本身去附近餐廳,但疫情下,幾間都無開或無堂食,於是上open rice看看就入了這間。(午飯時間,1個人都無,已經覺得有啲伏)之後有一兩枱客。睇餐牌,價錢絕對唔平,有熟食、有刺身壽司,刺身例如活赤貝$78一隻,拖羅$278,會「想像」是中等級數吧?最後安全起見叫了:三文魚壽司2件,一件$20咁貴。有件壽司塊三文魚係兩塊(係唔夠長,補埋落去)飯,好硬、好乾,無醋味。好難食,我寧願食頹爭鮮。牛油果軟殼蟹卷飯好散,軟殼蟹細到,我只感覺到炸粉的存在。燒魷魚90蚊,期望你燒得靚靚仔仔,一上菜,燶到痴左,食落有苦味。最嚴重,成條魷魚中間條骨無清理,仲要切件,即係每一塊裏面都有骨。醬汁太多,鹹到苦,燒燶又苦。唔好食都係其次,成條骨無清理,係廚師既常識問題。壽喜燒1xx蚊,不大期望。好多餐廳的壽喜燒都不是真正壽喜燒,這裏相同,其實只是個牛肉鍋。金菇最多,用粉絲做底(未煮得夠淋),牛肉成3-4塊,好普通質素。天婦羅蝦80蚊,成果3隻咁大把?!好啦,咁1隻廿幾蚊,好食啦呱?個炸漿淋左,蝦肉散散地。仲有,成餐飯,隻蚊之仔未停過咁嬲住嬲住,仲降落過我舊三文魚壽司咁樣叫法,都$532 / 2個人。唔值、難食、無下次。:(見店鋪收信用卡,想簽卡,埋單時,店員話lunch無得簽卡。但係大佬,500幾蚊都唔簽得?我無咁多現金,最後佢無奈地話:好啦,咁簽啦⋯⋯⋯⋯…Read More

一行三人到了阿麥廚房,本身訂了位,去到原來全店都差不多是空的。於是選了近窗口的桌。晚飯套餐,包括 前菜(吃完也忘記拍照)、餐湯、主菜、飲品、甜品。1. 前菜有小小的生菜配黑醋,也挺新鮮可口。有炸蝦(?)、焗蟹蓋,都像快餐食物,沒什麼特別。有烘法包﹣問題是,餐湯未來,包已放到涼了。法包也有另一問題,是烘了,但沒有牛油沒有味。2. 餐湯﹣西班牙凍湯/忌廉青豆湯這兩個對於我們也是不太吸引。最後都選了青豆湯。也失望的是,青豆湯,濃是濃,卻沒有味道,像沒鹽也沒其他調味。3. 主菜,我們選了:蕃茄汁海鮮意粉:份量也不錯,蕃茄汁的醬底也不是罐裝的,也不是淨茄汁,嚐得出是自己調製的。不過蒜蓉味略重,應有其他調味就更豐富。白汁扁意粉配大蝦:大蝦也不錯,口感質地也很好。白汁扁意粉也很好,配料也豐富。露筍紅汁長通粉配帶子'刺身':我不明白為什麼是帶子'刺身',因帶子是煎熟的,還是“刺身”?紅汁仍是很滿意,帶子卻不是很大,也應該不是新鮮的,若是新鮮,則不該用蛋汁再加粉煎成,失去鮮味。4. 甜品﹣朱古力慕思這甜品是小小的心意,但忌廉、牛油味太濃,不是很特別,也使心意變得一般。5. 朱古力好味。侍應服務也良好,頻頻斟水。坐了整晚,客人不算太多,餐廳環境也良好!…Read More

太安樓外面有一間串燒,食過,也好多人排隊,但本人覺得不太有特色,環境也差劣。這間在炸物店的旁邊,小巧且精緻,看上去衛生也好。價錢方面,我覺得也合理,因為食物有質素,所以錢也俾得安心!1. 雞翼雖然雞翼是預先燒好,再翻熱的,但口感、味道卻沒有令我失望!肉還是鮮嫩,證明他不是放了幾日都賣的,而且肉不會乾,味道香口且多汁,值得一讚!2. 雞軟骨一串長長的雞軟骨,份量與某些串燒店的兩小串都差不遠。而且它不是炸,而是有心機的燒熟。爽脆且是乾身。而雞軟骨的周圍亦不會有許多脂肪,令人吃不消。讚!3. 黑糖菠蘿我超喜歡燒菠蘿,它這裏是一大塊連皮燒。親眼看著他把黑糖抹上,再用火槍把糖烤成焦糖。不過到我吃的時候,差不多已經溶掉了。但菠蘿鮮甜多汁!唯一不方便是,一大片菠蘿,沒有切開,吃起上來很狼狽。4. 墨魚丸體積較小,味道一般,不太特別5. 沙嗲羊肉羊肉不是太好口感,一般。值得一提的是,串燒的老闆都幾講究。部份串燒是沙嗲,部份是川燒,部份是蜜糖燒。欣賞這個有安排的廚師,食物配合燒的方法和調味,是很重要。在放進紙袋上,一樣講究。同味道的燒法,串燒放在一起,其他都會分開放,不會胡亂放在同一個袋裏。這是有心,有要求的廚師表現,值得欣賞!:)…Read More

星期六晚上,教會完了,跟人慶祝生日,十多人到了MEMO。因教會在旁邊,每次走過都見MEMO都有格調,也算是高街較早加入的新興高級餐廳。其實十多人都叫了八至九個菜,但我只影了兩幅,因食食下,也覺得不是太深刻。1. Carbonara 碟大大,一人份量十人分,每人一條 (?!)不算特別。2. Risotto碟大大 (x2),吃下真的沒有驚喜。它的咬感不足,飯粒又沒有黏性,一粒粒好分明,不似平常食開、煮開的Risotto。味道:很平淡,有菇但沒有香濃菇味。心目中,要吃Risotto,一定是有濃郁味道才好食。這個,太平凡。$128。真的不值。3.
