星期日 20:00去到, 餐廳入面坐無虛席, 等2張枱就有得入, 快.好多時去丼飯屋食野都抱住伏既心態, 所以一開始都警剔, 明明想食漬同溶都唔敢叫, 驚好似出面咁用冇咁新鮮既魚碎黎剝, 再加啲濃味去蓋過腥味.最後就比個機會自己點左漬吞拿魚丼飯($148)同行就叫4式呑拿魚丼($228),試晒4款口味.上餐時見到吞拿魚粒一半赤身, 一半拖羅, 冇鋪滿個碗個下係有啲失落.但食落去就好有驚喜, 肉質新鮮, 魚油味好香, 停留係口腔好耐.同行叫既4式,其中一款係輕輕燒過既拖羅, 炙過既魚油香氣帶左出黎, 又係另一種風味, 讚.連去到最底既飯粒都沾有炙油香, 好味到扒晒成碗飯. 套餐裏面有樣都出色既係個茶碗蒸, 熟得岩岩好, 滑, 同埋食落去有好香既蛋黃味. 即係時間掌握得好, 有過西, 用靚蛋. 呢個價錢話平唔平, 但可以食到咁新鮮既吞拿魚就十分驚喜, 其他餐廳貴啲都未必食到. 即刻覺得性價比係返度. 淨係呢點都足以留住客仔返黎再食. 同埋餐廳出名食吞拿魚就緊係點吞拿魚, 唔好叫埋其他野食跟住話人地唔好食.唯一係返到屋企好口渴, 唔知邊樣出事...…Read More
