[經網上外賣平台外賣送餐]價錢唔係平,餸與飯的份量都極少,兩個女仔各自點一份,兩個女仔都話超級唔夠飽。碗飯好似油浸咁,黑豚超級鞋;咖喱蠔啲咖喱汁得1/3紙杯完全唔夠。送到黎又凍晒唔熱,要翻叮兩個飯。食完個碟油到可以用黎煎蛋!食完好似無食咁,完全可以再食過正餐~ 錢又洗左(黑豚丼外賣過$90🙄無野飲齋一碗飯),難食份量少又唔熱完全無野可取⋯其實呢,店面忙做唔切外賣唔想做,可以唔好接住,接完比埋啲咁嘅貨;同呃錢無分別。堂食外賣都唔會再幫襯。 …Read More

三個著住one-piece 的女人weekday放工找飯吃~見好耐無落大坑便來巡,,,發現小巷有間食法國野的小店,,,人流稀少,,來大坑的朋友也未必發現這裡,,,如果喺天后入大坑,, 要行到大坑尾的新樓(都當叫好新啊),, 然後仲要喺小巷入面,,, 想享受鬧市中的憩靜,,,, 這裡當之無愧~門口望過下menu,,以這區來說價錢唔算太貴,, 可以一試!!!每人叫左個set dinner,, 先來餐飽~ 無特別好impressive,, 但附設的黑松露牛油可是8搭好味啊!!:)先來STARTER 我揀左『秘製磯煮鮑魚 (Conger Boiled Abalone)』飽魚是凍盤吃但不失鮮和軟稔,,最特別反而是伴著鮑魚的source,, 少量薑蔥顯得清新refresh~然後來個一睇就懂的『龍蝦湯 / Lobster Soup』湯不算太油也還渴得出龍蝦的鮮,,,但湯的texture可以再杰身返少少~揀左『香煎鮟鱇魚及三文魚 / Pan-Seared Monk Fish with Salmon Confit』為主菜~個三文魚處理得很出色,,有入口即溶的的口感,, 超!級!嬾滑!!然後再吃煎鮟鱇雖然顯得鮟鱇無咁滑身,, 但肉質口感豐魚而家魚味香濃~是十份搭調的一個main course!最後來甜品!! 原來好友一早安排左呢個寫字plate比我~~大愛!!Thanks sooo much!!!!其實是DESSERT CHOICE 的 『Chocolate Delight』 & 『Cream Brulee Cheesecake』~cheesecake 好香濃,,,面頭就像cream brulee 一樣焦糖搵燒槍燒左一浸薄脆~ 幾特別,, 如果個焦糖面再燒厚一點更好~ 嘻嘻!個Choco delight 夠晒朱古力香濃,, 係真。朱古力,, 唔係一味得個甜字~ 唔錯~唔錯~!…Read More

【食左當去左🇯🇵系列】放工快閃東京來個浜燒海鮮晚飯!!

