今早特意去一間新開無耐的茶記「蕃茄18」試一試主打蕃茄湯底的早餐。坐底即睇下餐牌,價錢吾貴喎,比較一般的茶餐廳算平,早餐只不過均價$30-50內一個餐,感覺抵食。先找個服務員幫忙下單,可能因價錢廉價,坐滿全堂,人手不足下,個個服務員面上完全冇笑容,好急忙問食咩⋯⋯⋯ 我哋就即刻bla bla 咁講,但因為太早我個人未醒,個腦諗唔到野,好實,服務員又急問要煎旦還是炒旦時,我個腦𨍭唔切⋯ 未能秒答,佢系咁問我連續三次,搞到我食早餐都咁大壓力⋯⋯⋯哎叫完咗餐,慢慢欣賞周遭嘅環境等食,呢度好有懷舊感覺,以前的香港境象就在眼前一一重現⋯⋯⋯蕃茄餐肉濃湯通粉 - 有好多粒粒鮮蕃茄及好濃厚茄醬味道,適合蕃茄愛好者食。餐肉系有煎香先放上面,食落去脆口,通粉軟硬適中。配以煎旦多士,凍檸茶。…Read More

又到午餐時間,大家急忙攞手袋出門口搵食。去到大王東街,打算係某間餐廳食飯,但大排長龍,由於時間緊迫無得嘥時間等候。唯有搵另一間,間間餐廳都很多人排隊,咁岩見到呢一間是新開張,唔知係咪因為新開張所以暫時唔係太多人排隊等,所以我哋試一試。入到去員工很殷勤,好有禮貌招呼我哋,有介紹我哋食咩好。雪菜肉絲炆米,好香嘅雪菜味,有適量嘅肉絲,米粉好幼嫩,有米味道,整碟炆米乾濕適中,唔太油,唔太濕,配埋辣椒醬好好味。成碟蚊咪變成我肚內嘅囊中物,一條都不漏,食晒。野菌魚肚飯,好多菇,至少有三四種菇菌,魚肚好大塊,好滑,一啲都唔腥,配白飯好好味。同事亦係食晒成碟飯。除咗碟頭飯之外,還配以羅宋湯,餐飲。羅宋湯就差啲,好稀,好水,冇乜羅宋湯味,用舊款嘅漱口盅裝置,真係好似俾你漱口咁。整體來講,成個套餐好食(除湯)得嚟都唔算貴。 …Read More

踏入秋天,天氣開始涼冷,去食碗生滾粥,熱辣辣入口,食完身體暖粒粒。依家想食碗生滾粥嘅地方已經買少見少,很難搵到一間,喺灣仔呢度呢間食都算好就腳嘅地方,價錢合理。:)我叫咗碗豬膶粉腸粥,豬潤好爽口,好滑,好新鮮。粉腸較為清爽沒有異味,內裏仲好多粉,絕無苦澀嘅味道。粥底又軟又綿又滑,又冇味精,又鮮甜味,口感好一流。價錢又唔算貴,材料份量又足,又夠新鮮。簡簡單單幾分鐘食完一碗,但背後嘅師傅功夫要煮得好食就吾簡單啦。…Read More

在不起眼位置的大廈入口,上樓的一間法國餐廳 - La Fleur Too. 法國餐俾人感覺是需要用好耐時間,慢慢享受的不同多款式的菜色。但在繁忙嘅灣仔,午餐時段好短大家都要出嚟「搵食」,呢間法國餐廳午餐時間早早已高朋滿堂,想坐耐些食都不可以,因為大家趕返工。餐廳細,不是太多枱,距離近,所以坐滿人便很嘈。其實同西餐廳差不多,午餐都係有前菜,主菜及餐飲,不需要喺度花時間等候食。前菜有:蘑菇忌廉湯,蟹肉粟米沙律,法國鵝肝醬選擇。我選了沙律,沙律菜新鮮,配最愛粟米及芝麻醬,加上小量鮮味蟹肉,啖啖清爽味道。主菜西冷牛排配燒汁,五成熟,煮到剛好,配菜有瓜菜,可以平衡一下。由於太多人「搵食」, 時間是金錢,所以上菜特別快(應該說食得慢者會覺得急)。所以軟綿綿的麵包我留待配香滑嘅咖啡時才食,需凍了少許,但仍好匹配飲咖啡時間。…Read More

秋風起10月及11月份是食大閘蟹好時機,胃食小熊好想食,趁着假期三天好時機,想約一大班朋友仔在家自行蒸大閘蟹海鮮氣鍋宴。約朋友之際,才發現很多朋友因為懶或者唔想拆蟹咁煩所以都拒絕在人前食大閘蟹。訂單最少要訂10隻,湊來湊去只有四個人,又唔想放棄,唯有每人平均食兩隻半啦!希望吾好咁寒涼啦!大閘蟹送到屋企,檢查啲大閘蟹係咪新鮮先,隻隻都係眼仔碌碌,俾人扎住乖乖哋它只可以望吓望吓。訂購大閘蟹及蟹具三件寶,送貨給我哋時,店舖還配上紫蘇葉用來蒸,自製調較好嘅醋用來點,紅糖薑茶用來飲,以防寒涼。亦有給宣傳單教你如何蒸蟹及食蟹,好貼身嘅服務噢。蒸了約20分鐘,香噴噴的紫蘇葉及大閘蟹的味道從氣鍋爐傳出嚟。真的急不及待想即刻食, 但因為太太太熱,所以只可以相機食先。大閘蟹 公同乸 之分別,在於肚上蓋掩是尖頭(公)還是圓頭(乸)。訂咗五両重公,四両重乸,size 分別唔係太大。 但膏就有分別,金黃色嘅油膏係公,深橙色膏嘅係乸。熱辣辣,打開蟹公個蓋掩, 黃油流晒出嚟,勁爆好多油膏,好鬼似鹹蛋黃黃油流出嚟。乸亦好鬼多蟹膏,深橙色嘅蟹膏係實,但係食落都吾系好硬嘅,一樣好鬼好味。食大閘蟹千祈唔好配啤酒,果汁嘅凍飲品,對腸胃唔係咁好。如果真係要飲酒的話最好係襯黃酒,或者係米酒之樣。所以最後選擇飲sake 配襯下。公真係好食過乸好多㗎⋯⋯胃食小熊系鍾意食「公」㗎。不過乸都好好食㗎。食過返尋味,一定會再食過。…Read More
