年紀相約既人約食飯,揀左個好地方。雖然地方唔大,但設計用心,霓虹燈,仲有枱枱凳凳,同埋其他配置都喺懷舊港式風味。晚上一班人熱熱鬧鬧,播埋舊歌,氣氛十足。而家仲有限時$1枝啤酒,10枝起計,勁抵飲。港式打邊爐有咩食,相信唔使我多介紹,海鮮、豬牛羊同埋丸餃做膽,仲有椒鹽乜乜都可以食到。咁熱鬧嘅環境,店員招呼都好殷勤,主動加湯,又會收走碗碟。咯咯雞花膠湯金黃色嘅花膠雞湯真材實料,雞同花膠一大碟比你。雞本身已經有8成熟,口感鮮嫩,加埋花膠落湯度,成個湯底原汁原味,真係先飲為敬。牛魔王拼盤 本地手切肥牛、安格斯牛頸脊、牛脷托、封門柳、牛肉粒、黑安格斯牛板腱,用冰坐住成盤上,夠晒豪華。各款牛肉既質素平均地高,相信牛魔王都冇投訴。紫菜炸響鈴如果平時打邊爐要食響鈴真係要試試,響鈴大大個,裏面卷住紫菜,即叫即炸,輕輕一灼,紫菜香味,尤其突出,享受豐富層次。蘇格蘭蟶子 南非鮑魚 鮑魚同蟶子同樣爽口,來貨新鮮。西班牙黑毛豬 肥瘦相間,令瘦肉甘香而不硬,令人回味。招牌芫茜餃一咬開係飽滿既芫茜餡,芫茜香味直撲入鼻,絕對適合芫茜關注組人士。Q彈鮮蝦丸併Q彈墨魚丸 Q彈冇呃人,加埋蟹籽賣相更吸引。冰豆腐吸湯之選。椒鹽雞軟骨大排檔版本既椒鹽雞軟骨,港式風味,香口惹味,餸酒一流。…Read More
