鰂魚涌麗池大廈的新小店Camden Town以售賣英式炸魚薯條為主食。九十元全份炸魚薯條有三件魚大量薯條很抵食。我每次去英國,都忍不住口一試再試當地的炸魚薯條,回到香港亦時常懷念Fish n chips的味道,說實話,這裡的Fish n chips跟我在英國所試的大不同啊!因為這小店的味道是好上無數倍。英式的炸魚大多用cod fish,冇味又雪久只好加上大量鹽和醋共食,這裡的郤用龍脷,魚味足,有調味,加上特製的tartar sauce,味道真是一絕!席間見一對夫婦單點炸魚多塊,郤不要薯條,可想其'魚'魅力之大。近年在鰂魚涌有很多有心小店進駐,希望他們可以繼續努力啦!P.S. 其cheese cake and tiramisu也具水準,可以一試。…Read More
