魔女歌莉 前兩晚同男朋友逛到呢間小店醫肚。。。叫左雪菜肉絲面、擔擔麵、小籠包。。。雪菜肉絲面5錯,湯清得來够味,面好烟韌。。。小籠包好多汁,皮都算薄,味道不錯。。。擔擔麵就。。。算了。。。食左兩啖就放左系度了。。。

今次我們一行十人到龍鳳打機+ 食燒烤慶祝朋友生日,可以不用透爐便吃到美味的燒物真好!釀雞翼($58/4隻)當中最好味的首選是釀雞翼,什麼餃子雞翼、糯米雞翼都不及這裡的饀料特別;脹卜卜的雞翼包著車厘茄。由於火喉較得非常好,所以外皮香脆可口,雞肉多汁,很清新的感覺,吃多多都不漏。(有朋友一口氣吃了五隻呢!)墨魚咀($52/4串)墨魚咀是另一招牌串燒,吃爽口彈牙的墨魚咀比燒魷魚更過癮。但切記要趁熱食,即燒即食值99分,涼了就不好吃!雞軟骨($45/4串)雞軟骨雖然一串只得六粒,但味道確實有別於一般油炸的,既不乾身,亦不油膩。而且最特別是師傳邊燒邊加上特製的辣粉,非常惹味!芝士焗大蝦餐\牌上是沒有大蝦的,這是老闆娘親自去街巿買貨,手掌般大的新鮮大蝦,加上濃濃的芝士汁,既保留了蝦的鮮味,又有香口的芝士味,讚!這裡的燒烤食物, 沒有一樣令我失望,其他由廚司準備的食物例如泡菜肥牛卷、忌廉南瓜湯、青咖哩燒魷魚也很不錯。…Read More

今晚去了我的外國朋友極力推介的Mistral 海風餐廳為朋友Jay 慶祝生日,我們專程來吃Pizza!外國人都大讚這裡的薄餅是他在香港吃過最好吃的Pizza!Pesto Rosso and Genovese (蕃茄羅勒醬) 每次點菜前我都引不到口不停吃這款棒棒麵包條,不搽牛油,只點特製的蕃茄紫蘇醬。這個醬加了橄欖,酸酸的蕃茄味十分開胃。-------------------------------------------------Mushroom Soup 這個蘑菇湯並不像一般的忌廉湯,只用了很少忌廉,有一少少酸菌味,又帶點金屬味,有少少怪!看上去顏色也不像普通蘑菇,究竟用了什麼菌類呢?不愛濃湯的人也不會喜歡這個。-------------------------------------------------Mozzarella & Cherry Tomatoes with Arugula Mozzarella 是用水牛奶製作的乳酪,味道好清淡,不像一般芝士般味濃和乾身。看上去像一件小豆腐,入口後有一陣陣淡淡的芝士味,好好味!配上車厘茄和Arugula 便成為意大利菜中最簡單的頭盤。Arugula 是一種少少辣、少少苦的菜,味道好濃,不是人人都喜歡那種青草味,但一淡一濃都不失為好配搭。-------------------------------------------------Baked Scallops with Parma Ham & Zucchini 這款前菜是廚師用薄薄的黃瓜包著一小片Parma Ham 和一粒帶子,焗完再舖在蕃茄碎上。Parma Ham 是意大利出名的風乾火腿,煎過會更香口。帶子雖然細細粒,但味道十分鮮甜,肉質堅實。這款似是「高級煙肉卷」,好味!-------------------------------------------------蟶子蜆肉菠菜扁麵(Summer Special) $230 這個Pasta 味道好清新,有一種越食越濃郁的香味,好吃到停不了口。廚師用了白酒Chardonnay 和黃瓜花(Zucchini Flower) 去烹調,朋友還食得出有煮熟了的Arugula 的味道。麵條是廚師自家搓製而成的,所以比機製的麵條新鮮很多,口感好原始,多一點麵粉的味道。配料有切粒的蟶子、蜆肉,但海產不夠鮮甜,如果蜆肉肥少少、多少少汁會更美味。--------------------------------------------------------------------------------主角登場Quattro Formaagi Pizza 吃Mistral 的Pizza,絕對是味覺的頂級享受!餅底是廚師手製的,十分薄、十分脆,四種芝士(Blue Cheese, Mozzarella, Parmesan... etc ) 放在一起發揮了三重味覺享受,既有芝士的香味,又有厚厚芝士的質感,還有芝士加上蕃茄的醬汁!Cheese Pizza 一定要趁熱食,因為芝士凍了會變硬。每一口都是新鮮熱辣的芝士,批邊似脆卜卜的餅乾,絕對是魔鬼般的誘惑!此體積稱為Family Size,一個薄餅切成六件,我們三人行,剛剛好每人分到兩件。但四種Cheese 加起來確實好「漏」,吃完一件已經好滿足,奉勸大家4 - 6人去,芝士愛好者才有能力多吃一件。--------------------------------------------------------------------------------喜出望外的甜品無錯,同行的兩位女士還食得落甜品,利害利害!Panna Cotta JAY:意大利最簡單又討好的傳統甜品Panna Cotta, 用牛奶, 奶油, 糖等材料加魚膠雪凍做成, 口感似豆腐花, 一進口便滑進喉嚨, 配合士多啤梨汁同雜莓, 酸酸甜甜, 感覺又不會太heavy, 很適合用來終結一頓豐富晚飯--------------------------------------------------------------------------------Chocolate Souffle & Honey Ice-Cream 由於餐廳經理阻撓,這個影不到相,但看見朋友M 吃到舔舔利,朋友JAY 就連隻碟都想吃掉,相信一定是好好味的!JAY:另外果款hot chocolate souffle, 其實即是近年流行的朱古力軟心蛋糕甜品, 蛋糕外層焗得很鬆脆, 內裡的朱古力漿又濃又熱, 實在很有水準, 配合不太甜的蜜糖雪糕一起吃, 這個冰火朱古力甜品一直是我的摰愛, 如果份量大一點更好。--------------------------------------------------------------------------------後記:好飽,真係好飽...我一向都是「眼高肚窄」的,點的菜總是多過吃得下的。今次也不例外,我以為三個人叫三個頭盤三個主菜很合理,怎料吃完個Pizza 已經飽了七成,好幸運地,其中一樣主菜Fried Sword Fish「落漏單」,這樣我的肚皮才避過一劫。不得不提這間餐廳是不能為菜式影相的,以上幾張相片是我厚著八吋面表「硬著影」的!不能影Dish ,但可以影靚人,有美相伴的這一餐,真是秀色可餐!…Read More

