由舊店食到黎新店,每晚都坐無虛席。新店更大坐得闊落,食物質素更勝舊店,多左小菜,樓面請多左人更好招呼。食物質素不需過份說明,睇相由擺碟就知一間餐廳對食物出品既要求如何。醉鴿 — 片到咁薄都知師傅刀功利害。汁入面啲桂花落足料,味道好似舊鋪既upgrade版鵝肝 — 我會稱佢為神肝。滷水墨魚片鵝肉 — 下面仲有啲豆腐,係佢自己炸。想講平時出面啲青瓜伴碟唔會食,但呢片到咁薄,吸埋啲汁,又幾好味其他自己睇相,樣樣都精緻新派潮州手工菜,用心,抵食,性價比無得輸,完。