哈哈哈,無Heading 咁誇張,,但感覺都一樣咁開心,, 放工後與密友來到銅鑼灣新開約半年的焱丸水產,,置身當中的裝潢同味蕾都彷彿欺騙你正身在東京哩~~ 嘿嘿嘿~"麻醬蕃茄豆腐沙律 ($58)"為左無咁肥 ,,, (聞說)食主菜前又例搵啲沙律打打底~以為無乜特別,,, 但啲豆腐真係超滑的說~~ 點埋百搭麻醬真係好爽皮!耶~~主腳開始陸逐上場!!點左即日新鮮推介 "原條伊佐木刺身 ($328)" ,,, 呢啲真係可遇不可求,,未必次次黎到都有得食; 因為伊佐木為其中一款在夏天才合時令吃的魚,,,所以夏天當造時價錢會貴啲,,肉色白裡透紅,, 相當新鮮! 在當造期魚的服肪合量適中, 因此食落去唔會係膩感,,反而非常清爽甜美,, 入口亦帶少少爽脆但亦非常滑身! 把伊佐木魚厚切和薄切~厚切就點一般芥末醬油 (如有需要),而薄切則建議沾隨魚附上的特別醬油,,能帶出刺身的鮮味~我地仲點左人頭計 "活雲丹 ($98/1只)"即海膽厚隻上,,,唔洗我多講~以呢個價錢喺香港食到呢粒雲丹真係相當不錯~相價比高,,,雲丹一定不會有腥臭味,, 尚算鮮甜~ to be fair 我們不能夠拿這個跟你親身在日本吃的活雲丹比啊,,但一定有質素保証,,,因為我本身唔喺香港食海膽,,怕佢有腥臭味,, 但呢個我能夠整隻KO~ 途中間下場,, 黎個清清地 "醒胃八瓜魚粒 ($48)" 過下口~睇落個樣係最普通無吸引力,, 但佢伴左個微酸的汁把八瓜魚連海帶一整食,, 又真係好醒胃,,八瓜魚亦清甜彈牙~終於來到燒物喇!!!先來 "南瓜蟹肉甲羅燒 / 焱丸蟹噌甲羅燒 ($68/只)"haha 分別只在果pat 南瓜蓉~甲羅即是螃蟹的蟹膏,,, 在旁的還有蟹肉絲,,蟹籽蔥花和南瓜蓉/味噌醬。而這個燒物的畫龍點晴之效在於伴以鵪鶉蛋漿來燒熟!!燒前先把這堆料攪拌好,,再放上爐燒至半流質狀~就係呢個半溶流質狀熱騰騰的模樣!!!因為有鵪鶉蛋拌,, 令蟹膏的口感相當幼滑!!由於食材新鮮,,蟹膏味異常濃郁,,,蟹味香甜~那種獨特蟹膏濃味香甜味鮮罩著整個口腔味蕾,, 再而進攻臭覺!!也許這就是讓我們回想起記憶中東京的味道吧~嘿講明以浜燒為題,,, 當然要來個 "焱丸活貝大盛 ($368)",,即焱丸Chef pick 的浜燒海鮮拼盤~~大盛有帆立貝、生蠔、鮑魚及蜆!!秘點係店員會用日本酒和它們的廚師獨家調製的醬汁來燒~熟蜆燒完出來有清酒煮蜆的味美~最令人驚喜是這個鮑魚!!!放喺度燒左咁耐,,,我地拎上黎自行cut 片,,以為會好鞋口,, 但原來極!級!香軟味稔鮮甜~~暖暖的軟綿綿的鮑魚,,, 回味無窮!!這個喺大盛之中最喜出望外的好味!!!!!剛才提及過,,,,這個扇貝,,便是店員用日本酒和焱丸廚師獨家調製的醬汁來燒~扇貝肉質不及鮑魚軟稔,, 但鮮味十分~整個扇貝燒重點反而是它的湯汁!!以日本酒和焱丸廚師獨家調製的醬汁來燒完扇貝的湯汁料一!定!要喝~~是精華所在,,, 湯汁貝鮮味比貝肉還要濃厚!!生蠔絶不欺場,, 新鮮肥美之餘,, SIZE 都有返咁上下~~燒後蠔肉不失肥甜蠔香之餘,, 伴佢而燒的湯汁又係一!定!要喝~~今次湯汁不是扇貝海鮮味,, 而是非常濃郁的鮮蠔味~ 又是必點必吃item~東京的味道又來了!!沒有亮相的還有飲品~我點左梅味和巨蜂味的燒酎,, 個人大愛它的梅燒酎!!!唔會好甜,, 有大量梅肉在燒酎內~ 是消暑消膩的良伴~…Read More

上個weekend 落dogShit,,,今個星期六終於出太陽,,, 港女們seafood hand 要有搞作來個ad hoc 鬆一鬆小聚~貪就腳揀左銅鑼灣,, 但又唔想喺鬧市太焗促,,比我地亂打亂撞發現左維院對面 (中央圖書館附近)條橫街內有間裝潢非常小清新的cafe,,, 貪就腳唔想再搵不如一試運氣~ 喺門口快望過個餐牌,,,tea time 選揀雖不多, 但以銅鑼灣區黎講價錢相宜,, 店內氣氛不錯,,, 以花草的田園氣色為主,,,大家都在慢慢地嘆茶談天,,,人流不會爆炸得像銅鑼灣的核心地帶~~卻又有鬧市的就卻方便元素~~~ 先來醎吃!!!叫左"黑松露炸薯條 ($55)" 和 "蜜汁焗雞翼 ($45)"非常推介 "黑松露炸薯條" 炸得夠脆又不會太硬,,, 濃濃松露香,,, 點埋配搭跟上的黑松露沙津醬有畫龍點晴之效~~一路傾計一路拎,,超級快就食晒~~ 回味~ 回味~至於"蜜汁焗雞翼 " 麻,,, 好難唔好食吧~~~  小食必叫之選~唔夠喉來多碟 "炸魷魚筒 ($58)" ~~即叫即造,,,唔太醎~~ 不錯!大熱天時坐下,, 先來signature drink - Lemon Fruit Mock-tail ($52)如果怕酸就唔好試喇,, 但本人好酸加上大熱天時飲啲酸野幾醒胃~~so far so GOOD!! 從來港女食TEA,,, 醎吃都只是配角,,, 食完starter,, 梗係要黎返3個"main course" 甜品啦~~"玫瑰芝士蛋糕 ($39)"清清地唔會覺得膩,,, 玫瑰味和芝士味都不會太濃烈~平衡感做得好好,,,適合想來個淡淡的甜點又唔會太頂胃的朋友~~"玫瑰草莓芭菲 ($52)"眼見的東西,, 再配雪糕和cream, 仲有玫瑰果凍和sponge cake 喺底~你以為會好膩?? 又唔會喎,,, 反而清清地唔太甜的玫瑰果凍和sponge cake 發揮了中和雪糕和cream 的甜感,, 令整個芭菲杯變得無咁邪惡~~特別係玫瑰果凍,,, 淡淡的玫瑰味加爽爽的啫喱口感,,,幾特別的果凍favor~最後都係忍唔住來返一杯啡,, 才覺得整個weekend tea的完滿~來這裡千萬不要打算是速食,,,因為即叫即造的小本製作,,,飲品的經營時間稍耐一點 (相比香港的快餐文化);;;; 我地幾個港女就覺得可以接受,,, 反正今天大家都是來聊天閒談發呆吧,,,,大概.... 鬧市中的活慢就是這樣吧!!久不久來個慢活可以提醒大家從急促的weekday mode中,,別忘了細味生活的趣味;; 欣賞身邊的風景、人和事~有時候,,,餐廳賣的, 可以是一種生活態度~ 花子舍正正就是這一類吧~…Read More

