正好晚市延到12點才收,剛好在朋友生日前解封,當然即時約腳出嚟慶祝生日及大食一餐至於衛生及環境,一睇就知唔需要擔心啦,就算手機冇電都好啦,也有充電寶工借用人人都話任食的質素一定不好,但這店就不是這樣,提供撰擇的肉食種類多,不管你喜歡豬牛羊總有一款啱你,特別牛的種類,我個人就特別喜歡「封牛柳」,一看脂肪基本平均分布在牛柳的上面,肉色也通紅,基本上放下滾湯內10數秒便可進食,入口即化肉汁味濃當然還有很多海產類產品,另外特別長長的蟹柳和大白蜆另外當然梗係唔少得一些餐前食品啦火鍋食材當然重要,提供了很多不同的飲品還有一些養生飲品選擇…Read More

基本上出旺角約老友食飯,絕對唔需要擔心食來食去都係這兩間,因為旺角實在中西韓日意巴菜都有,今次就去試吓呢間位於銀座廣場《堅石燒》他門口亦好明顯因在LG,一入門口便見到他的接待處及一些食物的擺放位一睇牆上便知道這是食牛的好地方位置都可為舒服,大多數都是以四人枱為主菜單簡約清楚容易選取自己喜愛咁當然飲品亦都是不能少的先來一個日本A4⃣️和牛肉眼蓋,都有11-12片之多,就憑肉眼看以見到油脂分布得很靚,至於每一片也厚度適中唔會太薄一放落石板上燒,便慢慢滲出油脂香也聞到滲出的油脂肉味令人口水大流,當然也提供了一些小小的調味料,黑椒及岩鹽等,落口時更能刺激味蕾,喜歡食幾成熟可自行定奪,每片肉質也很嫩滑另外亦叫了一個韓式豚肉石鍋飯及煎泡菜餃子個(豚肉石鍋飯)分量十足大碗,用料也好足夠,醬汁也除自行攪拌,豚肉肥膏很爽嫩彈牙至於泡菜餃子,很有韓國風味,每一啖都帶點點泡菜+肉香,廚師也煎得很趣口如果不喜歡飲汽水的也酒類提供…Read More

早兩日諗住同啲朋友出旺角食飯,點知上咗地鐵中途落咗車,去到一個腳雞頭站😆其實呢個只係旺角某座商業大廈內的食店他店舖名稱叫做[ WINGMAN ]門口等候區,設計得好像一個車站一樣內部裝修很特別全部已卡助形式,其中一牆上重寫住一齊叫雞如果能坐正旁邊窗口位,仲能看見彌敦道的街景餐牌上有很多唔同的食法,點解話唔同的食法,就是因為這間店原來出名主打叫雞,真係想唔到雞翼都可以有咁多種唔同嘅整法,咁當然除咗雞與我都還有其他食物今次就簡單叫咗一個雞三味,分別#1‘泰式甜辣醬:入口感覺微微的香甜辣味不會使到沒有雞的味道2‘金雞:面頭金光閃閃,因為面頭加上一些金粉好得意,食落口點點牛油香味咁當然雞翼本身有啲味道也能保持3‘咖啡香味:雞翼炸不會太過濃面頭舖滿一層濃濃的咖啡味,食落口是感覺很特別,另外亦都叫咗一個小巧的南瓜糊意大利飯,南瓜同意大利飯煮成一起,煮熟後又不會冧謝謝,意大利飯依然保持你黏口,感覺很有咬口可以值得一試Nashville唔食得辣嘅千祈唔好叫,但係如果食得辣嘅絕對要試,雖然辣味十足但雞的味道依然保持,真係唔知佢啲師傅喺上面做咗啲乜嘢秘製嘅辣油或者係辣粉叫得雞食咁當然要喝返啲酒,除了啤酒以外仲有一些雞尾酒及紅白酒選擇…Read More

