這天大約2pm來試試,店名寫明鮮制瀨粉,當然想試試到底有多特別,而燒鵝加瀨粉又好像是必然的配搭,所以就點了個燒鵝瀨($45,單點非套餐),熱飲要加$5,覺得有點貴所以沒有加,只叫店員給一杯熱水飲用。上桌了,除了托盤,其他餐具全是即棄的,不環保!先試瀨粉,湯底很鹹,或者是要配合燒味的味道吧!瀨粉顏色偏白,非半透明,瀨粉的質感頗軟,有點像米線質感。再試燒鵝,上桌時看上去好像最少也有七至八件,但有一半以上的每一件中,只有皮同骨,餘下有肉的幾件,肉質腍,鹹度適中,但對我這個不吃皮的食客來說,這碟鵝真的不夠喔!…Read More

終於抽到時間來試試這家新店水準,一心想試午市套餐的鰻魚定食,但侍應說星期一至五才有午市套餐,唯有點了一個邪惡丼,即芝士鰻魚飯來試試。先試飯的水準。噢!是已經放涼了的壽司醋飯。以往在其他日式餐廳試的鰻魚定食,配上的飯都是熱騰騰沒有加壽司醋的,所以實在令我驚訝!再試鰻魚,挺厚肉,頗大塊,質感爽滑彈牙,調味也恰到好處,但當連同放涼了的醋飯同吃,醋的酸加上鰻魚燒汁的濃味道混雜在一起,有點奇怪!還有芝士,有一塊半,算足料,明顯用火槍燂過,雖然令芝士有點燶,但未有熱熔的效果。…Read More

6月初開張的第三天,已經到這裏飲茶。6月飲茶哪天,一開始走去知客哪裡取籌已經覺得很奇怪,總覺得有一大堆人圍著知客。今次飲茶又故態復萌,原因乃籌號並沒有依大中細枱分開不同隊去排,又沒有規定『可搭枱』還是『不可撘枱』,令知客、部長叫籌號時非常混亂,有時會叫回之前的號碼,這才令客人不繼圍著知客去嘗試了解究竟。等了大約半小時,終於有枱。這裏格局唯一可讚的地方是有很多卡位,裝潢得像卡拉ok房似的。牛肉腸粉—牛肉足料,腸粉質感煙韌嫩滑。賽螃蟹餃—餃皮不太厚、内裏蛋白嫩滑、大概有一至兩隻蝦,頗鮮甜。奶黃煎堆仔—剛炸好的,奶黃餡不太甜。鮑汁雞腳—本來點了藥膳雞腳,可惜售罄。改叫了鮑汁雞腳,挺入味,不太腍,但花生不太入味,不夠鬆化。蟹子燒賣 — 豬肉同蝦也很新鮮,嫩滑。野菌湯魚麵—有杏鮑菇、秀珍菇、草菇,可惜炸完再放回湯裏,有點格格不入。魚麵尚算嫩滑有彈性。食物質量還可以,多來幾次吧!…Read More

上週六心血來潮想吃一碗正宗點的的拉麵,十二時半左右就來到了!可能時間尚早,不用等位。花十分鐘,終於點了這特上大盛拉麵。再等了十多分鐘,喝著可口的茶(應該是麥茶吧!),倒不覺得等了很久。終於上桌了,賣相與餐牌不大相似。先吃拉麵,爽滑彈牙,正!!!湯底濃厚,不太油膩,yummy!!!溏心蛋,果真溏心,蛋白嫩滑,蛋白同蛋黃都醃得非常入味,可惜凍了點。味自慢叉燒—略嫌肥肉多了點,尚算ok。豬軟骨中的軟骨稔滑入味,差點以為在吃豬腳筋。豚角煮即五花腩,肥肉層較厚,實在油膩了點。黑豚肉則還可以。再加點預先磨好放在調味架上的生蒜蓉,更加好味,不過之後不太敢說話呢!!!哈哈哈哈哈!!!!!$78再加一服務費,但能有以上質素,算值回票價了!…Read More

有幸獲邀出席好友在這裏設的結婚晚宴。主人家安排我們一班朋友坐在近窗的位置,能夠欣賞維港的景色,更能於八點的時候欣賞幻彩詠香江呢!九時了!終於上菜!鴻運脆皮乳豬全體(件上)乳豬皮脆肉嫩,兩旁有中華沙律伴碟。這配撘挺新穎,乳豬同中華沙律也算對味。碟子不消幾分鐘就一乾二淨呢!金巢海中寶熱葷上場了!用伊麵炸成的雀巢乘著剛炒好的西芹、甘筍、帶子、珊瑚蚌等材料。帶子和珊瑚蚌熟得剛剛好,雀巢香脆可口,朋友們搶著吃!百花釀蟹拑這蟹拑明顯是急凍哪種,食不出鮮味,但炸得非常香脆。翡翠玉環瑤甫玉環是用上脆玉瓜而非節瓜。瑤甫鮮味無渣。紅燒雞絲大生翅翅的味道不算太鹹,也不會太稀。蠔皇翡翠北菰鮮鮑片翡翠既有小棠菜也有生菜。北菰雖然不算大隻,但爽滑香濃。鮑片炆得恰到好處。清蒸海星斑跟一般酒家蒸海鮮一樣,犯了同一個毛病─過火。所以肉質偏堅韌,蒸魚豉油也算不錯,不太鹹也能帶出魚的鮮味。當紅脆皮燒雞皮不算脆,上味不太均勻,令有些部分偏淡,另一些部分偏鹹,但肉質嫩滑。幸福炒飯、雙喜金菇炆伊麵屬一般水準,尚算合格。百年好合即蓮子百合紅豆沙。紅豆比例算多,煲得挺夠火候,能成沙了。沒有像其他酒家偷工減料,用生粉打芡蒙混過關。美點雙輝即白兔形的椰絲棉花糖和粉紅色心形奶凍,兩者的甜度也拿掐得剛剛好,不會過甜。整體來說也不錯的。…Read More