以前住hall成日喺紅磡同黃埔蒲~ 而家有左地鐵,, 又諗住去黃埔站玩返轉睇下有咩好西食~(因為友人seafood hang 話想食西式野喎原來喺黃埔站出,喺黃埔"村口"有條L 型街有好多食肆,,,多是小店賣小吃,, 泰國野港式茶記日本野等等,, 望晒成條街終於比我搵到一間喺街中間的西班牙野,, 好似幾CHILL 咁,,,,即管入去試下~店鋪地址就係它的名字『民泰47』(民泰街47號地鋪)個名唔係好西,, 但打棋號西班牙菜,,,食完先感受到fusion的innovative!在西班牙菜中,, 你一定會穩約找到中菜的親切感, 就如店名一樣!有晒酒吧枱以為有酒飲~ 一問之下waiter 妹妹話7月先拎到酒牌,, 但可以比我地外來酒料~~ 結果即刻開返支紅酒chill一chill 啦~ 叫左幾樣野,, 以呢個價錢黎講算係質素唔錯同份量夠大喇~食西班牙野大家一定諗起tapas!!懶人唔想諗,, 可以叫這個3-4人份量的【Tapas Omakase】即廚師幫你發板,,,有4款TAPAS,,,香蒜牛油炒蘑菇,FISH & CHIPS 嘅FISH加脆紫菜碎喺面 ,,,,有啲似落左紫菜粉的麥叔牌SHAKE SHAKE 薯條;;火腿薯仔蛋餅;;; 有少少想起台feel 的早餐蛋餅 &木魚香煎西班牙青椒~ 食落有啲似日本的秋葵的味道~~我個人倒欣賞這兩素菜(較味淡) + 兩肉類(較濃味)的TAPAS PLATTER 配搭~~這個幾個tapas 都把亞洲風情的食物味道溶和了西班牙試的造菜方式表現出來~~熱愛澱粉質的中女當然要來個飯款~叫了店裡的signature paella【民泰四七招牌鍋飯】做法其實係似出晒名的西班牙海鮮炒飯,,, 但加入了本土的臘腸小片,,,風味又別有不同~~好像在西班牙工作的廣東人,,吃出了點點中式fusion 味道~~幾特別! 但煮飯的汁可以略為減醎一點,原因是臘腸小片的加入已經有醎味出左黎~這個waiter妹妹力推的『焗西班牙乳豬』,,,真係超級皮薄而脆!!! 乳豬仔味道剛好不太醎又超級juicy~~~ 一個人一舊都夠晒皮!! 女人好甜吃~~ 最欣賞這個貌似中式功夫茶presentation 的『桂花烏龍cream brulee』!!食到個burlee 好有奶滑,但又唔會得個甜字,, 混有啖啖的茶香味!!! 好好味~~食一口burlee 又配喝這旁邊的桂花烏龍,,,飯後一大享受~~ 門面係咁架,,, 有夠情調夠relax,, 可以話係呢條街最岩同35知已朋友暢飲,,, 或者黎拍拖都唔會失禮的地方~~…Read More

