马来西亚黄肉大木瓜奶蛋布甸。同行的两个人坚持要吃,用骨瓷杯子装来非常别致,可满足青春期女性的品味幻想。阿姐征求我们同意之后在上面加了一层淡奶,原来其实是明黄色,可是没有木瓜应有的甜味,淡出鸟来,不多的淡奶于是就显得肥腻。非常可惜三沟碗仔翅,三温暖是也。手撕不规则的大冬菇口感异常好,生菜保持翠绿咸甜不像是被白水煮得苍白泛黄的货色,鱼肉其实是鱼蓉,紧实足料同行两人一位东北一位西北,看到桌边的咸菜就痴咗线,她们足足吃掉大半盒……我不怎么吃这类食品,因此还是不评论为好虾子白粥。光吃咸菜是不够的,她们又叫了粥,让我把上面的虾子刮掉……这里的白粥不算是纯广式的,米浆和米粒比较分明,让我们感到亲切。虾子火候炒得正好,咸香却没有干海产的臭腥味。看了之前食友分享的猪油绿豆沙,身为猪油控非常激动地下单,被告之没有且这里不是糖水店(突然严厉起来)。为了等四十六年陈皮津红,我们从1点几坐到两点半,好在边食边倾不知不觉。阿姐话当日朝早开始熬煮,陈皮完全融入了每一个原子,红豆只剩下所能达到的最轻薄的皮所有人效率第一资源最佳优化配置的时候,他们宁愿关上又小又旧的店门也不愿意使用次一等的佐料。想象明天有些食物不再是祭品,变成既可食用又可膜拜的亲切的被祭奠物,通过这种极端的方法是否可以找回某一种责任感…Read More

二楼空间不大,午市客人又不多,难得从外面吵闹的街一下闪进沉默感谢请客的奶奶容忍我不断伸出的筷子和镜头餐前一碟花生打发时光先上猪肉鸡腿冬菇葛根什么熬的例汤,面对香港的煲汤我常有一种难以下手的凌乱感觉蟹皇蒸烧卖,用料精细,口感扎实有肉类纤维的原始质感潮州蒸粉果。外皮有米香而无甚韧性(是否本该如此置换?)北菇炆鹅掌。鹅掌充满胶质,极入味但未至过烂。底下的北菇吸收所有精华可惜被家母先下手为强……豉汁蒸排骨。一定是好猪肉南乳炸鸡块。闻着有浓郁南乳香味但入口反而很淡。鸡保留了肉汁,炸的恰到好处,可惜实在割口不敢多吃上汤浸菜心。苦中带甜,来得正是时候生炒糯米饭。粒粒硬挺,配合口感一致的小虾仁、腊肠和喷香的葱,再加上滴油不落的功夫,每一个细节都是完美的!豆芽肉丝炒河粉。我被糯米饭震撼了,一直没有回过神来。只记得它挺清淡的……扬州炒饭。鸡蛋轻薄软滑,叉烧鲜甜历历在目。我终于明白为什么有林子祥模样的阿叔就点一份炒饭配茶在后面默默地吃上一个中午瑶柱煎萝卜糕。没找到瑶柱,我还是喜欢家乡偏硬挺的萝卜糕荔茸芋角,把我烫到了,于是没有多咀嚼就硬咽下去了……咸味偏湿的芋头馅,还有黄色的不知道是什么驰名腊肠卷。看到侍应剪下去的时候我突然有种快感,不知道冠希君是否疼痛?里面的腊肠油份不多,鲜甜适口,好吃。叉烧包。也没有特别印象了酥皮鸡蛋挞。非常失败的一道,自以为是的港澳混搭,结果两边不讨好蛋白杏仁茶。不是很和我胃口的一道,虽然是名物。比较适合老年人吧羊城蔴蓉包。内馅很足,不然我也不会被潺潺的洪流第二次烫到。莲蓉为主,芝麻味很淡杬仁马拉糕。以为带上了个我不认识的字就能忽悠我……真是不喜欢这道,轻飘飘的,平淡到令人讨厌…Read More
