圖書館裡食午餐…Bochord嘅Lunch 真係好豐富!餐廳環境系復古典雅的歐洲圖書館風格,以胡桃木為主調,天花板有古典方格紋,牆上設有嵌入式書架,擺放數百本古典書籍,營造出高雅舒適且富文化氣息的文藝氛圍,彷彿穿越至上世紀歐陸貴族嘅私人藏書室。臨窗位可以望到維港海景,最吸睛嘅墨綠色真皮梳化系必打卡元素之一,可惜當日已經full咗喎,下次黎要記得早啲book啦,可以打卡呢張大梳化系會開心啲㗎。Caprese Salad,用咗Organic buffalo cheese配搭番茄同埋蘋果醋啫喱,芝士質地細膩嫩滑,帶有微微嘅鹹香,蘋果醋啫喱酸酸甜甜,好清新。日本海膽配蟹味噌豆腐,新鮮雪蟹肉同有機青瓜,再加上三文魚籽,食落去海水味十足,海膽味道鮮甜而且啖啖肉,豆腐軟滑細膩,清爽又開胃。鷹嘴豆泥湯,湯底用咗雞湯同埋晒乾蕃茄,濃郁中帶有黑蒜及茴香嘅微妙香氣,口感絲滑豐富。升級嘅龍蝦湯配埋酸種酥皮同白蘭地忌廉,湯身鮮甜充滿咸香,配上香脆嘅酥皮,非常邪惡。荔枝木烤本地三黃雞,雞肉肉質富有口感,雞肉入味唔鞋,配搭時令蔬菜,味道清新唔膩,擺盤好靚。炭燒澳洲 M5 級牛肋眼,份量超誇張!牛肉油脂豐富,碳燒香氣十足,口感好Q好煙韌,搭配紅蘿蔔同薯仔勁滿足。當日甜品系,蜜桃雪芭同埋梅子啫喱,雪芭質感好清爽,入口即溶,啖啖都有果香鮮甜,好自然嘅蜜桃味,帶點淡淡嘅酸甜,梅子啫喱好啱解膩。金莎榛子撻都勁好食。…Read More