鏞記最出名的是燒鵝,小時候有去過一兩次,但印象不深。直至上星期的一餐午飯,令我明白鏞記的廚房的確非凡,今天專程再來吃朋友的推介。午飯時段,接待小姐會問「地下還是二樓?」「有何分別?」「地下粥粉麵飯、碟頭飯,要同人搭台. 二樓小菜,二時後才有點心」無問題,今次識路,直上二樓。兩個二,點了三味菜:蜜汁叉燒(例) 問好朋友去鏞記最愛吃什麼?她極力推介「叉燒~頭」叉燒肥瘦適中不在講,肉身光澤得折射七彩顏色,而最美味的果然是燶燶地的叉燒頭!表面有一層脆脆的蜜汁,一咬便「黐牙」(有假牙的人不要吃),好好味唷!朋友說墊底的花生也十分可口,因為花生吸收了燒味汁的精華。這兒上菜慢,只有燒味上得快,如果叉燒的份量和價錢可以減半,當成飯前小食就更貼心!叉燒是香港尋常食物之一,但能夠做到色香味都一流的並不尋常。涼瓜炆鵝掌怕苦不吃涼瓜嗎?因為一句「吃得苦中苦,方為人上人」,小時候的我被媽媽「坤」了吃苦瓜,吃多了,便不再怕苦。這兒的苦瓜甘而不苦,但略嫌煮得淋身了。豆鼓汁味調校得好,十分惹味。精髓所在一定是鵝掌,味道似一般海參煲,但炆得剛剛好,絕不會淋到爛。最難得的是連鵝掌骨都是橙色的,如何炆到這樣入味呢?雲南火腿蒸鴛鴦雞這一味菜沒有我想像中般清淡,很油膩,我媽媽的「臘腸蒸雞」煮得更出色。味道不差,但就是家常小菜了一點。是我點錯,鏞記無錯。後記:清湯腩+ 細蓉八卦是我的缺點,但正因為我八,所以我偷聽到隔離台的「闊太四人幫」點了什麼。「清湯腩好味啊!坑腩黎架!一陣再叫一碗細蓉一齊食,好細碗但好好食」然後聽到索口水聲。好,下次就試下清湯腩加碗雲吞麵!…Read More
