呢間好耐之前食過串燒,但唔知係咪員工個日狀態不好,take左order又無幫我落單,等左半小時,飲品都無黎既時候,我終於醒覺係漏左我單,食曬台面d野,坐左半個鐘發現條茄子未黎,就問下佢燒緊未,未燒諗住取消了。結果我個頭催完單,睇住個店員同廚房講完,廚房大媽立刻放條茄子落去走油窩😯 我真係o曬嘴,我都做過飲食業,cancel咪cancel咯,個客都話取消,未整都要逼個客食,咁樣唔係幾好咯⋯⋯有過呢次經驗,今次個fd話呢間川菜好食,我都係心感懷疑。等左10分鐘就入到去坐低。朋友建議如果食水煮系列的話,要叫左先,因為呢個都要整15-20分鐘。我地今次揀左水煮桂花魚(一斤),中辣。魚肉好大片,好滑,雖然叫中辣,但唔算辣。水煮汁完全夠味,淨係飲都正!油令到魚肉沾到湯,食落特別夠味!條魚三個人都夠食,有埋魚頭 魚骨 魚尾,完整一條魚,無呃人的!泡椒鳳爪,我同朋友食開大陸乖媳婦的泡椒鳳爪,每次淘寶都買好的包。呢碟雞腳皮爽腳掌厚肉,但係完全唔辣,無咩泡椒味。連d泡椒都係得個鹹味,辣就無咩!可以話係幾失望!不過不失的尖椒皮蛋,上面鋪滿老乾媽辣椒醬的感覺!尖椒只有一條切開幾片。選用較美觀的水晶皮蛋,味道同普通譚仔差不多,只不過譚仔用紅油,呢度用辣椒醬。紅油豬耳,呢個正!少少醋、少少辣同麻,味道剛好,是道醒胃的小菜。最重要係佢d研茜,好多好香!送酒一流!呢個紅椒絲爆炒豬大腸絕對係重頭戲!大腸切條拿去深炸,大腸獨有的豬騷味,同辣椒味道好配合,不小心就食了一半。呢d豬大腸送酒真係無得彈,簡直係一流,因為大腸炸得好爽脆!唔好睇佢用乾辣椒,呢d干辣椒的籽先係碟菜的最重要環節,食左幾粒辣椒,個口已經係爆火中😂呢個炸饅頭係最後叫,據朋友之前係四川生活的經驗,當成個口都充滿辣味的時候,食呢個既能夠減輕麻辣的痛楚,饅頭同煉奶同麻辣又幾合適。…Read More

平時食越南生牛河就食得多,真係食越南粉麵就第一次,呢間係朋友帶我去的。係灣仔,古老當鋪個條街行入去就係。餐廳只有半個鋪位的感覺,門面裝修得十分精緻,古色古香的感覺,仲有好多有趣的裝飾。 呢度叫野食非常之方便,4個steps。第一選主菜:牛(番茄牛肉)豬(腩肉)雞(雞絲)第二選主食:米包、河粉、炒飯第三選小食:春卷、雞翼、薯角、沙律第四選飲品:eg越南啤酒tick好之後去counter個度開始購買,付款,之後就可以拿飛仔翻埋位然後等餐到。     我地三個人當然每個主菜都揀左XD呢個河粉個湯真係好正,好香鴨油味,不會太淡味道,沒有選用味精。雞絲是雞肉撕出來,不是用急凍雞扒!河粉正常寬度,會吸湯。旁邊有醋,辣椒水、辣椒粉等等加進去添味。番茄燴牛肉越南米飯是黃油飯!朋友話牛肉可以再軟d,但整體不錯。黃油飯夠香。呢個包真係驚喜!法包,外脆內軟,配埋肉汁,真係好正,爽脆蘿蔔絲、香料,令個包更有層次。小食是春卷同雞翼。春卷是素春卷,炸得幾脆,餡料豐富,好似有蘿蔔雞翼炸粉適中,沒有太大雪藏味,調味也足夠。點酸辣醬正!我地飲品係越南啤酒、越南咖啡同青檸soda。我不太喝咖啡,所以不太懂得欣賞,飲的那位表示甜。啤酒是味道清,偏淡味。青檸soda正常無伏。…Read More

