在港提供dry aged 的扒房屈指可數,這裡無論是氣氛、牛扒還是服務都是一流。
先說牛扒,外脆內嫩,單是外脆已是極少見(外硬或實則極常見),相信是烹煮時曾放進焗爐才有此效果。火喉控制極佳,點medium就是medium。肉質豐盈結實,牛味極濃,是尚佳之肉。另一道lobster thermidor 則無甚驚喜,龍蝦肉質還可以,鮮味不足。(此菜式,Flint 價格便宜一半,味道勝十籌!)最後點了細的chocolate Mud Pie 作結,choco 味濃,蛋糕較為結實,伴以vanilla soft ice cream很不錯。個人而言,若respberry 醬可改以strawberry 就更完美,respberry 由於多莓籽極多,常給人較rough的口感。香港優質扒房不多,此店當為steak lovers必到之處,牛扒水準之高是別處不易吃到的。 …Read More