10月7號試了這家開了張不太久的扒房。 餐廳門口設置了吧枱,酒櫃上方安裝了平面電視,播放著國際足球賽事。吧枱對面放置了L型的沙發,讓等位的人可以坐著等,茶几放著菜單讓客人先想想點什麼菜。我覺得這是挺貼心的做法! 整家餐廳的陳設以木為主,不少裝飾也能見到澳洲的地標,如雪梨歌劇院、海港大橋等。光線充足,設有不少寬闊的卡位,整體感覺非常舒適。這家扒房中午十二點才開始營業。剛坐下,還未點菜,侍應已奉上熱騰騰的麥包,不久又奉上忌廉蘑菇湯和雜菜沙律。我和友人也覺得很出奇,原來餐廳午市時只會提供午市套餐,而所有套餐也是奉送這些前菜,所以還未點菜已自動奉上。麥包的底部偏硬,但勝在熱呼呼的。忌廉蘑菇湯是用鮮蘑菇煮成的,有濃郁的忌廉味,挺好喝!雜菜沙律中的西生菜不算太新鮮,要扣點分。我點了是日烤魚,而友人則點了烤豬肋骨。兩者也是跟飯。上菜了!烤魚的魚是三文魚,魚的表面烤得有點燶,但內裏是剛剛好的。尤其是中心部分烤得非常嫩滑。友人的烤豬肋骨的肉質鮮嫩多汁,調味也很不錯,不會太鹹又帶點蜜味。唯獨飯的份量太少了!只有一個雪糕球這麼大。飯的質感偏軟,當中的調味加了點黑椒,越吃越辣!我不太喜歡這種口味。最後奉上餐飲。侍應云可以免費添飲,這也算不錯呢!…Read More

一壽司在屯門市廣場開了兩個多月,終於有機會和媽媽來試試。甫進店,就覺得光線不足。餐廳的主色調為深啡黑色,迴轉壽司吧設置近門口,可能因為壽司師傅要服務食客,才有足夠的燈光。餐廳其他餐桌也只有兩盞射燈從高高的天花板射向餐桌,射燈照射的範圍只有餐桌中心。我倆被安排坐在較入的四人枱。落單需要自行畫落單表格。由於光線只集中在餐桌的中心,加上字體偏細,必須將落單紙放在枱中心才能看清楚,當要加單時,枱中心已經有食物,落單紙就不能放在枱中心,想看清楚落單紙上的字就很費神。我們第一輪點了秘製汁三文魚壽司、烏賊天黃金燒、秘製汁火炙玉子、鐵板牛舌薄燒、日式蒸蛋、立魚刺身和鰹魚刺身。秘製三文魚壽司三文魚新鮮;秘製汁鮮味而偏甜;壽司飯香軟。正!烏賊天黃金燒驟眼看以為是用魷魚漿煎成。但原來是用魚漿混和了魷魚肉粒煎成的魚餅。味道不錯,但魷魚肉不算太多。秘製汁火炙玉子厚厚的蛋餅散發出令人涶涎的蛋香,蛋餅中心很嫰滑。加上秘製汁的鮮味,的確精彩。這道菜是全餐最好吃的。鐵皮牛舌薄燒可算是全餐最差的一道菜!牛舌應是以炆燉的方法烹調為以合適。以燒的方法令肉質燒得硬硬的,要咀嚼很久,才能嚥下。日式蒸蛋茶碗很精緻,但比其他日式餐廳的茶碗偏少,份量也偏少。蛋和水的比例適中,不會太稀。尚算鮮味。但材料偏少,只有兩粒蟹柳、三份之一隻蝦、兩三片菇。立魚刺身和鰹魚刺身兩者也算新鮮。但鰹魚刺身有筋和偏『鞋』。第二輪點了秘製汁油甘魚壽司和雪之花蟹肉沙律軍艦。點第二輪因為之前各項的分量偏少,未能果腹。秘製汁油甘魚壽司油甘魚也算新鮮。雪之花蟹肉沙律軍艦所謂雪之花蟹肉,原來是用飛魚子和蟹肉壓成的副食品。相信是由供應箱交來的,沒什麼驚喜。第三輪點了KING KONG 卷。點它是因為在餐牌中看到相片非常吸引。所以試試會否貨不對版。等了良久,終於上桌,賣相極之精緻,沒有貨不對版,材料豐富、新鮮。有牛油果、三文魚、吞拿魚、白蝦、飛魚子等。但同樣分量偏少。整體質素不錯,但價錢偏貴,分量偏少。…Read More
