鐵板燒嚟不開嘅食材都係海鮮、鵝肝、牛肉、炒飯等,調味都係鹽、黑椒為主,味道就視乎個大廚係重口味還是適中……依間鐵板燒特別之處係甜品,一人餐嘅甜品係朱古力蛋糕(因為睇到隔離嗰pair情侶),而我哋嗰個二人餐嘅甜品就係梳乎厘,西餐廳嘅梳乎厘係喺廚房焗爐焗完即刻拎出嚟,依間就係喺廚房打好麵糊後即場喺鐵板上焗梳化厘,師傅話咁樣焗係無得睇進度,只能靠經驗,仲要小心癡底,最後出嚟嘅製成品並不是慣常挺身嗰種,依個梳乎厘雖然好快下榻,但口感不比焗爐的差,讓整餐鐵板燒帶來最尾的驚喜。
