火鍋店開到成巷成市,有特別裝修的火鍋店或許比較容易吸引到人注意。呢間位於旺角嘅火鍋店,下午6點前係冰室,6點後開始做火鍋,店舖由外到內都充滿著濃厚的懷舊氣氛﹗餐廳門口裝修成舊式戲院咁,十分搶眼,離遠就已經望到其招牌﹗店內的裝修、擺設、餐具等等,都令人感覺好似回到去70-80年代。呢度嘅雞煲火鍋套餐係半放題形式,即部份食材係可以任食。先嚟頭盤前菜及秘製辣雞煲,雞煲香辣而不膩,夠晒惹味﹗食完雞煲就到打邊爐,湯底我地揀咗番茄濃湯拼招牌沙嗲湯。番茄湯底有啲驚喜喎,估唔到個湯裡面會有蟹﹗個沙嗲湯底就比較淡,沙嗲味唔算好突出。基本上火鍋配料除咗海鮮拼盤、手切頂級本地肥牛及手切西班牙黑豚豬之外,其他都可以任食,包括響鈴、生根、炸魚皮、牛丸、墨丸、貢丸、魚蛋、炸魚片、豬肉條、雲吞、水餃、魚皮餃、蟹柳、芋絲、公仔麵、烏冬及蔬菜。最後甜品嚟個懷舊雜果涼粉紅豆冰。美中不足的是,飲品方面個套餐只係包咗汽水1罐,或者每位另加$38無限添飲凍檸茶﹗…Read More

香港人真係好鍾意打邊爐烚吓烚吓,我自己都唔例外!最近知道旺角726新開咗尼間食雞煲+火鍋店,點可以唔嚟試吓。第一眼見到尼間嘢個名叫「吞POT」,即刻有少少罪惡感 雞煲有4款比你揀,分別係花雕藥膳雞煲、米酒雞煲、胡椒豬肚雞煲同重慶麻辣雞煲,四款一律同價都係$118(半隻) / $198(全隻)。我女人唔太好酒煮,而我就唔太好麻辣,所以就揀咗胡椒豬肚雞鍋。醬料費本身每位收$10,新張期內免收最初頭覺得好似無乜胡椒味,滾多一陣收咁啲汁,胡椒味就出了。雞件唔會斬到太細,唔會煲到縮晒水無肉食。另一重點係豬肚唔會有臭味,食到胡椒味但又唔會好搶,調教得啱啱好。我地兩個人只係叫咗半隻雞份量,當然有原因啦,要留肚打邊爐吖嘛!!食完雞煲,梗係食住上打埋邊爐先過癮啦叫咗頂級肥牛、海中蝦、桂花蚌、自家炸響鈴同手打墨丸。打邊邊又點少得肥牛呢!而家新張期間,仲有$1碟美國雪花肥牛益街坊雖然份量會比正價order嘅細少少,但點計都so啦!而頂級手切肥牛份量唔算多,但勝在油脂部份比例上唔會過多,分佈亦算平均,入口牛味亦濃。海中蝦用竹簽串住咗,上枱嗰陣都仲係咁郁緊㗎,勁生猛桂花蚌好爽口鮮甜,記得唔好淥咁耐,20秒左右就OK,太耐會縮晒水手打墨魚丸亦打得唔錯,口感彈牙,每粒墨魚丸裡面實實在在咬到一粒粒墨魚肉。響鈴係店定自定製,本身好鬆脆,輕輕淥一淥,外軟內脆勁!每晚9點半後仲有全單8折優惠添,夜鬼so爆啦!…Read More
