今晚帶左老友記黎呢度睇下今次會有咩驚喜。
得知老板呢度係會做(阿媽家姐) 即係廚師發板,預早whatsapps 左老細,今晚懷住呢個緊張又興奮既心情落到舖頭喇~! 先黎刺身併盆帶子又大又甜又新鮮,,正!三文魚厚切好肥美。。。掂!油甘魚腩真係不得了,,好!劍魚,甜蝦,八爪魚。。。。一試難忘 :) 再黎鰻魚玉子卷壽司老板話呢個壽司做既工序好繁複,做既過程會好大機會會失敗,所以唔係咁易。見到呢個壽司心諗咪又係蛋壽司有咩咁巴閉呀?!點知一啖咬落去,蛋中夾住啲鰻魚又幾夾喎,口感幾特別,好香濃既蛋味再加鰻魚既鮮味,好味到不得了,可惜只有兩舊,想再食都冇喇 T.T呢條魚叫翡翠皇魚,產自澳洲屬海魚,所以魚味濃,肉質富有彈性,用鹽燒真係最天然最好既食法!!呢個真係好好笑,老板同廚師特別為我準備既菜式,薑蔥炒蟹。我問,乜日本野有薑蔥炒蟹既咩?佢地話,冇架,好明顯呢個係中式野喇。中式菜式但用日本既碟,都算係fusion菜既,哈哈。呢個炒蟹同出面有啲唔同,配料有豆豉,芫茜,大碌蔥,辣椒乾,薑片,仲有秘製汁,個汁甜甜地辣辣地好過癮,好味!!總括今晚呢餐有驚喜得黎真係幾開心,鬼馬既老板同廚師,令整晚既晚飯生色不少,聽佢地吹下水,大家傾下計,咁就過左愉快既一晚。…Read More