是日男朋友去AEON STYLE買禮物比啊哥,啊哥就話帶我地去食沾麺。AEON STYLE行過黎都幾遠(可能我地唔識行捷徑),穿過太古城中心行過黎,應該都行左15分鐘。我地到達的時候沒有人在排隊,好輕鬆就入座了。店員講純正的日腔歡迎光臨,笑起來迷人的師傅,加上很日的裝修,覺得食都食得開心D  XD呢度有得免費叫拉麵增量!!另外面無得揀硬度同粗幼,但有得揀溫度,師傅推薦係微冷喔。我地研究左好耐究竟特製沾麺同拖羅叉燒拉麵有咩唔同,最後得出唔到咩結論,所以最後我地叫左三碗沾麺。每個湯底都可以選擇加錢加辛辣醬,當然唔少得其他配料。提提並不是每一個湯底都有味蛋喔!第一碗係辛沾麺,我叫左2辣。個辣度同譚仔既小辣差不多,我覺得較其他湯底濃味。配料有酸荀,蔥,魚片,少量叉燒。另外兩碗就係特製沾麺同拖羅叉燒沾麺我地發覺呢兩個的最大分別就係配料,特製沾麺少一塊肥叉燒,多一隻味蛋。而拖羅叉燒,顧名思義就係d叉燒真系肥叉燒,姐系最肥美的部分。我就咁直接飲個湯,係我接受到的鹹度。湯是濃豬骨湯,應該有加豉油同面豉醬。之後就係個麺底。齋食,有些少皂水味,但食到少少蛋味~挺驚喜。麵條的硬度剛好,但是面的形狀并不太掛湯。我對味蛋是挺失望的,蛋熟的程度是完美的,但是不夠味道啊。食完沾麺,口腔已經充滿湯底濃濃的味道,蛋的味道都已經完全蓋過了 :(另外我地叫左個餃子,用有蓋的鐵板爐煎的。挺香口。餃子皮夠薄,菜肉餡也夠調味的。點醋和豉油。另外店裡還有其它的小食,例如魷魚鹽辛!!!!都係$25咋。是日消費連服務費起頭$300。走的時候,店外開始排起隊來了,也有見到有日本人的顧客,這間應該都算不錯吧。其實哥哥以前食過覺得湯底不錯,但這次湯底已經沒有上一次好食了。…Read More

挺驚喜的酥皮海鮮湯!

朋友話想食呢度既芝士產品,所以襯同我食飯就捉左我黎食。深水埗多好野食,記得之前查過openrice同新假期,呢間都係幾多人推薦的芝士店,呢度出名好似係個芝士熔岩漿飯。個日係天文台好似女人的脾氣咁,暴雨警號轉不停。終於等到雨停,我同朋友大約8點左右去到店門口,見到鋪頭都坐滿大半人,好彩唔洗等位。剛好我地張臺睇到電視機,鋪頭仲播緊Alan Tam 的演唱會XD朋友一坐底就問我肚唔肚餓,原來朋友之前食過一次,覺得分量都OK大。所以我地凈係order左一個餐,兩個人share食。個餐包一個主食,一杯飲品同一個沙律。首先係沙律,急凍粟米粒,生菜,車厘茄數粒,配蛋黃醬。呢個就係個主菜 泡菜豚肉芝士撈麵。佢成個主菜係分開上的。首先係比芝士,然後鐵板,已灼好的韓國公仔面,以及配料。拿齊之後,會係你前面幫你撈好,然後就可以趁熱食了。呢家選用的泡菜醬偏酸同甜,食落去都幾開胃。芝士分量足夠有拉絲效果,同時同泡菜味道混合,挺匹配。豚肉選用韓國五花腩部分,但味道係出過水,但都有少少雪味。雞蛋是普通熟的水煮蛋喔~~~這個真的要趁熱食,如果唔系凍左的話,麵條會黐埋一團,好難再分開,因為醬汁不是太多,食完之後,一定要食埋因為鐵板冷掉而變硬的泡菜芝士,這個有口感,幾Q。飲品揀左呢個:薄荷檸檬蘋果荔枝梳打名係好X長,但意外地味道不錯,不會太甜,也不會太酸。薄荷的味道未飲就已經迎面撲來。跟餐特飲好似加8蚊,所以我覺得好抵XD最後上左個酥皮海鮮忌廉湯,大大個,先12蚊一個。一開始個價錢令我覺得個湯伏伏地,但黎到飲完又覺得個湯係符合性價比。不過朋友就話酥皮焗得有d耐,淋得濟。不過都係將個酥皮泡湯,淋d都無所謂啦XD個湯都幾多料,兩隻青口。(不過我唔食,所以比曬朋友)跟住有兩隻蜆XD,不錯,沒有沙。仲有急凍蝦,蘑菇,洋蔥等配料。個湯整體味道不錯,係今餐的驚喜地方。今餐兩個人食左150左右。飽飽離開,所以抵食。食的過程中有不停留意隔離臺叫D咩,留意度有d幾得意,係石頭湯麵,然後自己加芝士。仲有個係個石頭湯鍋上面,架住就一排排骨係上面,我見到就已經覺得好飽!所以應該呢間鋪頭D野食都幾抵食。…Read More

