寧靜又有情調的法國西餐廳

百樂中心有很多餐廳,有次無意中看到這間,本想試試,但已經滿座了,所以這次特別早幾天訂位。原本訂了六點半,但因為去了美食展,吃了又貴又不好吃的食物,便推遲至七點半才吃,店員也說沒問題,因為他們每晚只做一轉生意,可以慢慢坐。我們被安排到一間小房,內裡只有三張檯,不會很嘈,亦較人私人空間,環境很有情調,店員服務有禮,餐牌上只有set dinner,$460/人,不用加一。蒜蓉包:非常鬆脆,不過略嫌不夠味。香煎法國鵝肝伴焦糖蘋果拼砵酒汁:這是我暫時吃過最好吃的鵝肝,外脆內軟,配上焦糖蘋果令感覺不會太膩(雖然看似很多油),必食指數:5粒星。是日海觧湯轉了薯仔湯,味道很濃,有很多薯仔蓉,感覺很飽肚,必食指數:3粒星。自製雪芭:充滿清新感,吃了這個再吃主菜,一絕,必吃指數:3粒星。是日西令牛扒亦轉了「風乾牛扒」,店員說四、五成熟最好吃,而且很少血水,所以我也選了五成熟。感覺比平日吃的牛扒更濃味,肉質鮮嫩之餘亦有口感,好吃!必吃指數:4粒星。炭燒西班牙黑毛豬架配雜箘汁:不知是否扒太厚的關係,肉比較韌,雖然味道還不錯,但不推介。士多啤梨蛋白脆球:蛋白脆球入口即溶,感覺很有趣!甜甜的又不會過膩,必吃指數:3粒星。總括來說,這兒很適合慶祝周年紀念或生日,有情調,食物和服務質素也不錯。…Read More

朋友和我都想試份子料理,我怕Bo innovation太貴,所以最後選了這一間。這裡環境寧靜,頗有情調,服務亦很好,不過小妹很少去這麼高級的餐廳,所以有點不自在,好像大鄉里出城一樣,哈哈!看餐牌時問侍應那一款菜式是份子料理,他說只有份子小龍包,實在有點失望,只怪自己research不夠,anyway,一場來到,當然要試試這裡的名菜。我們點了兩個套餐(HK$438/人),先來了一籃自家製麵包,共三款,看似很硬,吃落卻很鬆軟,點腐乳一起吃,感覺很新奇。不同顏色的蕃茄加上多種醬汁,清新開胃,最厲害是中間那粒獨一無二的蕃茄,侍應叮囑一定要一口吃下,千萬不要切,因為內裡非常Juicy,不知是用甚麼汁(我忘了)浸泡很久才製成的。牛肉他他及女婿蛋(加HK$68),切成粒狀的牛肉他他非常嫩滑,配上特製醬汁,不俗,不過我始終有點吃不慣生的牛肉。女婿蛋外皮是用炸的,蛋黃是流心,不過略嫌不夠味。份子小籠包(HK$78/粒),也是一定要一口吃下,而且要緊閉嘴巴,因為一咬真的像賴尿牛丸一樣噴汁,一不小心就很「呢hea」,有很濃的小龍包味,卻只有汁和一塊超薄的皮,所以吃後感覺有點空虛,我想我還是喜歡吃有肉的小籠包。蝦麵(加HK$198),我敢說這是全世界最好吃的蝦麵!大大隻蝦,咬落啖啖肉而且非常鮮甜,麵質亦很不錯,而且直接吃已有很濃的蝦味,還附有一樽蝦油,可以隨意添加,必食指數:5粒星。牛脷很腍,不過配四川醬有點奇怪,配菜也好吃,絕不馬夫,必食指數:3粒星椰子雪芭、椰子啫喱及椰子波波,味道很濃,而且口感特別,必食指數:4粒星Rum Baba (加$58),雖然加了rum酒,但甜甜的很好吃,配上雪芭感覺清新,必食指數:4粒星其實每上一道菜店員都會細心解釋,可是一大堆英文我不是太明白,而且很多都忘記了(掩面),不過價格實在太貴,如果再回來吃,一定是為了蝦麵!…Read More

