區內具質素的食肆屈指可數,歐式餐廳尤乏,惶論歐式小酒館。這店酒單極駭人,堪稱獨步區內。需知Burgundy Wine極其纖幼易損,於亞熱帶氣候保存實在艱難,其濕其熱如香港,難度倍添。先不問個人喜好;竟以 Leroy Aligote 作House white,試問有幾家能、敢去嘗試?單這點已值高度評價。食友最常遇到,美酒當前,惟店家竟開天價,酒興自然全消。這店絕無此弊,Calon Segur 1985 作價HKD1300+10%,其鮮其美,反映酒的狀態其佳。酒友如自攜佳釀,實辜負店家美意。(屬個人意見,食友自行判斷好了) 出品亦見精美,海產家畜無所不包,牛肉生熟洽到好處,值得表揚。菜單為廚師發辦,作價HKD400+10%。菜式皆無名,用餐前、上菜前均會提供出品的主要材料,個人極喜這簡約安排。附照片給眾食友參考。…Read More

是晚一行十人到大漠聚餐去,羊肉湯、 羊鞍、大羊腿超美味。時常因人數不足未能 K.O大羊腿,是次十人小隊分享又覺未夠滿足,超矛盾。首次嚐到燒牛柳,超濃鬱的脂香與香料氣味,外加肉汁豐盈很是彈滑,一吃難忘。問是晚搞手主謀如行訂購,搞手笑而不語,著我低調就好,真神秘。食物出品一以貫之的出色;每次都會細閱其酒水單,是晚又有新款瓶裝啤酒進場。香港啤酒酒款命名很有趣,取本土地名、盛事。大浪灣,口感鮮爽又帶醬香,平衡感極佳的IPA酒款。波爾多紅酒定價合理,是晚取了 CH PONTET CANET 08,單寧酒勁不缺,紅果醬果不絕,好酒一瓶!感覺店主應是愛酒之人,有機會定要向其請益分享。下月再會,以解公務上的不遂煩憂,也藉故多乾幾瓶紅酒。…Read More

惱人的工作依舊,不贅。事後到土瓜灣大漠晚飯去!周遭變化極大。要上樓並以專供劣食馳名(或曰「創新」口味)的壽司店不見了;毗鄰的米其林推介的清湯腩、咖哩飯,裝修工友正忙著清拆還原店面。對街唐樓,食肆、足浴指壓全被市建局回收了!北帝街景物人面皆非,首批食肆唯大漠、金翠存。大漠店內香料味依舊、人聲依舊鼎沸。注意到啤酒選擇多樣化了,泛歐如比利時KWAK也囊括,不俗!點菜;羊鞍,沒刻意叮囑生熟度,反正廚房忙亂,廚子沒空瞻前顧後,點了也是白點!成品沒差,鮮香味美,沒化學小梳打味道,廚工醃味功夫紮實。價位在同區略高,不為過!要便宜去吃花園豉油梳打膠羊扒好了,也百三圓。羊癮起於旺角花園街時,該膠扒也洽作美沙酮止癮!量多嘛!羊叉燒,肥肥肥肥肥!但美!毫不正統卻彰顯港人的能屈能挫;縱觀全場,小屁孩不少,叉燒蜜汁濃甜,「呃細路」多添飯必備最佳配搭。油膏越六成,豐腴滋味,堪配軟滑「淋」。淺嚐可,切忌獨享,否則要去光顧心臟科~牛尾湯,詭異地濃鬱甘香,奇哉怪也!看似一般雜菜湯,偏隱含油膏羶香,詭異地美味。我常戲稱此自瘧滋味,氣味抗拒,卻吃個不停。整天辛勞感覺迅即被小小一碗治愈。單刀赴會,吃飽喝足真心讚!相片不補了,去看網上各食友的就有!小店吃的就是情味,從不奢望有Gaddi's等級接待,要吃的是食物非服務,吃服務來土瓜灣幹嘛?反正合我這鄉野村夫的口胃,要餐紙有餐紙刷嘴,要啤酒有冰碗,還求啥?打比方,我家家傭我也不強求合意,達標何苦求極緻?工地下屬亦不強迫,相敬如賓就是,所謂好來好去嘛!工事不暢兼喝多了,有感!…Read More