嘩好耐冇食火鍋啦,今次同朋友出旺角,梗係要搵番間靚火煱食下啦,今次就聽朋友介紹呢一間位於家樂坊,去到大堂樓下發覺好多人排隊上樓,原來這座商廈有很多食府,但我們去的是這一間『美滋鍋』門口有一隻大熊啤啤給人影相,如果女仔上嚟一定很有公主夢幻的感覺,咁當然我來是食野最重要是環境,整潔是最緊要食火鍋當然唔少得自己喜愛調教的不同醬料,他都一一排列在外面給自己調教,還有一些開胃的餐前小食先來一個清甜的『清涼解熱雪耳鮮椰子鍋』,當火一滾起清香椰香味忍唔住口先來一碗,絕對係忍唔住口添飲多碗先首點『美國牛板健』,雖然不是頂級的牛肉,但係肉質軟稔之餘牛味也很重,只需淥約十秒左右便能入口,看見每一片都看見脂肪分佈均勻『脆肉鯇魚片』其實也是我的至愛,只需約10多秒便可入口,每片都很薄,食落口也很脆,感覺是新鮮的脆鯇片👍因叫了椰子鍋,所以能以推廣價享用一個『海鮮拼盤』,不用多說,一看便知全部都是好味的海鮮食品,所以真係不能不享用另加『丸子盛合盤』,不需頭痛因為有齊四種肉丸,師父打丸的手工很好,每種肉丸都能打到起曬膠及夠滑彈牙的感覺雖叫了海鮮拼盤,但怎能不叫大大隻的『老虎蝦』,每隻都新鮮脆口彈牙蝦味濃,難用兩三個字便能說出他的正豬紅呢度就冇喇不過有『鴨血紅』所以叫了一過嚟試試,但食落口原來很嫩滑柔軟也帶點煙韌,也不要碎開很濃香但沒有腥味『秋葵』應該大家對他都很熟悉不用多說,其實用嚟打邊爐也很好味,只需要稍稍過熱水便能入口,仍能保持秋葵的黏味餐館很也有心思,怕大家忘了怎樣為之理想食用時間,因為很多食品都有一個建議的烹煮時間,他們也在枱上付有一些漏斗分別,給人很窩心的感覺這裏其實還有很多能配合火鍋清熱解暑的飲品,但最後他們會奉上一些少甜品就是柚子沙冰,味道很正正好用來幫助消化…Read More

今晚收工返到屋企附近,諗起一個人唔識食咩好,忽然想起附近有一間懷舊車仔麵,而當時以九點幾,便決定去買個返屋企食,這間位於譚公道之『文記車仔麵』,看門口其實已經曾經裝修過,所以比較整潔,店舖內外其實也因應疫情以張每張枱分隔開進步咗個地方就係採用環保單排,只需在這膠片上圈出餸菜然可以用後又可以循環價錢就見仁見智呢貴唔貴,但係我就唔明,點解我明明係叫(雞翼)佢就畀咗1隻雞槌同1雞尖我,真係唔明解有冇睇單㗎?可能係外賣問題,釀尖椒,尖椒夠辣味但係鯪魚肉就淋謝謝沒有口感,絕對不是受到湯底浸到林曬,雞槌及雞翼尖肯完全沒有雞味,雞脆咬落口更是韌的,雖然話雞翼尖啫,但係都唔好話完全冇肉啦服務員(冇禮貌)大排檔的都還比他們有禮…Read More

今日約咗幾個死黨,佢哋諗住就我喺我屋企附近食,我見呢間都開咗一輪,但都未試過,所以介紹約埋成班死黨係呢度聚,位於馬頭圍道【朱敏記大排檔】都係一些特色小炒為主,門口等候位有一條闊闊的行人路,門口都頗為光猛不知是因疫情限制定下雨天所以客人不多,但整體環境都很闊落叫了好幾個介紹的特色小菜「土窰雞」食落口感覺有濃烈雞味,但烹調的時間有點過火帶點韌,上枱時有提供手套給客人作為手撕雞用避風塘豬扒骨,是唯一一個感覺到滿意的小菜,麻辣味豬扒能混和一體「酸菜魚」可算是這裏的招牌菜,上枱感覺分量好足夠,魚肉能夠保持嫩滑,魚的味道就有點給酸汁少少蓋過,感覺有點可惜,但賣相就絕對美麗 呢個「小炒王」就真係不得了,雖然炒得夠曬乾身,乾身到無味道,又細碟又貴用錫紙嚟包住的「豉椒炒蜆」,雖然能保持蜆肉的嫩口及肉汁,但可惜煮得不入味【但值得一提,名謝一些極不沒禮貌的服務員,好耐冇試過咁嘅招呼,雖然不是說要求什麼高級的招待,但服務員和老闆娘實在太沒禮貌,我只可以說不會再光顧這間食肆】…Read More

難得疫情稍稍平靜,大家都出來聚聚見吓面,就簡簡單單食個泰國菜先,但又何須去九龍城,因旺角都有間不錯嘅泰國菜館「泰廚泰國菜館」其實這間泰國菜館就在很多人都常去的寵物街,一落自動天橋便能看見,餐廳雖然不算太大,但有兩層能接待食客,裝修不是太奢華極為樸素使人感覺很舒服分別有很多唔同的菜牌及每天推介、更有一些只需加很少錢便能品嚐的美食頭盤叫了一個《泰式明爐烏頭》,當然唔少得上枱時有文火烤煮,魚的份量很足夠兩至三人享用,食落口很鮮甜軟滑今天適逢星期四,所以除推介《明爐蒸烏頭》外更可加$1享用泰式生蝦,咪以為只係一蚊雞,但係生蝦也很新鮮彈牙食得泰國菜,豈能少得《泰式炒通菜》,食到尾,通菜都不會很油膩,蝦醬味也不會鹹,通菜仍保持爽脆另外加叫了一個小食拼盤,雖然是細拼盤但係份量都很足夠有爽脆的蝦片啦,串燒豬肉及雞肉,還有蝦餅魚餅每件都彈牙多汁鮮嫩飲品就叫了一杯龍眼冰@珍多冰,兩杯冰冰都很好味,又不會太甜正中和剛才所食的食物…Read More