平安夜本打算去吃來佬餐廳,一嚐瑞士雞翼及乾炒牛河,不過中環實在是人山人海,由於不想和人迫,所以轉到香港仔新開的串燒店。店內只有兩三檯客,環境是普通的茶記,還要上樓,如不夠宣傳的話真的很難吸客。這裡選擇多,我們點了一個二人海鮮餐(HK$195),可在黃色紙選一份海鮮。螺肉:前菜是送的,味道不錯,不過個人很怕太多醬,一pat pat的感覺不太好。拉麵:麵質及湯底都是僅僅合格,很普通的味道;烏冬:太腍,沒口感,湯底亦太淡。牛舌:調味剛好,厚身,牛味重,咬落有口感,不過不夠熱,必食指數:3粒星。豬頸肉:燒得剛剛好,肉質爽口,甜甜的超好吃!必食指數:5粒星。貴妃蚌:很鮮甜,也是燒得剛剛好,加上蒜蓉和蔥調味,不俗,可惜也是不夠熱。紙上寫4隻,店員說今天有5隻,可能是看當日貴妃蚌的大少而定吧,必食指數,4粒星。芝士燒半殼蠔:店員說燒錯了,本應是燒帶子,當是送給我們吃,YEAH!這個反而熱到出晒煙,蠔比較細隻,不過加上芝士及薯蓉也不錯吃,必食指數:3粒星。蒜蓉燒半殼帶子:大大隻又新鮮,可惜燒得過熟了,必食指數:3粒星。蒲燒鰻魚(HK$45):味道不錯,亦不會有腥味,不過燒得太乾了。走時更有店員為我們按lift,服務細心,不過食物還是有待改善,加油。…Read More

小妹每年都會吃一次大閘蟹,上年去了滬江,今年選了小南國,因為朋友說這裡有無敵大海景,很有情調,加上用HSBC信用卡有折,大閘蟹套餐原價HK$464/位,現在只需HK$348/位。一進餐廳便被夜景吸引,不禁在心裡「嘩」了一聲,坐位舒適,店員態度亦親切有禮,不過很少過來收拾已吃完的盤子,要叫才有人來收拾。先來兩個前菜,老醋海蜇頭:很爽,味道丈普通,有點吃不慣。糖醋小排骨:酸酸的很開胃,但肉質有少少韌。清蒸大閘蟹:大閘蟹雖不算爆膏但很鮮味,每人有兩隻,以這個價錢來說算不錯,溫馨提示,吃大閘蟹記得不要吃蟹鰓、蟹心(星形)及蟹胃。生拆蟹粉蟹肉羹:很稀,很少蟹粉蟹肉,不過勝在盅底有火熱住。椒鹽小黃魚:外脆內嫩,連骨都可以吃,是整個套餐的亮點。稻草肉配荷葉餅:稻草肉肥瘦相間,配上荷葉餅,減去了油膩感,不俗。蟹粉小龍包:餡料足,味道濃郁,可惜皮太厚。百葉時蔬:白菜加腐皮,清清淡淡,已經太飽吃不下了。薑茶紫糯米黑芝麻湯丸:薑味很重,湯圓煙韌有口感,薑茶有驅寒作用,這個甜品為整個套餐作一個完美作結。整體來說,食物中等,環境大加分,大家不妨一試,必食指數:4粒星。…Read More

星期天本想去「江仔記」吃個平午餐,不過偶然經過這間拉麵店,發現竟然沒有人排隊!於是便立刻去看看餐牌,不久店員便誠邀我們進去一試,並給我們兩張$10現金券,說可以即時用(只限拉麵),這個marketing strategy實在不錯,加上之前已經很想來吃晚餐,只是每次都因為不見尾的人龍而放棄,今天終於有機會一試喇!這裡的店員會蹲下來落order,實在令我有點受寵若驚,當然服務態度也很好。還有一個細心之處是第一隻醬油碟會用保觧紙包好,貼上貼紙叫客人由第二隻開始用。灸燒豚肉海苔味王拉麵(HK$98),貌相一流,一看已經流口水,而且好香,差點想立刻放入口而不拍照,拉麵有咬口,不會過腍,湯底很濃,豚肉也不錯,溏心蛋超正,一咬就爆蛋汁。必食指數:5粒星辛口燒餃子($38),皮薄餡靚不過有點過辣,必食指數:4粒星醬炆雞鎚丼(HK$35),雞鎚很普通,雞肉不夠嫩滑,味道也不特別,不過這個價錢實在便宜,但沒有必食指數。P.S. 在這間拉麵店對面的「三田製麵所」我也試過,沾麪最出名,我也吃過不過沒甚麼特別。…Read More
