假期經過銅鑼灣,見到門口多人排又排埋一份,好快等左10分鐘就入得。坐低叫左一碗蔥油炸豬扒$62同埋豬軟骨飯$60,+$5要多杯熱柚子蜜。打卡重點,塊豬扒當然係好大,咬落去,面頭都香脆,但食落有啲淋,望下點解中間有啲透明野?原來係粉漿未熟,即刻撩走晒層皮,淨係食入面塊豬扒,調味較淡。兩邊最邊邊位啲粉漿係熟,一到中間就出事。唔知係我呢塊咁唔好彩,定係太多客炸唔切,如果店鋪既招牌菜都可以煮到生,又繼續有咁多食客排隊,對面枱一路食一路讚好味,究竟香港人識唔識食,定係只滿足於打卡層面。$62一個飯一塊豬扒冇野飲跟餐,呢個價位一啲都唔平,得罪講句,茶餐廳都好味過呢間。寄望係碗豬軟骨可以力挽狂瀾,可惜蘿蔔蓮藕都係冇味,得兩舊豬軟骨,正常發揮。+5熱柑桔,一個杯仔唔係好夠喉。打卡定食好西,自己決定。我就冇下次。

唔知係我呢塊咁唔好彩,定係太多客炸唔切,如果店鋪既招牌菜都可以煮到生,又繼續有咁多食客排隊,對面枱一路食一路讚好味,究竟香港人識唔識食,定係只滿足於打卡層面。

$62一個飯一塊豬扒冇野飲跟餐,呢個價位一啲都唔平,得罪講句,茶餐廳都好味過呢間。

寄望係碗豬軟骨可以力挽狂瀾,可惜蘿蔔蓮藕都係冇味,得兩舊豬軟骨,正常發揮。
