下午茶之蜜桃叉燒焗飯

特登坐小巴到megabox的太興喝下午茶,因為知道佢下午茶時段粉麵飯類,對於我要係下午茶食午飯的人最好不過。太興首創的「蜜桃叉燒焗飯」,還有燒肉焗飯。雖然不是新產品,但我還沒有試過。「蜜桃叉燒焗飯」其實是茄汁加上蜜桃,配合叉燒再焗。有點兒像焗豬扒飯,只是換上叉燒。但叉燒確與平日所見的燒味不同,不同在切的方法和肉質。這用的是瘦叉燒,而切就切得較厚身和直切,像普通的豬扒處理。吃下的感覺卻與豬扒不一樣。豬扒較肥,而且用過鬆肉粉製,所以肉質較鬆散。但叉燒是用新鮮豬肉製的,而且用的是瘦叉燒,感覺不肥膩,還有多一份吃新鮮肉的感覺。焗飯size不大,下午餐份量,以我來說已經足夠了。焗汁有茄味也有蜜桃味,我認為比茄汁好吃,多了一份清新的甜味。焗汁加入蜜糖調味,吃得出的! 用蜜糖相比起茄汁用白糖調味來得好吃,而且甜味很自然,配上其他肉類都會好吃。炒飯底給了我驚喜,想不到燒味店的炒飯也可以如此出色。蛋炒飯粒粒分明,乾身個不硬,而且真的有蛋味! 許多蛋炒飯是蛋還蛋,飯還飯的呢!因為炒飯較乾身配上蜜桃汁就剛好了。 別以為下午茶一定便宜,這個「蜜桃叉燒焗飯」索價45元的!價錢很貴,雖然味道也不錯,試過便可以了,想吃的話,平平地食返個焗豬算。…Read More
