老婆近期愛上鐵板燒,慶祝生日就揀咗依間,食物質素尚算可以,服務質素就完全破壞整晚感覺!當天晚上應該有五至六枱客,職員數目足以應付,只可惜管理上出現面題,沒有安排專屬職員服務一枱客,邊位近就邊位serve,導致職員沒有用心記住每枱客嘅order,上枱放下就算,根本無發現上錯枱,就連在我哋前面的廚師也不敢說:「這裡的鐵板部、廚房部、以至樓面部係各自為政,甚少交流,我都有點失望!」服務質素唔改善的話,食物及環境再好亦難以維持下去…Read More

位於巿中心的高層,雖然無海景,但鬧巿的夜景也有另一番味道,不過食物質素就普普通通,未見突出。今次的重點係在於服務:之前透過openrice訂枱(6:30pm),用餐當日的下午收到confirm電話,職員就告知8:15pm要交枱,佢話星期六日會分兩輪,慶祝週年的一餐但有時間限制就已經心裡一沉。用餐時見到另一情景更係歎為觀止:接近8:00pm的時候,一位攞住menu嘅侍應走近一位用手享用燒春雞的食客,稱8:15要交枱,係時候要last order,食客就有點不滿叫侍應放下menu等陣先。全晚餐廳都播放浪漫音樂,本應可以成為一間有情調的餐廳,但為咗趕兩round客去增加收入,而降低服務質素,難免有啲難度叫人encore…Read More

ss.kkzz 其實餐廳的last order唔係你諗到咁。例如餐廳是11:00 關門,通常Last order會在早15分鐘 - 30分鐘提示🔔 要order就依家落埋。

位於類似社區中心內的cafe,11:30am左右上到去,坐滿等上堂嘅小朋友,非常熱鬧,佢哋入晒去上堂後,就回復cafe該有嘅寧靜,非常適合傾嘢休息。食物種類都算多:意粉、三文治、窩夫以至all day breakfast都有,價錢適中,加錢先有飲品。對於未食早餐嘅我,為咗慳番一餐,梗係叫個all day breakfast,咩都有又一定飽,再加杯American咖啡。原來收錢同煮嘢食都係同一個地方,並且係同一個人負責(可能時間尚早未有咁多人返工)。收完錢就開始煮,雖然大部分都唔使點煮,但一手一腳地完成已經要讚,每樣食物都唔會凍,起碼暖甚至係熱,唔錯!…Read More
