哇~難得約好一大班朋友入西貢晚飯,點知遇上8號風球,好在約咗6點食,去西貢食海鮮朋友推薦會去連續16年榮獲米芝蓮一星嘅六福菜館,啲嘢真係好好食😋而且價單都合理,當晚人均$700 都好豐富先來個西貢地道魚湯,奶白嘅魚湯用上10多種魚加埋蕃茄薯仔煲成,所以極度鮮甜,好似我媽咪煲嘅住家湯一樣朋友們都係鍾意飲下啤酒,叫呢款椒鹽奇脆豆腐就啱哂,外層香口入面夠嫩滑椒鹽焗大連鮮鮑魚用上大連鮑,大隻又夠爽口彈牙,好滿足我最鍾意食蒸魚,呢條鹽蒸野生海魚用上杉班魚,夠新鮮而且好嫩滑蒜蓉粉絲蒸貴妃蚌,只要夠新鮮簡單蒸加上少調味已經好好食薑蔥炒蟶子皇配煎米粉,呢個真係一定要叫,重點係佢個煎到恰到好處嘅米粉,仲有識食一定食埋佢啲薑蔥藥膳辣酒煮花螺每粒都入哂味,因為要就朋友,如果再辣啲就啱哂我朋友們係澱粉質系人類,豉油王炒麵又係炒得好出色,乾身得嚟好香今個晚餐超滿意~食完安全回家先掛上8號…Read More

始終中菜都係啱我胃口多啲,帶家人長輩去食都比較穩陣,呢間喺荔枝角AEON超市入面,環境都舒適服務要比個👍先先上沙薑豬手拼醬香小黃瓜兩開胃冷盤前菜,豬手爽中帶腍又夠入味醬香小黃瓜好爽甜,又有醬香鹹鮮味今次食呢個係4人餐,會有八道菜+甜品,當中比較特別係「孔門魚咬羊」,原來係新鮮海花斑魚肚位置釀入免治羊肉,令鮮甜嫩滑魚肉帶有陣陣羊羶味而「御膳佛跳牆灌湯餃」真係超足料,爸媽邊食邊大讚,湯頭鮮甜濃香,而餃內有齊鮑、參、翅、肚及蟲草花,呢個好好食另外「去骨黑白胡椒燒鵝皇」,肉質肥瘦適中,仲用咗黑白胡椒做成秘製醬汁去醃製再燒,外層皮脆而鵝肉嫩多汁帶香XO醬碧翠炒蘭花蚌係爽甜荷蘭豆,另加入爽口花蚌再用上XO醬夠哂惹味食咗咁多肉呢款紅茄鮮竹泡菜苗就啱哂,好清新味道湯名夠鮮甜最後想講呢款「乾煏金磚馬拉糕」,同平時食好唔同,面頭係焦脆,但內裡係軟綿口感,仲滲出淡淡黑糖味結尾有滋潤雪耳紅棗糖水…Read More
