香港區工作一天.午飯時間我總喜歡去東大街兜一兜最近街內又新增不少食肆,恍如平民美食坊然而各店定價錢有平有貴,競爭相當激烈但是我喜歡其中這一檔.開了半年.我差不多光顧六、七次而我來到這檔,次次專攻海南雞吃據說它們每日午市即賣,不會用隔夜雞。做出的雞,皮香肉滑,雞肉僅僅熟,所以特別嫩滑至於雞油飯,係有雞油味,但不是油亮亮,亦不夠香,只是一般而已伴吃雞肉的醬料,薑蓉和辣椒醬都是自家製造湯無味精感覺.檔內有大量的頭頭尾尾,不浪費,即時用來熬湯這裡除海南雞另有泰式豬髀飯,河粉之類供應 服務,環境,普普通通.三十餘元一客套餐已連飲品.不能太苛求一般餐廳海南雞飯一客要五、六十元.酒店更要過百元…Read More