自從中學畢業后都好少係沙爹王度食了,還記得沙爹王就是中學考完試之後必去的中同聚會餐廳XD個陣白咖喱豬扒米線係必點!沙爹王近年分店好似減少左好多,但都有keep住同唔同既動漫主題Cross over。今日同朋友去完海濱睇日落之後,諗唔到食咩,最後決定食翻最保險的沙爹王。我地7點左右去到,已經係左右兩邊都坐滿人。拿到張A26既飛仔,前面仲有10張二人檯左右,等左20分鐘左右,終於入到去。裝修大致上同幾年前一樣,menu已經轉左真係menu 唔再係table map menu。當晚大家不是太肚餓,所以叫了四樣東西就算了.小食:椒鹽豆腐($50-60)呃,真係炸豆腐然後灑鹽,炸粉聽薄的,豆腐也是滑的,但好可惜d鹽係無味的,早知道就叫翻避風塘炸豆腐。第二道小食:避風塘蘿蔔糕($50-60)其實外相真的不太討好,上台的時候我同朋友都呆了,以前的好像不是這樣的。呢個蘿蔔糕太淋了TT 只食到粘米粉的味道,但是蘿蔔糕還是有蝦米,這個食得有點辛苦,食完已經有飽肚感。主菜:沙爹肥牛拉麵?($50-60)menu說是新產品,所以試一試。湯底沙爹味很濃,花生、芝麻醬的味道也十分濃厚,拉麵感覺是中國蘭州拉麵那種幼身的。整體來說沒什麼特別,還是白咖喱豬扒米線為最愛!最後面也食完,才送到的豉椒炒蜆。($60-70)呃,真的勸大家不要點了,是的,我期望太高了。這個價錢,是不旨意用新鮮的蜆,但是沒想過這蜆肉是梅的,有沙,腥,有臭味。海鮮、河鮮都真的不能隨意點。結果我們食了幾顆就放棄了,實在是不能放進口啊。埋單連加一,好像是$218。食完麵條就急急腳走人了。食下家。雖然食物真的不太好食,但是侍應的服務是蠻不錯的,落單 同加水等等的要求都很快有人接,不會要人等很久。以前沙爹王真的價錢實惠,味道又不錯的餐廳,現在真的不敢再去了,食物質素真的差了很多。…Read More

今次唔信新假期,睇左另一個網的介紹,黎到呢度試下佢個麻椒湯!(link:http://bit.ly/必食米線)鋪頭主打麻椒湯!湯底選擇另外仲有雞湯,麻酸辣,同埋酸辣。辣度可以選擇最小辣,小小辣,小辣,中小辣,中辣,同大辣。店主寫到明唔會免費加清湯,勸大家量力而為。XD我地兩個人叫左個招牌套餐,$58蚊 送一杯豆漿。配料有:6件雞件(雞腿肉),豬大腸(唔知係漏比左定轉左,我地2個都唔太食所以無出聲),腐皮(一堆),榨菜碎(一堆),甜酸菜(一堆),白魚蛋(4粒),豬腩肉(數片),蘿蔔(6舊),韭菜(一堆),芽菜(一堆)同生菜(2條)。其實配料加埋份量就唔算多,(比起譚仔套餐)但米線份量就十足,絕對夠二人分食!最緊要個湯底的辣味不是用辣油,正!我地今次叫中辣,連平時食得譚仔中辣的男朋友食到一半都大叫好辣,chur左半杯豆漿、哈哈! 個湯真係辣中帶甜,好開胃,但麻就適中,唔知佢個麻椒個椒係唔係胡椒,食落有三哥胡辣的香味。米線雖然唔算係好吸湯個隻,咁勝在煮得夠軟,食落痴到少少湯,夠過癮。不得不說佢個蘿蔔真係好甜,但略為硬,若再軟d,便能與米線湯底更相配。我地另外叫左個無湯的鴛鴦餃子、拌麻椒汁,小辣。韭菜豬肉餃子同椰菜豬肉餃子。餃子皮厚度適中,唔會煮得太淋太爛,餃子肉輕微調味,配合甜辣的麻椒汁同黑醋,真係聞著個汁都口水瘋狂分泌!餃子有六隻,底下仲有韭菜芽菜墊底,食完餃子,將d配菜同醬汁混合再食,簡直係二重享受!另外,餐牌有幾樣野好吸引我!!!就係用藥材製作的溏心蛋,$18,2隻。喜歡蛋料理的我地雖然好想試,但奈何肚皮真的擺唔落任何野,所以放棄左。下次會再試。仲有就係麻椒牛腩!$42鋪頭的汽水係大支玻璃裝的可口可樂啊!!…Read More
