之前有朋友介紹過呢間餐廳,行過見到裝修幾靚感覺幾舒服,而且朋友話味道幾唔錯,決定比次機會佢。食完覺得幾好,有幾道菜值得推介!我地點左4道菜同飲品,排名分先後🤣個人覺得最好味😋筋腩相逢 $108呢個真係CP值高,口感、味道都好唔錯,有驚喜!上台見到細細煲以為得好少,點知用匙羹一翻到底,好 !足 !料!牛腩好大件有3-4舊,肥瘦紋理均勻,牛腩燜得彈牙軟腍又唔老。讚👍🏻牛筋都好多好大條,燜到好軟又唔會一pat 嘢咁,而且keep 到口感!成個牛腩煲嘅調味濃郁入味又唔會好鹹好重味,食到好飽繼續食都唔覺得膩。好啱送飯食🥰好正。酸菜石斑 $128呢個酸菜魚都好出色!首先湯底夠酸夠香,花椒味真係畫龍點睛,辣度適中,酸辣平衡,好開胃~石斑肉質彈牙,厚實得嚟都幾滑,好新鮮。酸菜湯入面有幾種菇,好彈牙入味,仲有芋絲係底,都幾豐富,同埋意想不到幾好味,符合曬想象中要嘅酸菜魚味~豆花飲品系列都好出色!飲品入面加豆花幾新奇有趣,原本我以為會好奇怪,點知幾有驚喜。個人覺得奶茶同豆花比較夾~豆花年代奶茶$32(左)奶茶味道唔算好出,反而豆花嘅黃豆香味好突出,有d似用豆奶沖茶嘅效果,而且豆花好嫩滑,成杯飲品好滑好順帶點濃厚嘅質感,幾特別。豆花美祿恐龍 $28(右)美祿唔係好甜,質感相對稀薄d,同豆花嘅配搭冇奶茶咁夾,但係味道幾特別值得一試~招牌海南雞例牌 $158招牌海南雞都幾唔錯,肉質整體都嫩滑,連雞胸肉都唔會好孩。雞肉上面淋上秘製醬汁,味道淡雅,食到雞肉原味。個人覺得搭配三種唔同配料更佳。黑色係甜醬油,質地較黏稠,口感溫潤;紅色係泰式酸辣醬,酸酸辣辣好開胃,唔會好辣,最鍾意點呢個醬;黃色係薑蓉,地道海南雞風味~呢個雞搭配油飯應該都幾唔錯~酒糟三寶 $88賣相好得~ 三個小酒埕分別有醉雞翼及雞翼尖、雞腎、無骨雞爪。冷盤嚟講連下面嘅木盤都係凍嘅呢樣小細節有加分!個人最鍾意中間嘅雞腎,酒味係三者中比較淡,雞腎彈牙得嚟唔會好爽,質偏軟,份量唔少,幾好味~雞爪比雞翼酒味更濃郁,有d苦澀,加上雞爪本身好吸味,唔太喜歡酒味濃嘅朋友未必好接受到。但喜歡酒釀香味或者醉雞嘅人應該覺得幾入味濃郁~而且雞爪、雞翼、雞翼尖嘅肉質都好彈牙清爽,冰冰凍凍幾refreshing!整體嚟講,餐廳嘅菜式都幾有水準,擺盤、調味、食材質素、質感都做得唔錯。而且用餐環境舒適,價錢合理,可以再戰。…Read More

吉列和牛難食到真係好嬲!

其實本身見到呢間餐廳廣告賣到咁犀利以為會質素ok,點知食過一次吉列和牛後,真係列入黑名單永不翻身!首先,$278!!你真係和牛我都算,但係咁嘅質素我真係嬲到手震!真係從來未試過吉烈牛上到台係咁凍、仲要d 牛好似水浸泡過咁嘅狀態,炸皮又軟又散又同肉分離!睇到d 顏色都冇胃口!都算,個和牛肉真係⋯未見過日本和牛肉係幾乎冇雪花,同赤身嘅質感色澤都好似,燒完食係好似cheap 牛肉咁粗糙!柴到完全食唔落口⋯我唔知係咪個別例子,可能我特別唔好彩,但係我真係希望,餐廳訂價便高,份量又比其他餐廳相對少嘅情況下,可以提供翻應有質素嘅食物,否則再多廣告都冇意思。仲要呢個份量,飯量得正常飯碗一半度,正常女仔食完未必夠飽。何況係男仔?!…Read More

釜飯- -特色日本煲仔飯

同朋友行完街,佢話帶我食日本煲仔飯,我真係未聽過,覺得好得意就跟左佢去食。呢間餐廳除左平時常見嘅壽司刺身等日本料理之外,最特別就係岩鹽同釜飯。釜飯其實就係日本版煲仔飯,用嘅係不鏽鋼膽煮熟,保證個飯keep 住溫度,未入店就已經聞到門口釜飯嘅香味。我地個位正對面嘅大廈外牆好靚,屏幕播放唔同嘅靚畫面,例如煙花、動畫等等,不過播左陣就結束左。燒鵝肝牛小排釜飯 $148上台後用沙漏計時焗1分鐘先打開,個飯跟埋裝住湯汁嘅茶壺,可以做茶漬泡飯,或者包紫菜食,又或者可以將紫菜加入茶漬飯中一齊食,總之按照自己鍾意嘅食法自己搭配。燒鵝肝甘香濃郁,燒牛排嫩滑牛肉味香濃,飯入面仲有香甜栗子、菇同少許青菜。可惜份量整體都比較少。鍾意釜飯底有d 飯焦帶微微焦香味同木香。穴子明太子玉子燒 $68最鍾意食玉子燒!呢個玉子燒係即點即造,夠曬厚身彈牙,蛋味香濃~入面包住鹹香微辣嘅明太子同鰻魚肉,切開有流心效果,口感同味道都唔錯~安康魚天婦羅 $78安康魚嘅炸漿好薄好貼,脆得嚟唔油膩,就咁食味道清淡魚肉紮實,配合阿爾卑斯山粉紅岩鹽調味食到魚肉原汁原味。木魚高湯浸翡翠苗 $88翡翠苗好嫩滑,而且有d 菇菌一齊用木魚湯煮增加口感同香味。檯面有岩鹽,可以按照個人喜好加岩鹽調味。碟豆花乳酸梳打 $32 (藍色)可以飲到蝶豆花獨特嘅味道,我覺得ok,估唔到配合乳酸梳打味道幾特別,但真係比較睇個人口味。巨峰梳打 $28 (紫色)巨峰梳打甜甜地好冰凍。…Read More
