之前已經聽過朋友力推outdark 炸雞同飯團, 但由於又聽聞無得book枱,所以平日夜晚先敢來, 根據店員所講, 尖沙咀分店星期一至四, 晚上7點前都可以book 枱,至於旺角店就任何時候都可以book枱, 其實咁熱氣咁高能量既晚餐, 早D食完訓前多D時間消化都係好事。星期三的晚上, 沒有很多人, 原本係限時100分鐘, 最後由於無人排隊, 可以食左3個鐘, 2人仲可以坐張4人car 位, 舒服!唔知係咪最近先出既主題, 一出Lift就聽到聖誕歌, 店員個個戴哂聖誕帽, 店內寫著仲夏聖誕夜, 雖然有冷氣, 但係聖誕theme 同而家又熱又焗既香港似乎有D唔係好match….又由於音樂實在頗大聲, 所以呢度並唔係一個適合談心既地方至於食物, 一開始諗都唔駛諗就點左原味炸雞(跟4款汁)同埋自握飯團, 炸雞同飯團都好快上枱, 朋友無介紹錯, 飯團好好味, 飯唔會好淋, 味道又適中, 唔會好咸, 好食到令人想追加….而炸雞真係好juicy, 外層炸粉鬆脆, 肉唔鞋, 每件size唔會好大, 果然為鎮店之主打菜。最後一塊雞放左2個鐘後先食, 都唔會好乾, 當然上枱即食就最好味食完飯團同大半碟雞, 再叫多個 “布帳馬車” (芝士炒年糕, 炸壽司, 蛋, 韓國魚片), 唔知係咪開始飽, 覺得呢道菜好普通, 沒有很特別, 味道ok, 只是沒有很驚喜由7點半食到大概9點半時, 開始覺得室內溫度上升, 懷疑冷氣較高左或者關左某些冷氣, 燈又開大左dd (因為之前成間店都頗黑), 好似暗示叫人走咁, 不過最後都坐到10點半, 唔知其他人有冇遇過類似情況呢聽友人說, 有次10個人食只叫左炸雞同一個芝士豬肋骨鍋 (不斷refill 芝士食飽), 或者下次都可以試下….哈哈…Read More

上環食飯,中西意法日韓台都不泛,但總是多肉少菜…..今天經同事介紹一嘗這上環的素食樓上店。中午12時半前到訪,還未到午餐高峰時間,很容易就找到座位,這間店面積不算大,有兩張大圓枱(約坐12人),其餘的都是四人枱。一入門口就見到收銀處,貼了餐牌,就在這兒用點餐紙寫下食物並付款,之後便可在隔離的廚房窗口取餐。午市最方便就是吃午餐,58蚊:1湯3餸 (6選3)+ 紅米飯/菜飯(另加2蚊),廚房收到點餐紙就會立刻從櫃中拿出一碟碟已預先盛好的湯/餸,再盛飯,在不用排隊的情況下基本上由點餐付款到開餐只是6-7 分鐘內的事。說回食物,感覺是住家飯的味道,沒有很多味精,份量對女生來說是頗適合,飯量不會太多,每碟餸雖然看似少量,但其實吃完三碟餸 + 一碗飯也有點飽;對男生來說,可以嘗試請廚房多飯。飯後,用餐者需自行將餐盤放回收餐處,以便下一位用餐者。離開時還見到一個晚市私房菜餐牌……總括來說,這兒是一個不貴又算健康的午餐選擇,上環之友不妨一試﹗…Read More

今日大夥兒到Club Chow lunch, 柏廷坊西餐廳之多, 令我都忘記是否第一次光顧, 這兒環境頗靜,每張枱有一定距離,適合與朋友或同事密密斟。在眾多set lunch 選擇下我選了pork chop。未食都有些期待豬扒質素會如何,畢竟豬扒做得嫩滑不是易事,今天這豬扒確實有令人驚喜的感覺。前菜選了salad, 沒有甚麼特別,但選了蝦湯的同事說很喊,所以我已是選對了。這就是主菜豬扒豬扒是厚厚的有骨扒,厚度約有2cm,吃下去一點粗糙的感覺都沒有,雖然又不是非常肉汁豐富,但算是嫩滑的。豬扒的調味是香草,在這悶熱的天氣吃這道菜是頗醒胃的。豬扒旁的醬汁是放了香草的橄欖油,用此配襯豬扒可食肉質口感更好。除了主角豬扒,旁邊的菜跟薯角也是不錯,整體來說這道主菜值得一讚。身旁選了羊鞍及三文魚的同事也稱讚質素良好,還說這兒值得再encore。至於餐後甜品是一杯抹茶慕絲,略為偏甜,而且每杯份量不一,這方面有待改進。價錢方面,加一後每人超過$200。…Read More

一個月內第二次到醬缸食醬油蟹,並不是因為易book 了,眾所周知這裡的電話是打唔通的,通了也無人聽……所以幾個月前親身book 時,為免預約了的日子朋友臨時有事,就book 兩個日子,最後月頭成功食到第一次,月尾又再同另一位朋友食。其實我無食過第二間既醬蟹,韓國料理都常食,醬油蟹既第一、二次都係呢度食。上次三人行食兩隻蟹,今次二人行食兩隻蟹。可能係一人一蟹既關係,今次好仔細咁食每一啖蟹肉,再加上上次經驗,小妹覺得蟹糕撈飯係最好食既,所以今次差唔多每啖肉或糕都撈埋飯一齊食….真係好好好味呢……其實我本身唔係非常鍾意食蟹,但那軟綿綿既生蟹糕加蟹肉,撈埋微暖既紫菜飯,再配上重點既醬油汁,相信呢個就係咁多人排長龍,或者等幾個月都要食既原因。除左隻蟹,其實旁邊既配菜都好好食,例如蒜頭、洋蔥、青紅椒,我同朋友都食到lam lam 脷。至於其他菜式,今次我同朋友再encore 我月頭已食過既芝士海鮮年糕。這個海鮮年糕,味道是好的,有兩隻青口、小粒帶子、魚片、魷魚、泡菜,芝士也好味,但相比醬蟹,確實沒有很WOW的感覺。總括而言,醬缸的醬油蟹是很出色的,其他菜色且有待慢慢發掘。喜歡食醬油蟹既朋友,很值得試試。訂位秘訣:平日親身預訂 (蟹一定要預訂,平日walk in 基本上係唔會有蟹食),星共六/日只可walk in, 下午5:30開始排隊機會較大…Read More