鱈魚子(たらこ)料理

友人超愛吃明太子,,我則沒有特別偏好,,,盡管如此,也陪她到專吃"明太子"料理的鱈卵屋一趟~多數人理解鱈卵屋是制作明太子料理~ 但其實明太子與鱈魚子(たらこ)對日本人而言是兩種不同的商品,即使它兩的外觀非常相似~它們的外觀極為相似是因為這兩種食物的主要原料其實是同一種東西:助宗鱈的魚卵。明太子的製法是把助宗鱈的卵巢用鹽醃製過後,再用放入酒、醬油、砂糖、高湯、紅辣椒粉調成的醬汁中醃漬、熟成。因此,鱈卵屋的料理其實是兩者者都有(明太子與鱈魚子),重點是我們都在吃著『助宗鱈的魚卵』~~我們在menu散點了數款料理,,,全部均必定有たらこ作多多少少的點綴~「鐵板芝士蠔」是我這個芝士控的推介!!鮮甜肥美的日本蠔絶對沒有因為芝士混著的明太子忌廉汁而失去鮮味~彼此相輔相成,鮮蠔香跟芝士和明太子一起釀成獨特的口感和風味,, 沒有一絲違和~這個三色刺身拼盤,,每一道刺身均混有不同風味混釀而成的明太子或鱈魚子~組合令刺身有些創意的味道,反而驅趕了一般三文魚刺身的膩感。我還叫了一客以檸檬作搭調的梅酒,都幾清香有一定酒底,, 唔會好似坊間大部分梅酒咁得個甜字~must叫Iitem - 明太子蛋卷~熱騰騰的蛋卷包著溫暖creamy的明太子~~ 不能抗拒的魔力,,,好!好!味!啊~~~重點係一定要趁熱食!!這個seasonal salad~ 明太子伴veggie + 帶子~清新美味~ 用的沙津菜都很新鮮~明太子烏冬~呢個好難唔好食架喎~ 嘿嘿~ 鱈卵屋自我推介的明物 -「鱈卵碗」,可配搭不同刺身~我地揀左油甘魚~ 這個「碗」一物多食~先拌勻一嚐原鮮味,,, 然後可按個人喜好加入那6個木格的配菜品嚐,,然後可加入溫熱的湯品作茶漬飯進食也可~還點了一客甜品拼盤,揀了海鹽雪糕,,醎醎的幾好味~友人大愛那個像砵仔糕色的楠瓜糕,,,話好香好natural的楠瓜味, 但我就麻麻地楠瓜味的東西~ lol…Read More

島民好耐無黎新界西~~ 星期天岩岩同班姊妹喺附近探完朋友,見到愉景新城對面開左呢間新的西餐,, 決定黎個early dinner試一試水!!!餐廳門面sell 小清新風格~~ 不時見到有路人經過也會揭一揭放於單車上的menu~~餐廳的位置其實好開揚,, 置於『8米半』商場正對面~|然光充足不會覺得太焗促因為落地玻璃窗對正大馬路~看得出餐廳都有心思搞室內裝潢,那大大幅文化牆,天花板的綠葉群,木板當menu,是港女謀殺phone storage 的好地方~是日dinner menu 有set dinner 和散叫,我們先散點了有興趣的食材,再補一個set dinner~先來一個starter~這個"白酒忌廉青口配薯條"份量雖略微細左少少,但個青口creamy source 煮得十分出色~~ 用它來沾薯條一流~本來我地落order時有問個waitress 姐姐想加$20 要個truffle source用來點薯條,, 好彩佢叫我地hold住先解釋個source 用來點薯條都好ok~~  呢杯mocktail賣相好搞笑~~ 賣相完全同個名唔襯 (唔開名, 大家不妨去到估下,, menu 上有約有5-6款mocktail~) 幾好飲架~~  我們共散點了兩個main courses, 分別是:::::這個"西班牙黑毛豬鞍配蘋果蓉,雜莓汁"和:"美國prime 牛柳拼雞鵝肝配紅酒汁" (medium)這個散叫必點推介~~~ 這個牛處理得剛剛好,不會太生又沒有over左個medium,十分juicy~ 接著為了充飢,我們點了一個dinner set 要係有澱粉質~ 是日餐湯為南瓜cream soup~~ 味道不錯,不會太artificial~ set starter:: 香煎帶子配紅花汁~帶子半生熟,輕煎了外層,內面有生帶子的口感。終於到澱粉質!!"有機南瓜意大利飯配黑醋汁" (Pumpkin Risotto with Balsamic) 這個是全veggie~ 唔好睇佢個樣好似好濟咁,其實一啲都唔會over creamy,個濃度剛剛夠,risotto 傾向西式煮法有口感帶有一點點應有的硬度唔會成pat野咁,唔會好似有啲local 西餐廳為迎合local 好味而煮到個risotto 太稔~最後跟set dinner 的dessert,有這個cheesecake 或奶凍揀~~ cheesecake 不錯好有口感和cheese 味濃,, 是愛硬身濃cheesecake 的必叫之選!!…Read More
